Carbon Health Urgent Care is a true hidden gem! They accept Kaiser members, so you dont have to go all the way to Fontana if you live around here. They have a convenient app to use, and you can easily set up an appointment and your coverage information. I went in for a back tweak, and was in and out in less than an hour! The staff, like Christina, was super friendly and professional! Thanks for such a great experience.

Thank you for taking such great care of my son. I was surprised they took Kaiser insurance and didn’t have to wait hours like most Kaiser UC. The experience was so easy by scheduling his appointment through the app. The app allows communicating directly with the staff in real time! John was friendly and fast. Yadira at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I love how clean this facility is, we will be back for all our Urgent Care needs.

Today we used Carbon Health Urgent Care, Highland, CA. My son was stung by a bee at school during lunch and had an extreme allergic reaction. Carbon Health recognized his condition and took immediate, responsive action. The Doctor was very thorough in his assessment of my son’s medical needs. The entire ordeal was very stressful!! Carbon Heath and their staff, were very reassuring in letting us know what was going on, and what actions they were taking to save my son. Overall, I could not have asked for better treatment! The whole experience was handled very professionally and made us feel that our son was getting the best care possible. And, to top it off, I found out that Carbon Health is a contractor for Kaiser Health Care and they accepted our Kaiser health insurance. So glad we discovered Carbon Health Urgent Care.

Oh my gosh! I love this urgent care! My friend recommended it because I have anxiety going to Kaiser’s urgent care and usually wait for hours and that’s no fun with a sick toddler. The atmosphere was so clean and relaxing! I appreciate a well designed interior. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful from the moment I called; to the moment we arrived! We got in very quickly! The nurse practitioner and staff answered all our questions and were great with my little girl! It’s not far from freeway and easy to find! They even have an app for your chart! I’ll definitely be returning!

It was so easy to make an appointment! I loved that the website allowed me to pick the issue that was bringing me in. Th offices are so clean and check in was quick and efficient. Cristina and John, PA were attentive in listening to my issue and helping to diagnose. I really thing this is a hidden gem!! I made a same-day appointment. They took my insurance (Health Net) and Cristina said they accept Kaiser as well. I live in Moreno Valley and will drive over here in the future, they were that good!!Thank you!

The last thing you want to have to do is find an urgent care when you go away for a four-day weekend but unfortunately I had to and I’m so glad we ended up where we did. The staff was amazing. They took great care of me and I would recommend them highly to anybody in the area. Thanks y’all.

What a great experience! We have Kaiser but getting an appointment for a sports physical was challenging so we went to Carbon. Very reasonably priced and Viviana, the PA was absolutely wonderful! She engaged with us and made the whole experience very comfortable. My 12 year old daughter asked if we could go there from now on.I didn’t catch the receptionist/ Medical assistant’s name but she was also very very nice and welcoming to us.Will definitely go back 😊

Came across this place after a bout of illness and very thankful that we did. The environment was extremely clean and welcoming. The employees here treated me as an actual human and not as $$$. I truly appreciate that and all of the assistance that was provided during my stay. We need more places like this to stay around and succeed.Highly recommended to stop by if you need urgent care and are in the area, you can’t go wrong.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice and efficient. They got my son and I in pretty quickly. Shortest wait time I ever had at an urgent care. The tech who did our initial q & a’s and requirements did not disappoint as well. The nurse practitioner who attended to us was very good at answering and explaining, She discussed her plan of action, with which I was very agreeable with. An overall satisfactory visit. It started when I had Covid in Boston in 2021 and all the Urgent Care waiting rooms were like death camps.. I googled video urgent care and up came Carbon, 5 minutes later I was in a video appointment, available immediately, 2 hours after that CVS delivered Paxlovid prescription. Any further questions I had were easily answered on the app and a follow up appt. All of this cost nothing.2 years later I need an STD test and dont want to go to my regular doctor, so I Google STD testing and Carbon comes up first with their local urgent Care center here. Next day I had my test, easy peasy professional, and again free with my health insurance. These guys make it easy for Urgent Care with no wait and a fully interactive app. There is no comparison with other urgent care, they win hands down.

I found this clinic on google because we needed a sports physical asap. I was able to make a same day appointment. From the moment we opened the door the receptionist was super friendly and greeted my daugher by name, we were also in and out in 15 minutes!!! The office was extremely clean and all the personnel was friendly and professional!! We will definitely be reccomending this clinic to all our sports family and headin back next year for her new physical!!

Went in for an injured hand and the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and x-ray techs were all very helpful and friendly. In and out in under an hour. They also have their own app that makes it easy to manage apts and get feedback which is extremely convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided and will be making this location my new standard urgent care.

I took my daughter here because she was sick. Called their office to see if they took PPO and they said yes. This was my mistake. MAKE SURE you call your insurance to see if Carbon is in your network. Carbon will ask for your CC when they see you but be careful; if your insurance only covers so much, they will automatically take out the remaining amount from your card within a few days versus sending you a bill to pay within 30 days.The service was great but they attempted to collect $1,100 from my insurance for the visit! My insurance said they were out of network and only paid a small portion leaving me to foot the remaining cost. Carbon was not willing to settle the account with what my insurance paid for.All said and done, think twice about going to carbon for services. They will charge and arm and a leg for their services. I don’t recommend going here.

I was staying at an Airbnb in Running Springs for the weekend and unexpectedly got injured there. I wasn’t very familiar with the area so I googled urgent cares in the area and found this one. I’m so glad I did! I was even able to book an appointment online. Once I got to the clinic, Yadira helped me out at the front desk and got me checked in quickly (quicker than any other urgent care I’ve ever been). Roberto thoroughly patched me up and put me at ease as he explained the whole process. Overall, the staff at this facility were professional and very welcoming. I was afraid my fun weekend would be dampened by a long wait at urgent care, but they got me in and out. I’m very appreciative and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in that area.

Closed on a Monday with no answering message, no updated hours, no one answers the phone. Show up sick and see a hand written sign on the door with an assistant sitting at the counter next to the phone. Could have answered the phone to tell people you were closed. Sign at the corner standing says “now open”

Carbon Health Urgent Care in Highland is my new go-to for urgent care. I recently moved to the area from Irvine and was looking for a clean, friendly urgent care that takes appointments and is open on Sundays.I hit the jackpot with Carbon Health! Not only were they open and I could get in and still get to work later (no hours of waiting), but I loved everything about this place -- clean office/facility, kind and friendly staff, from reception to the NP who treated me. Just a great experience overall. Everyone was awesome and I am so happy to have found this place! Thank you Carbon Health team!

I had a Same day appointment made online, I was roomed within a few minutes, Viviana NP took a quick history, examine me and made recommendations. Yadira then drew my blood for labs and my prescription was electronically sent to the pharmacy. Very happy with the care I received 5 ⭐️s!!!!

AMAZING experience! Wow, this urgent care is absolutely top notch. I can’t believe they even accept Kaiser. My visit was professional, quick, thorough, and close to home. This will be my family’s new Urgent Care. No more driving to Kaiser Fontana and waiting many hours in the waiting room.

This place is a dream come true! You can make an urgent care appt through the app, select your time, then arrive and you’re good to go. Within 5 minutes of my appointment I was with a Doctor and within 15 minutes of that, I was on my way out the door with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be coming here for all future urgent care needs.

I’m glad I found Carbon Urgent Care within only 2 miles of my home. The staff are both personable and professional. I fell and needed X-rays. I got the Royal treatment and was given a sling and all that was needed to get well. I’m seeing my doctor for further testing. Thanks for your care.

Ive had so much problems with Kaiser and Im a new patient I can never seem to be seen at Kaiser urgent care bc they are full capacity but here !!!!They are so nice very welcoming they are so clean and friendly they took really good care of me the office assistant so nice as well as the nurses and doctors you will not regret coming here save your time at Kaiser urgent care and come here carbon health urgent care !!!! I work for a major healthcare facility here in Southern California and I can’t even get an appointment with my doctor. Carbon health got me an appointment same-day urgent care in and out an hour! Came in for a cough and shortness of breathe that had been going on for 3 weeks. Was prescribed antibiotics, cough suppressant and an inhaler. Got better care here than I have when I had Kaiser. Highly recommended

Gave me attitude the whole time, suggested I go to a free clinic because they didn’t take my insurance (I planned on paying out of pocket), and then charged my card before my appointment. I walked out without seeing a doctor. My stomach issues and I will take our business elsewhere.
