My experience with Elliot at CarBlip was outstanding. For months, I had been dreading the process of returning my car and leasing a new one. The service I received from Mona at CarBlip was unmatched and extremely professional. I was in dire straits with a newly totaled car and very little time to find a replacement. I had been calling and visiting dealerships around town for a whole week and kept running into back orders and huge wait lists. The best I had was a car scheduled to be delivered to the dealership in 3 weeks with a $9000 markup. Mona got me the car i wanted, delivered within a week, with half the markup. She was extremely positive and consistent with her communication. Never had it before and now I dont know why I would ever purchase another car again without CarBlip. A++++++

I went to CarBlip to help my father-in-law purchase a new car. He wanted a particular 2023 Honda Civic at a certain color that was not available anywhere in the Bay Area. Thank goodness for CarBlip. They were able to find the car that my father-in-law wanted in their network of dealerships. The car buying process with CarBlip was a great experience. There was a main contact that I communicated with (Mona) during the process. The responses were quick and we got the car delivered directly to my father-in-law’s house. Working with Carblip is a great way to buy a car. I ordered a 2023 corvette in March 2022 and worked with James Klein. It was simple, I went on line to choose the color and options for the car. James found the dealer with the best price so I placed the order. The car arrived a month sooner than promised. I flew from Sacramento to Burbank where James picked me up and took me to the dealer. My car was waiting with a full tank of gas.

We are so glad we got a call from Elliot Fortag when we started our search for cars. We went out and test drove cars and chose one that was apparently a little difficult to get, but we had time so we went for it. I must have filled out something online and before I knew it, I got a call from Elliot who told me about CarBlip which I had never heard about before. We checked them out and decided to give it a try. That was the best decision we ever made. He was absolutely fantastic, and what every person in customer service should strive for. He was extremely pleasant to talk to, patient, and informative. Throughout the monthlong process (he had to scour the whole country to find the car), he called on a regular basis just to let me know the status of what was happening and to make sure he was getting me the exact car I wanted for a good fair price. I was never stressed about when or if Ill get my car or if I had to pay more. I would highly recommend him and CarBlip to anyone looking to purchase a car. It was so easy. Its not a buyer friendly market right now, so in addition to doing my own leg/computer/call/text work, I figured I would try out CarBlip. It never hurts to have a second pair of eyes/hands working. Im glad I did. Moana found a RAV4 Hybrid SE for me in the price range I was looking for and with the exact trim/packages I wanted. Painless purchase process done online with the final hard signature of the DMV paperwork when she delivered the car to me. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and Id certainly use again, even without a nationwide car shortage and dealerships charging over MSRP.

My car buying experience with CarBlip was very smooth and easy. Mona was my concierge and she was extremely fast to respond, friendly, and helpful. She was able to find the car in the trim and color I wanted and she got the car without the dealer add-ons. The drop off process was easy and signing documents took just a few minutes. As far as price goes, since CarBlip works directly with the supplier, expect to be paying market price or same as going to dealership yourself. The process took 9 days for me, although it seemed to have only been a couple days for other customers who have left reviews. Contrary to going to dealership, youd get the car the day of, so keep that in mind on how urgent you want/need a vehicle. However, it was a good experience and worth it for convenience and peace of mind.

The process was quite simple as you just fill out what car you are looking for down to the finer details including accessories and packages. This is the third car I have purchased from Eric and I have leased three cars from Eric and CarBlip. Their service is unmatched. No running around from dealer to dealer, no BS upselling during the 2 hours it takes to try and leave a dealership. Dropping off my last lease and walking out with my new lease took less than 25 minutes. I gave Eric a number I wanted to stay under for my new lease, and the price was less than I was prepared to pay. DONT take my word, call them and compare. I also did not want to overpay, which these days is also not an easy task for a new, popular model.They found a car that was a very close match that included all the features and the color Id wanted. They also got it for a good price, which is pretty miraculous. Why did I not hear about CarBlip 4 years ago? Wow! This was the best car buying experience I ever had. I was online searching for a new Mercedes-Benz. I became overwhelmed with the numerous calls, text messages, and emails from numerous dealers. Somehow, I was connected with Mona Moradi @ CarBlip and she made my entire car buying process a great experience. Mona is very personable, she has a great eye for detail, and is honest. I know that I probably drove her crazy, but shes too sweet to admit it (Lol). Seriously, she is the most patient person youll ever meet. The process to find a car took a while because I was picky and I wanted my monthly lease payments to be within a particular range. 11/28 Mona found me the perfect car, and on 11/30 my new car was delivered to my job along with the paperwork to sign. I never stepped foot into the dealership. It took about 10-minutes to sign all the forms, and the concierge who delivered my new car helped to setup my phone and walked me through all the functions and technology. I dont think I would have found my perfect car or survived this entire process if it werent for Mona or CarBlip. I couldnt believe how casual the leasing experience was compared to going into a car dealership, which I usually dread because it takes so long and is exhausting. These are tough times to be car shopping in general. I had been searching for a Toyota RAV4 Prime for over a year and I could not find a brand new one in my area (or a used one) for a good price. The dealerships near me wanted $93,000 for a used one, and new RAV4 Primes go for $49,000. (No way on Earth was I going to pay nearly double the price for a used car, when I can get a brand new one, that is closer to the MSRP, and it has a warranty.)I started talking with Paul in December 2022 and he kept on looking at different inventory of the dealerships.
