Came here based on their reviews. I dont leave reviews but thus time i feel the need to.Came bc i needed 100k service on my mustang. Oil change. Tune up. Cabin and air filters. They topped off all fluids. I also asked if they could check my brakes. They did that free They noticed a nail in my tire and also fixed it. They were super fast!! Very reasonable on price. They have a cute dog in lobby. Everyone is friendly. Loved the service. Thank you!! Will be back for tires ans brakes!! Thank you again

This is the best place!!! I got myself 4 new tires and they gave me a free alignment. The also checked my brakes for free. Affordable prices. Amazing service. Awesome customer service. I’ve had flat tires several times and they are the guys I always go to. Not only do they fix my flat but they make sure the other tires are ok. They have also serviced my car and they did a great job! The staff and owners are friendly, beyond helpful and they provide great customer service. I highly recommend Car Doctors, they’re right off the freeway and easy to access.

WOW! As a women sometimes it’s scary to go into a shop but I went for my tires, brakes and oil change and they treated me with such respect and let me tell you something I was frightened of the price but I SAVED money, thousands compared to dealerships. Their environment was totally friendly, I mean for the owner George to be there and greet you personally you barely see that now. A plus was Roxy his German Shepherd such a beauty and friendly dog. I came out extremely happy with their service. I will for sure be sending my friends and family too.

I was referred to this place by a friend. I’m so happy I came here!!! Everyone was friendly. I brought my Kia in after getting ripped off at the dealer. So I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda on Google and saw they had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I brought in my 2016 Kia Sorento and I got four tires and 90 K service as well as a new radiator. I’m so happy I came here. The service is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly. Their prices are super affordable. The places is super clean. I’m so happy I found Car Doctors. My car is running brand new I went to All-Star Kia before coming to Car Doctors and they quoted me an outrageous amount so I couldn’t do it. Car Doctors saved me over $1000 and I also applied for financing which I got approved on the spot. They have zero interest for 90 days and that helped me a lot thank you so much Car Doctors. I really appreciate everybody there. I will be telling all my friends and family, I’ll see you on my oil changeOh, and by the way, they have such a cute German shepherd her name is Roxy. Came in because my transmission on my Volkswagen gti was slipping. I was quoted $8000 highest and $5000 was the lowest. Christy and George rebuilt my transmission for $4800 and gave me a 1 year warranty. It took about about 3 weeks but when i got my car back it was like brandnew. The place is super clean. Everyone was very friendly. Affordable prices. I will be back to get my tires and brakes done!!! Thank you Car Doctors. You guys are amazing.

Made an appointment for wheel alignment, paid much less than I did at other shops, service was done quickly, waiting area comfortable. Took my car in for a much needed wheel alignment and Ryan took great care of my service. The waiting area is large and comfortable and there are drinks and snacks for customers. I had a very good experience here and intend to take my car here for other service that it needs.

I had a problem with my bran new Jeep Gladiator that everyone I went to told me that they can’t even diagnose and that I need to go to the dealership, the dealership is very far from me and I am a very busy individual, so I just wanted someone to diagnose and tell me what is the problem with my electrical system and steering wheel mechanical system. George Nino was quick to greet me and offered me help!! He consulted with his Engineers and were able to find some programing issue that they fixed in less than Hour!! I called this shop and the owner picked up to help me out. I wanted to get my fuel injection cleaned because I thought my car needed that. He recommended I do some minor tune-ups 1st then talk to him. Wow, what he told me to do worked and my car is fine. This place is God-sent, honest mechanics are hard to find. Such a positive experience here at Car Doctors. Very professional. Jeff and his team went above and beyond. I came here for Brakes and rotors on my 2015 honda accord and oil change. They got me in and out quickly. The prices are very competitive and much cheaper than the dealer.The topped off all my fluids and put air in my tires without asking me. I know this because my windshield wipes fluid was low and BOOM the light was off and filled.I will need 4 new tires soon. Jeff told me if I get 4 new tires, they will do a free alignment for me.The place is super clean.They also had a beautiful German Shepherd named Roxy she is an amazing dog and super friendly.Will be back for sure.Thank you Car Doctors and Thank you Jeff.

I went in for oil change and the tech noticed the previous oil change place put in a shorter screw in oil pan and the oil filter wasnt tighten all the way. So he replaced the screw with the correct one and of course made sure new filter was tight! This is why I continue to return to them. I made the mistake of not waiting for their next appointment and took my car for a oil change place on highland and Belle and they stripped and broke my oil pan bolt and refused to fix it so I had to take it somewhere else whom I believe didnt do what they said they said they did. Long story short cheaper is NOT always better. The car doctors are trustworthy and honest!

I chose this place based off its reviews because I wanted a spot that people mentioned did a good job. I reached out to them via online and got a quick response stating to give them a call.When I called I mentioned the problems the car had and they gave me their fee for getting it checked out with them. I asked if that fee would get applied to the total cost of repairs if I proceeded to get the work done with them & they told me no. From there I shouldve figured this spot was not right. I proceeded to take the car anyway.Car was taken so they could check out problems I was having with the AC.I received a call back and the news I got back were crazy. Apparently my compressor was not good and I needed the expansion valve repaired. I was looking at a total cost of $2,100.00 to get it fixed with them. I immediately said no, the price seemed so unreasonable to me. When I said no they immediately gave me the option of lowering the cost to $1800 by going with a remanufactured part I still said no. So when I said no to that I was then given the option of snap payments. I said no thanks to that as well. I ended up taking my car to a different shop and good thing I did. I paid a total of $120.00 (what a huge difference) What does that tell you ? This place is clearly not reliable and definitely not affordable as they claim to be on their website. I lost my time taking it here and of course the fee I paid for having them inspect it. Attached are the photos of the quote Car Dr gave me and also the quote where I took it to get repaired so you can all see the difference.

Avoid this place at all costs! They tried to scam me by charging $380 for a simple coolant exchange, which is over $100 more than what the dealership charges. They only quoted me this ridiculous price because they overheard my car brand. Steer clear of any establishment that doesnt offer a flat rate for basic services like a coolant exchange. Im taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly advise you to do the same. One-star rating for this dishonest experience!

So I just got my drivers license and I’m super excited for driving but I never knew that I might have car issues. I had my maintenance light go on and I didn’t know what it was so I immediately panicked and called my mom. My mom recommended Car Doctors Of Loma Linda and it was my first time going to a mechanic shop, I was greeted by George and Jeff and both of them were very nice and polite. I told them that a light came on in my car and I was referred to here by my mom who has been a long time customer they quickly went outside to look at my car, and thank God it only need an oil change.The oil change took about 45 minutes they put air in my tires. They topped off all my fluids. They even noticed that my rear tail light was out and fixed it without charging me, I thought that was super cool, the oil change was $35 including tax. While I was waiting, they had a puppy German Shepherd inside. She is the cutest little dog well, not that little, but she is super cute. Her name is Roxy and she is super friendly. I guess she belongs to the owners of the shop the lobby was super clean and very comfortable, I asked if I could change the channel on the TV and they did say yes they made me feel really warm and welcomed and I really appreciated that I was nervous because it was the first time that I’ve been to a mechanic shop but I felt very comfortable thank you George and Jeff and thank you Car Doctors I will be back.

George (at the front) and Mike (the mechanic) are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. Making an appointment is very easy and smooth. Both these gentlemen are very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We always get multiple price quotes before we take our cars to the shop and we always end up bringing our cars back to George. I have gone to the car doctors over time for many years. Their customer service is always great and their service was always amazing. So when I had a bought a battery from somewhere else, I had no one to help me install it and no tools. So I gave them a call and without hesitation he told me to come down. I jump started my own car with a small jump starter I had and went down there. Within minutes he and his mechanic installed it for me free of charge. I cant thank them enough for their kindness in my time of need.The Car Doctors are a very reliable shop. I wont go anywhere else! I would definitely recommend them for your auto care needs. Being a lady it’s very hard to find a good, honest, reputable shop where they don’t take advantage of you. I came to car doctors based on their reviews and I’m super happy.I was greeted by Mike the manager and George the owner. I explained to them I had an overheating issue and my AC wasn’t working. After the diagnostic came back. Turns out my AC was a little low on Freon and I needed a new radiator thermostat and water pump. I already had the diagnostic from the dealer but I didn’t tell them. Sure enough they diagnosed the vehicle just like the dealer BUT AT A FRACTION OF THE COST. Car doctors saved me over a $1000. I can’t thank them enough. So I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda because of their awesome reviews. It’s hard for me to trust mechanic shops because of all the horror stories that I’ve heard I usually take my car to the dealership but this time I decided to venture out to find a local mechanic shopI’m so happy I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda and George, I brought my 2021 Denali in four for tires because of an ad I saw on Facebook where if you buy four tires they give you a free alignment.I own a transportation company so my vehicles are always on the road and I go through tires and brakes like crazy. I was quoted an outrageous amount for tires at the dealership and I also called American tires and they also quoted me over $1700 for four tires plus $180 for an alignment. After sharing my frustrations with George, he was able to get me four tires and an alignment for $1200. That’s almost a $700 savings.While I was waiting for my tires, I also decided to do it oil change. George hooked me up with a full synthetic oil change for $89.98 and he didn’t even charge me for the extra oil. At the dealership they charge me almost $200 for an oil change. I’m so happy I found Car Doctors Of Loma Linda I will be telling all my friends and family and it is true they do treat you like family there, they even have a cute German Shepherd named Roxy. She’s super friendly. The waiting room is very big and very clean. Thank you, George.

I been meaning to review this place. By far it has been the best experience i have has at an auto shop. My check engine light went on my Porsche. I took it to the dealership and the dealership was charging over $2100 for maintenance and repairs, crazy!!! I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism from George. I came to car doctors because of the good reviews and also because the mechanic that I usually would go to, wasnt responding to my messages...I thought this place provided great service & flexibility. I scheduled my appointment for an oil change twice due to personal & work schedule conflicts and was able to come in on a Saturday 6/11/22. I came 30min early for my appointment and they were very busy. I was informed that my car would take 1-2 hours to finish and I was concerned as I had another appointment to attend to after & had also informed the people at the front desk about this as well. Sure enough, they finished my car within 30min and was done just like that. What a great service they provided, customer service! They even had a dog inside the shop that kept me company which I enjoyed playing with! I dont think theres ever been a shop where you can play with their dog while waiting for your car to get done (lol).Overall, I would definitely come back again!

Service you can trust!! My dad was traveling from AZ to Oregon and planned a stop in CA to visit us.While in AZ the check engine light came on in his truck. He took his truck to 2 different auto shops in AZ and both told him they didn’t find anything wrong and that the light would just go off on its own. With snow and winter storms ahead of him on his trip back to Oregon, he wanted to get his truck looked at by someone he could trust before continuing his trip.We have taken our cars to Car Doctors for years and we knew they would help him. Car Doctors were able to find the issue and they fixed it. Not only did they make sure that his truck was safe to continue his trip home, they were super friendly. I was recommended this shop by friends, and after reading the reviews I went for it. Its a drive from my location but the price is unbeatable and the trust you get when you leave is unbeatable as well. I got an oil change, new tires, everything was balanced and they checked all my fluids. They gave me tips that other shops never told me. They might be far but theyve earned my car to work on. I had a schedule appointment showed up and they had a sign saying they were closed was a friday by the way. I tried to set up a other appointment for Saturday they have only first come first served which I understand. Tried to explain my situation to her about the appointment I initally had but continued to talk over me. Im glad I didnt bring my car here. I havent even took it in and already having issues.

They were able to get us in early in the morning as soon as they opened and were very professional and to the point with diagnosis and service. The issue was minor and they fixed it quickly. First time here and just moved to Loma Linda so really nervous at first but the customer service here is excellent. They were kind enough to squeeze me in to their appointments and took care of my car. I needed an oil change and my front tires keeps rattling every 6 minutes of me driving so Car Doctors came to my rescue and services my car. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and kid friendly. With my car breaking down an hour away from home in the middle of the freeway, I was luckily able to make it to the car doctors of Loma Linda . I spent the day in the shop waiting room. While there, I noticed almost every single customer that came in being a returning customer . Most of which, seemed to have a good communicative relationship with the owner/mechanic. They were able to find the issue and did everything they could while very much considered my financial situation. I have my car back now and it runs much better than before it even broke down. Very smooth. Although I was an hour away from home and my car broke down in the middle of the freeway, I wouldnt have changed a thing. Being a mechanic, it’s hard for me to trust anyone working on my car. There’s only one shop that I trust working on my car other than myself and that’s Car Doctors Of Loma Linda George and his crew are awesome. I recently needed axles on my Nissan Sentra and I wasn’t really in the mood to fix it myself so I went down there and saw George and Jeff and George hooked me up as he always does. I got my axles done. I got OEM parts and I’m super happy. I also needed tires and George hooked me up with two used ones take it from me. Not to mention the workers are friendly and will also help you without hesitation. Highly recommend you guys to take your car there. Had my dads 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 towed to Car Doctors. It had been sitting for the past 7 years and had seen way better days. I needed to get it up and running for my 16 year old son and the car doctors took care of us. Basically everything that could be wrong needed repair, except the tires. O2 sensors, 3 of them. Brakes all the way around, transmission, Diff, 4X4 system, all fluids drained and replaced, oil change, Wires and plugs. Flushed and saved my radiator. Fixed the wiring on my wench, fixed the short in my main wiring harness which the Dealer could not figure out, New ECU. And I am sure I am forgetting something. I’ve never written a review before but today I feel it’s only right. The level of service I received from Car Doctors of Loma Linda has been by far the best of any mechanic that has worked on my car. I kept hearing a clunking noise from the front and it turned out to be my axels and bearings.I also got my brakes done and 4 new tires. I’m so happy with the level of service I had to write a review. I didn’t have all the cash to pay for it so I applied for Snap credit and got approved! I’m so happy. My car is running so smooth now. Thank you George and Ryan and Thank you Car Doctors! I ran into some car problems and asked one of my friends for some recommendations. I was tired of going to the dealership and over paying or going to these Micky mouse mechanics who only make my cars worse and over charge.My friend recommended Car Doctors of Loma Linda. It was a little bit out of my way but it was worth a shot.I needed 4 tires and brakes all the way around plus an oil change. I called in a couple days prior set an appointment with Mike. I gave him the tire sizes and advised me it would be aprox 3 hours since they were busy.Got there. My tires we there, brakes already ordered. I also needed TPMS sensors. Place was packed. Cars everywhere. The have a big lobby. AC was on blast and I got to watch ESPN. There was even a puppy German shepherd I played with. After about an hour and a 1/2 or so my car was done. Way before the promised time. I saved tons of money and time! Super happy!!Place is super clean. Loved the staff very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! it was well worth my drive out to San Bernardino from Chino Hills!Thank you Car Doctors and George the owner. Super cool guy. As well as Mike and the puppy!!! I was out in Loma Linda at the hospital and needed to find a good mechanic since I’m not from the area. I’m from La so I don’t know anyone out here but I found Car Doctors from their reviews. My car was having issues with my brakes. I came in. They offered a free brake inspection which I’ve never heard of? That was amazing. I usually take my car to the dealership or my personal mechanic. They recommended brakes and rotors. I was so surprised on how fast they were able to complete the job. I’m so happy with their work!!! Mike was very honest and made me feel super comfortable. Especially being a woman. They even filled my tires with air and topped off all my fluids without me having to ask. The toyota dealer never did that nor my personal mechanic. Let me tell you about the Car Doctors. Ive been going to the brothers since they were in their old location, and I havent had a single bad experience in all of those years. Through multiple different cars, Ive done everything from basic oil changes to more advanced things, and theyve not once overcharged, done anything wrong, or broken anything. So I was traveling from Texas to California and I was on the 10 freeway and all of a sudden I had a blowout on my tire. I saw Car Doctors Of Loma Linda off the 10 freeway and Waterman. It was at 6 PM and they were closing down. I was able to get their attention and I was in desperate need of help. I didn’t have a spare on me. I was so distraught, and in a panic I didn’t know what to do. I was greeted by the by a gentleman by the name of George and he could see the panic and fear in my eyes instead of him telling me that we were closed and he couldn’t help, he quickly called his guys to come and check the tire size and see if they had any tires in stock. They didn’t have a new tire in stock. However, they did have a used one. The boys quickly jacked up my car took off the damaged tire and put on the used tire, when I asked how much do I owe you? George told me zero I asked him again, sir how much do I owe you? He then again responded zero you don’t owe me anything just get home safe and get a new tire when you can.I’ve never been to a mechanic shop where they don’t charge, he did this from the kindness of his heart and I will forever be grateful thank you George and Car Doctors Of Loma Linda you were heaven sent. German cars are often extremely pricey for both parts and labor. I am fortunate enough to live close to this location & decided to stop in one day to see about getting my new AC compressor installed. I liked the people I met in the office, Ryan is a straight up kind of dude & tells you what the job will take in both time & money. They finished the job & it turned out that I needed to replace the expansion valve as well as the compressor. I ordered the new part & they vacuumed out the AC system for me to do that minor repair myself. They also recharged the system for me at no additional cost. I certainly didnt expect anything extra, since they had done the job I had originally paid them for, but they offered & followed through for me. That is fantastic service.So my next big job that I didnt feel qualified for, timing bent, water pump, belt tensioner, etc, I didnt hesitate to schedule an appointment with Ryan & his crew. Again the job was done on-time (ahead of schedule in fact) & done right.We all know its tough to find a good, reliable shop that wont try to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need. The two brothers who own this shop are so honest and definitely want to get you back on the road for as cheap as they can. From my personally experience, theyre fast and efficient with their time. Theyve definitely improved in their turnaround times and seem to do the same jobs for lower pricing.I walked in without an appointment and was able to get a front brake pad replacement done within two hours. They had me out of these and on my way without any problem. Its really hard to come across honest car mechanics but these guys are truly great people. The lady that was in charge on that Saturday about 3 weeks ago was friendly and very helpful. My check engine light was on. She asked one of the mechanics to do initial quick test and suggested me to get a replacement gas cap, all without charging a fee! Do not go here!! They are cheats, and there prices are outrageous. I used to get my car fixed there all the time when they were located on Redlands Boulevard and Anderson. Once they moved to Waterman and Redlands Boulevard not sure what happened. But I went twice and both times had terrible experiences. The first time was a wait time of over three hours as I sat there and watched my car not be touched and it only took them 20 minutes to fix it. After I had complained about It. The Second time took my car in because my car would not start they wanted to charge me well over 1000.00 for parts and labor. But they had my car all day Friday called me on Saturday to say it would be fixed until Monday. So I went somewhere else. Paid only $300. To get it fixed. I didn’t need an alternator like they were going to charge me just a battery I did however still have to pay them 129.98 for them to Diagnose that wasn’t even true.

I needed a simple repair and stopped in because the place looks clean and legit. Around 9:30am I walked through front door and up to the front desk to inquire about service however there was nobody inside the lobby. More than once I have had them go beyond what is normal and expected in order to save me time and money. I am nursing a 14 year old car through one more year of service before I retire. I would like to retract my good review I gave the Car Doctors titled Leary. I was Leary for a reason. I spent 3800.00 on my Grand Caravan. They told me my timing belt was broke. Im felt that was a little excessive, but I dont know much about cars. AAA recommend them, so I thought it must beOk. Wrong. I havent had my car back a month yet. It came back leaking, I had no leaks prior to going to them. Then one day my car started to drag, like it was the transmission, so I stopped and had it towed to my nieces house, because the Cars Doctors were closed and AAA wouldnt leave it on the street unsecured. They next day I had it towed to the Car Doctors at my expense because, I had reach my limit with AAA. I told Rick what happened and he said he would call me back with estimate at no charge to me.Rick called me and told my transmission need ed to be replaced. Now get this. He said it would cost me 5000.00. Now keep in mind I just paid 3800.00. I knew right then, they are rip off artist, supported by AAA.. I can buy a new engine for 5000.00. So, I had my car towed again to my nieces house @ my expense.I called two other auto shops they quoted m 2800.00 and 2500.00 respectively, only a 300.00 difference. Instead of almost a 50%Difference in price with the Car Doctors.So after having it towed back to my nieces house. My cousin looked at the car found that the top to the transmission fluid was gone. He looked closer and found the top sitting on battery. They forgot to put it back on. So we put to quarts of transmission fluid in, put the top back on, now my van runs fine.. No signs of a car needing a new teams transmission.The Car Doctors are liars and ripoffs. I will never go back. Attention : Car doctor ownerFirst and foremost, I will apologize for making this bad reviews publicly due to your mechanics either needs to have deciplinary actions or they just dont care or very inconsiderate to your customer(s) property.FYI, pictures and all receipts will follow or be included to back up my complaints.On 9/11/19, I was in your shop to do change oil. Your mechanic Julian left some Greasy dirt in multiple areas in and outside of my car.1. Greasy dirt both handles of my car in and outside from his hands by not wearing gloves2. Arm wrist panel in the driver side from his arm-wrist being Greasy3. Greasy dirt from his shoes next to myfloor-mat panel4. Driver side seat on right handside from him (he adjust the sitAnyway, when i saw these..i called Christy to informed her how disappointed I am with that mechanic. She adviced me to come back for him to see or clean it up.He did wiped down everything else EXCEPT my upholstery. He even asked me if i have a a brush to clean up. Who in the Frick-frack will carry a brush in your car to clean my upholstery is something that he had caused?Next complaint, was on 6/6/19. Again, i went in to your shop so that your mechanic can check or install my rear 3rd brake light. Whoever this mechanic was, again..when he took off my back panel so that he can take or check the brake light : he NOT only leaved the Greasy dirt on my car also..and he installed this panel unevenly to a point when I drove home, it makes squeaky noise. Again, Christy was informed about this. i did NOT turn around and have this mechanic re-do what he did, because i went somewhere else instead.Anyway, twice business in a row from your shop..two different mechanics, left greasy dirts to your customer(s property. Im not sure if they are aware of leaving the dirt behind but at least..have these employees wear disposable arm wrist protections, gloves, shoe booties to protect your angry customer having to have the bad reviews like mine.Again, I am doing this review for a better service in the future than your competitors out there.Your customers, should be handled with care. Because your customers, brings business to you.

Came here to rent uhaul. Will never come here again. They accidentally charged me for an extra day, I call and talked to them and they agree that would fix it for me. Check back with them a day later to see if they have fixed it and they said not yet and promise that they will take care of it. Check my statement 2 weeks later still have not refund me the extra day. Call Uhaul and told them about the problem, Uhaul told me they will take care of it and not need to contact Car Doctor. Uhaul was able to refund me in 1 day.

BAD DEAL, brought the car in because it didnt start, had the starter replaced for $369 but it still has trouble starting up. Took it back and they claimed its because of an oil leak (which I had noticed little quarter size spots under the car) told me theyll fix the oil leak (valve cover gasket) for $347, they sugested several other fixes like spark plug change (@ $20 a plug). Decided only to have the oil leak fixed, after I picked up the car the engine shut off not 1 mile from the shop on the freeway. Had it towed back and they claimed it was a loose vacuum hose. Picked the car back up and now it still doesnt start right up and the oil leak is worse than before. Spent over $700 and car is worse than before.

True story: came in to have alternator replaced on 2010 Acura. They quoted me $400 for part, $230 for labor. Expect to pay $660ish after tax but no, its $760. Extra $90 for diagnostic fee...after having established it was alternator and even so, doesnt take much to see thats its the alternator. Checked forum, alternator should NOT cost that much. Make sure they dont pull quick ones on you like typical shady mechanics do...

I went in for a free AC check. They checked the AC, but they added freon without asking me first. You should really tell people what you are going to do/how much it will cost before you do it. So I found myself paying $60 (I had to talk him down from $80) for a free ac check. I could have filled my own freon for much less than $60. Anyway, for things other than AC maybe youll be fine, but dont fall into their free AC check trap.

Brought my car in for a leak-down test. I was getting a misfire and wanted to see if I need to pull the engine, or just remove one of the heads. Rick called with the diagnosis, saying it was a bad valve/seat. When I came in to pick up the car I talked to the tech that did the test and asked him which valve (exhaust or intake) and he said he didnt know. I thought that was strange, since I had told them when I brought it in that I wanted to know exactly where the leak was occurring. After a little more chatting about the amount of compression and leak-down percentage he said it was probably a valve. Now I have no confidence that they actually did anything more than a compression test. Well, at least it was only $65.
