I received prompt and effective treatment. A staff member assessed the situation and listened to my concerns. The Physician’s Assistant explained the options available and helped me make an informed decision. Everyone was professional. My treatment was completed within 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. Everyone was calm and helpful. Big thumbs up.

Super friendly staff, sign up and check in is very easy. Unlike most of my prior doctor visits, you do not need to fill out 10 forms for being first time patient here. Booking follow up is also very easy and flexible with the mobile app.

I wouldnt recommend them for simply the billing headaches (see below).4* for services: the doctors are good, very caring, and informative. the staff/medical assistants are not great not bad. They do their job but often make little mistakes. The worse situation was when they cancelled my appointment and the only notice I got was a phone call on my drive to the clinic.1* for their billing: apparently if you sign their consent form, they can charge your card with little notice (7 days) even if the bill is hundreds of dollars. I hate this practice and I got lucky I put in a credit card instead of debit. Also, they will not remove the auto payment even if you cant afford it. Also, they do not notify you of the bill by email/text/mail. Instead they hide it through their App which if you did not enable notifications, then tough luck.

I’ve been to several carbon locations and at each one I am amazed at the customer service. Going to see your physician is so stress free that I make appointments when I could do virtual because it’s always an easy time. I’ve always had great experiences and hopefully can stay with them !

I have used Carbon Health Urgent Care multiple times in Los Angeles County… my first time using urgent care on vacation.. so happy there’s a Carbon Health in Northen Cali, I was able to get a same day appointment, seen immediately, doctor checked for everything that could’ve caused my flare up. Staff was friendly welcoming & thorough.

I have recently moved to San José from Australia and was getting frustrated with the lack of ease getting a medical appointment. I finally stumbled across Carbon which was close to home. Very happy with Carbon Health urgent care. My throat was in so much pain. Couldn’t get any real help from my usual doctor. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and organized. The physician was very kind and compassionate to my needs. I’m so glad I went to Carbon Health Urgent Care. Also, I was a walk in patient and was seen in less than 15 minutes.

I gave it a 2 this time around because they were friendly. Please note that this visit was not the best when it came to my health. I went in for my foot/toe didnt know what was wrong but it was so painful that I could barely walk, swollen, red and bruised looking. I was hoping to get something for the pain and swelling until I got checked by a podiatrist since this happened over Easter weekend. The physician did take an xray to make sure I didnt break a toe or something so I was like okay thank you but than she just told me to go home take over the counter aspirin, elevate my foot and ice. I told her it looked like I had a cut in my foot she took a little look and just said to put a cotton in it to air out my little toe. I went today almost exactly a week later to see the podiatrist and he said my foot was infected that he was sorry that they didnt treat me, and luckily that it didnt worsen whatever I did to care of myself I did it well. So I suggest that the physicians should pay more attention and listen to patients a take one more good look before just sending them off. I am appreciative for the xray but she really didnt listen when I said that was in pain and couldnt move my toes.

I booked an appointment at 4:30pm, arrived early at 4:15pm to fill and provide any details ahead of time. I waited for an hour till I was called in for BP, oxygen check. It’s now 5:55pm and I am still waiting for the doctor to diagnose. Why do you have an appointment mechanism? I have a child waiting for me at home and I was meant to be back in 30 or max an hour. How is this responsible service?

I am really angry, because I was not fully informed. This is my story. I was a patient here until suddenly the very day of my last visit, Carbon Health went out of network. For a reason never explained to me, not by the insurance and not by the provider. All I was told is that the conditions had changed and that we should reach out to the provider. I did that and it lead nowhere (…) but that is not even the issue, although upsetting. It feels like as a patient I was dropped like a hot potato and let down (in a way by both.)The real issue: on the day of the last visit, I was there to speak about my bloodwork and get me on track about my results. I had recurring deficiencies, and as I know now, a serious problem. My ferritin (stored iron in the body) was really low. And the B12 was also not where it was supposed to be. I always feel tired and borderline exhausted. So the last day I was there (feb 2023), I was treated with a low dose of b12 and told to supplement. I know, and told the nurse practitioner, who was friendly and personable, that oral supplements (especially iron) often dont really work for me. So it was an injection of b12, but the ferritin was not properly addressed that day. Should have been though and also some referrals about the malabsorption of iron given (blood iron ok, storage empty) and likely infusions of iron recommended to restore the ferritin so I can feel like a human again. Yeah well. Interestingly, I never spoke to a doctor, only nurses and nurse practitioners.I did not go back because of the whole sudden out of network situation. It took some time to find a new general practitioner, who by the way takes all insurances. He on the other hand immediately had me do new blood work and urgently send me to a gastroenterologist and a hematologist because these deficiencies can have severe consequences (I did not know and was just told to take supplements) if not treated in a timely manner and regarding the potential underlying condition.Reception; I remember that the last time I went to Carbon Health I felt really dizzy (which can happen with these deficiencies, again hindsight is 2020) and the receptionist ushered me out because I was 10 mins early to the first appointment. I understand that she was busy, and well, I was dropped of as I did not feel up to driving. So I waited in the cold leaning on the wall. I did tell her later and she was surprised and told me she thought I would wait in my car. She had not commanded me out curtly without looking at me. Small things like this add up IMO.Appointments; would stretch and sometimes I would wait really long (20-30 mins) until a practitioner went back in and out. I could hear them calling each other, and my male nurse seemed stressed and I could hear him being commanded by female staff quite rudely several times. 45-1 hr appointment was normal, with these waiting times.Add it all up;My experience is, that this is a business first, not a doctors office first. It is not aligned for good enough care. Not to trash the individual, but as a patient I now know that I was not well taken care of or referred to appropriate specialists. I now need to deal with even lower ferritin levels and will be seeing the correct specialists next week and about a year later.My quality of life went further down, while I was not able to absorb the nutrients and not even knowing how SERIOUS this was. I am so drained I have to push myself through to function at this point which was avoidable in the first place. Iam disappointed by this office and I share the details so you can know to ask more questions and to know where they potentially lack diligence.I‘d give 0 stars if I could.

The first time I went it took a long time however it was great service.The following times I’ve gone, I was in and out in less than an hour so it makes sense that maybe the time you go influences it, depending on how busy they are. They have always provided great service, they are kind and transparent - letting you know how many people are in front of you or about how long it’ll take. I’ll keep going there

I had an appointment here to renew my prescription for a tablet that I have been using for years. The doctor came in and simply told me that he will renew my prescription. I would be really generous if I say that conversation took 40 seconds.They charged my insurance for $400 for that service. My share is $180 for that. This means $10 per second is the rate of service here.

Overall Carbon Health is a great urgent care to go to! I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs and the staff was very helpful. It did take longer to get seen than I thought, but that often happens with urgent care and they were apologetic about it.

I was under a very urgent situation two times, couldn’t find my primary doctor nor home insurance covered clinics to help. Finally I tried this clinic and notice that 7 days a week accepted walking in service. I was very surprised to find their service is really good and the doctors are very in details and treat me very professionally! I felt very warm there and the medications they gave are very helpful. They looked at our policy, said they were in network, charged a copay, and then later billed us the rest.They keep saying they dont take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, but thats not the one we have, so Im not sure why they keep saying that. I went here multiple times through several visits and appointments. My symptoms were misdiagnosed, and I was prescribed the wrong medication by the doctor. and even after further visits continued to be misdiagnosed and my conditions got worse and worse and I’m still suffering. Waste of time and money, do not go here.Edit: separately, I also sought out a mental health referral from this clinic where the nurse was rude about mental health issues and firmly asked me if I did or did not want to kick the bucket. After that I got up and left the office. That’s not what I was looking for anyway but that’s no way to treat those issues. Don’t go here for mental health concerns, or at all.

Great experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care. I only waited maybe a couple minutes before being taken to an examination room. The gentleman at the reception desk was nice. Yesterday was my first time coming to Carbon Health Urgent Care, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility is not only very clean the staff is extremely friendly and made the process smooth and very easy. It was absolutely wonderful. I was in a lot of pain and come there after giving up on my actual health network urgent care. They had a two hour wait and I could barely sit for 5 min. Here I was called in within 10 minutes! The doc was great and wanted to do a test. I was worried it would take 2 days to get results but she performed the test in 5 minutes called in my prescription to the CVS next door and I was out of there. Have never had such a prompt delivery of care. They understand the ‘urgent’ in the urgent care.

Walk-in with no appointment and we were greeted right away and seen by a medical assistant within minutes. Everything went smoothly, even though we were visiting from out of state. Staff was kind, friendly, and took their time to listen and perform necessary tests for my cold/flu symptoms. Pros: Excellent providers, easy online scheduling. Cons: Terrible app with poor communication, weekend staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. They don’t answer the phones which is super frustrating and will tell you that they do which I proved they don’t by calling while sitting in front of them. Even if you are a primary care patient the weekend staff who doesn’t know how to see all information from programs not in their scope likes to gaslight you saying you are wrong. Definitely avoid Cynthia and Kiley who have attitude problems rude and not willing to accept the fact that they are wrong. Hopefully they can get some training to know how to find information on their system and some customer service attitude adjustment with some empathy for patients with serious illness. My Pro tip: Skip messaging in the app that’s never read and misinterpreted and make a weekday appointment. Oh and don’t be 30 seconds late or you’ll be given the boot out of the office. I have had great experiences with the providers who listen and care. Carbon just need significant improvement in their app and communications but the providers are why I continue there.

Came in because I had COVID symptoms and my wife had COVID, but I was testing negative. So I wanted a same-day PCR test on a Sunday, where Kaiser couldn’t offer this.The whole experience was great. Booking via the app or website is simple. Kaiser seems to cover urgent care here which is amazing. Madison, the doctor who attended to me was very present with me. Very nice to have someone who is attentively listening!Overall, great experience! I’d definitely come back here when I next need to!

Fast booking, a few hours before appointment. The team was very kind and sympathetic since I had lost my voice and didn’t make me talk, but instead told me to communicate non verbally. After 5 minutes, PA Kanglioglu was able to diagnose and prescribe my treatment. After my breathing treatment and steroid treatment, my lungs didn’t wheeze when I was breathing and my throat isn’t as hoarse. Thank you!

We are going to travel Japan. I arrived at 8:58am with my family and was needed to wait outside the office but reception lady gave us respective words. Check in was very smooth. What we did were just gave him our passports and had a little bit conversation about our personal identifications. 2 minutes. Waited at lobby 1 minute, test person called us. He did one by one very smooth, checking our personal identification again not to cause mistakes and he double checked us what kind of test and report we need for entrees to Japan. My daughter asked him tissue to sneeze after the test. He gave her it very kindly. Less than 5 minutes for 3 people. Test results arrived in 45 minutes with the format of Japanese government recommendation. It is also very nice! Overall, this site is very nice. I probably need to travel again. I will visit this site again.

After receiving extremely sub-standard care at another Urgent Care (NOT Carbon) site the previous week, I decided to give Carbon Health a try. I walked in to a mostly empty waiting room, and the receptionist was very professional and polite and got me squared away.I dont think I waited longer than 5-10 minutes after my scheduled appointment before they got me into a patient room. The Nursing Assistant (?) was very kind and helpful and did the usual check-in procedure one always gets, and listened to my concerns and why I was there.A few moments later the NP came in and did one of the most thorough intakes I have had at ANY medical facility, urgent care or no. She explained what they were going to do and why. She listened to me quite well, and then we went through the testing procedures. I had a few concerns about what they could test for in the blood work, and she said while some of what I asked was out of scope of what Urgent Care could provide, they did EXACTLY what they were able to do, and did not try to shove me out the door. 2 of the tests had a few minute wait to get an attending/supervising physician to take a look, but the wait did NOT feel long at all.The blood work came back in less than 24 hours and allowed me to go into my Primary Care Doctor with actual USEFUL information 2 days after my Urgent Care appointment.The staff also followed up with me multiple times and it really felt like they cared and wanted to help. Going forward this will be the facility that I choose when I need Urgent Care.

Good and bad.Bad: we received an email informing us of a $40 sport’s physical exam. The first time using it the link didn’t work. The second time it worked. But it scheduled a minor patient with a physician that does not see minors. I went here for a foot/ toe fracture today, last minute notice on a Friday shortly before closing and they got me in literally ASAP. Someone came in to get my vitals within like five seconds of me sitting down. Due to international travel restrictions and the fact our flight was over several days we had to get tested just a few hours before leaving for the airport. I rarely write reviews but in this case I want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the amazing team at Carbon Health in Campbell. I came in after a nasty fall when I hit the pavement I had lacerations above my eye and a bruised hand which broke my fall. The whole checkin process went smoothly and the nurse practitioner Jennifer did incredible work to close the wounds which are healing beautifully 1 week later!!! Justin x-rayed my hand to confirm no broken bones and Melina gave me a Tetanus shot to ensure no infections. For our coming up international traveling, we needed to have negative pcr test results with complete identification. Yesterday, I experienced one of the best patient appointments with Dr. Sio Feng. She was personable, thoughtful, and well versed in alternative medicine (non-prescription drugs) relative to my problem. The medical industry is coming to the realization through education and research that alternative medicine is often times a much better approach to good health. There are fundamental pillars of good health that cannot be overlooked such as keeping cellular inflammation to a minimum. Diet, exercise, and supplements play a huge influential role just as they do with cardiovascular health. This is the direction of healthcare, so it’s great to see Carbon Health embracing it. I will avoid Carbon Health in the future. Visited for a travel-related Covid test. Wound up needing to go to the office 3 times and never did receive promised properly executed email certification. Main problem seems to be weak training of receptionist. One can only hope that the medical staff is more capable.

BEWARE!!! This facility is very unprofessional, uncaring and unwelcoming when my elderly mother who is 86 year old with dementia on a wheelchair showed up for her appointment because they didnt accept MediCal insurance. My mom has both Medicare which they accept and MediCal. Before scheduling her appointment, I called them and inquired to make sure they accept her insurances and they indeed confirmed but when we showed she was turned down. They wasted our time and effort.. We will never call Carbon Health Group again and will not recommend it for any senior looking for medical care.

I was worried they wouldnt accept EPO, fortunately they do. Got injured at work and spent an hour bouncing between hospitals and other clinics before I found this place. They are also open late which was a second miracle. Staff was very professional and the NP got my wound cleaned and stitched up in under an hour.

These people lied to us and said they were giving us a PCR test. They do not do PCR tests. We found out at the airport when my wife was about to fly to Brazil to see her father for his 83rd birthday. They would not tell us why they gave us false information and after over 3 hours of driving around and being on hold with them we got one of their people to admit to us that their PCR tests could no longer be called that and were reclassified. They knew this when my wife took the test after the two week wait to get the test done. Even the people at the front desk told us that they could do PCR tests. My recommendation is to not trust this place nor its staff. Hopefully we can get our 165 back at the very least.
