I have super bad credit and was denied by multiple other dealers so when I came to this dealership I was on the verge of giving up. For the last month I had been looking for a new car that would fit my family of 6. It was a headache until I contacted Muhammad at car deal auto sales. I called him in the morning and he was quick. I told him I wouldn’t have the down payment for another week and he said no worries and got us a loan with NO DOWN PAYMENT!! I came all the way from San Fransisco. The car was PRISTINE! This place will help you get approved for a nice car I had some issues going on with my license and needed a good car for work and Muhammad helped me get approved. You can test drive car up to 40miles (if you want to) car comes with a really good warranty. Muhammad is super friendly and accommodating will help you in anyway he can don’t hesitate to call or stop by he has a wide variety of cars that come with carfax which is another plus.

I’m not a big review person but I have to hoot, holler and rave about my experience with this place. We were having trouble finding a place willing to give us an auto loan. After looking at reviews online we found Muhammad at Car Deal auto sales. We read that he had helped others like us, who struggle to find financing.At 4 pm on Friday, we put an application in. Within three hours we received a message that hed found a bank willing to give us an auto loan and wed arrived at the lot to test drive some cars.There were several great options to choose from. He was very patient with us as we looked over all of the cars that caught our interest. We ended up with a car that looked great and handled like a dream. Honestly, if I hadnt known the model year Id have thought it was brand new.Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure that we had our car the very same day that we applied for it and by 10 pm we were driving our new car home. Im so grateful, because we ended up needing the car to take our dog to an emergency vet over the weekend. If Muhammad hadnt worked so hard for us, we would not have had a car until the banks opened again on Tuesday since Monday was a bank holiday.As an added bonus, Muhammad was the friendliest and most compassionate man that Ive met in a very long time. This is a great place especially if you have no credit/terrible credit, no license on hand and/or a first-time buyer! I had all these factors weighing me down but Muhammad came through! I picked out a cheap car at first but Muhammad took the extra mile and hours to make sure I could get a car that not only is newer with low miles but made sure it would be a great fit for the family and when I travel for work. This place has awesome customer service! Muhammad was very profession and helpful through the whole process. We went to a handful of dealerships but by far the best service and best deal was from here. We were approved quickly (even at the end of the day) but slept on it and looked around a little more. We came back the next day to purchase and the process went very smoothly! He handled all the paperwork and was very transparent about the whole process. We had a wonderful experience with Muhammad! He was prompt when I asked if the car we were interested in was still available and met us at his location even though it was his son’s birthday. He provided us with cold water bottles, showed us the vehicle history report, and gave us time to discuss the purchase privately. I purchased a 2005 Ford F250 from this business 3/30/2023. We had to have it in the shop the second day. We have now been broken down with it in the shop for 5 days. He will not return calls or texts. He sold us the warranty and did not activate it until today. Not a good place to do business with. He was very happy to take our $25,000. Wish he stood behind his merchandise.

Took his time to talk and do everything but thing is he wanted us to apply before even showing us the cars or test drive a car. Thought was ridiculous. Says will work with you but if youre low income, its still expensive! No prices on car so that makes it even harder. He said by applying before all that will tell us how much were approved and for which car. I apparently was approved for just 1 car on the lot which was very small. My fiance went through a hassle doing all his info to add his income and in the end they didnt use his income with mine. The other lot did. Took my business elsewhere. They ding my credit without even going through any test drive or look at cars. All he allowed is was to look outside of cars. He didnt come out and talk about any car or anything else. Waste of time yet he said if we didnt apply first well be wasting time. What happened to 15 minutes of approval?

I recently had to find a used car, as I was in an accident and my original car was totalled. I came across this website in my search for a Toyota. I found a great deal on a 2009 Scion xB, with low miles and in great shape. Mohammad, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and not pushy. My experience at this dealership was great. I felt like I got a good deal, and that was further proven when I had the whole car checked out by and ASE certified mechanic, who confirmed this. Muhammad was excellent. I called as i was passing by and hes appointment only but said I could come by right then if I wanted. Showed me the exact car I was looking for, didnt try to sell me a different model from what I wanted. I asked to get the car fully inspected at a Toyota dealer (full 4-6 hour inspection) just in case and he was willing to let me take the car and drop it off, and even picked me up to take me back to my car (after buying me lunch!). Came back the next day and bought the car on the spot. Extremely hospitable and would 100% go to for my car needs down the road.PS: theres a car shop adjacent to this one that is not owned by Muhammad. I went there by accident. Where do I start?... Well it all started 5 months ago that I seen a car online that I liked. Kind of reluctant to go and actually see the car and test drive it. The asking price was very low, I would have felt weird trying to talk him down a few hundred so I didnt. figured something had to be wrong with it, but there wasnt so I bought it. But here we are 5 months down the road and this dealership deserves nothing less than a five star rating. Still have my car in love it just like the day I bought it. And the reason why I was reluctant to go down there in the first place was I didnt think I could get into a car due to my credit from a recent divorce. But the owner Muhammad worked his magic and got me into a nice running car. Not only does Muhammad do great business and knows what hes doing and does it well he also has great customer service hell offer you snacks and something cold to drink it was summer when I bought my car and hot out so the cold refreshment was awesome. Hes been doing this for years and has great relationships with the financing companies who also provides insurance to get people like me with bad credit driving nice cars. I just know that Im forgetting some key things that I wanted to say but now I forget them but honestly if you want a man thats professional about his work and honest. Yeah I know a car salesman thats honest. HaHa! Muhammad is one of a kind and really cares about selling great quality cars at a low price to the Sacramento area. It was a new experience for me since I never bought a car that is 2 1/2 hours away from where I live. I was skeptical at first based on my previous experience with small used car dealers. Mohammed went above and beyond my expectations. He was very helpful, patient answering all our questions, didnt pressure us buying a car that we dont like. He didnt just add hidden charges on contract like Gap and other warranties like other car dealers do. He simplified the buying process for us. He even picked us up at the bus station instead of us taking Uber so we can save money. He even offered to give us a short city tour before heading to his office. I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. I bought my first car here and let me tell all who read this review, Muhammad runs his business with the upmost standards of customer services and kindnesses. First of all, my car was kept in peak condition. Everything runs and sounds great. He was extremely friendly. We laughed, told Stories and in those short hours, we became friends. He worked tirelessly for hours to get me the best deal he could. And I think I did great!!! This car is my first. I’m a 21 year old whose had his license for little over a year and I currently have no credit. Muhammad helped me establish credit, got me a approved for a loan from a bank, which was significantly difficult considering I didn’t have a co-signer, and he helped me get my own insurance, all in one day!! It’s also worth noting that my insurance plan, which Muhammad help me acquire, was far cheaper than any other plan I had been quoted. But what took the cake was his hospitality. My family had, for the most part, skipped breakfast that day. About halfway through the process, Muhammad himself offer my family food to eat from his fridge. He offered us water. Hey paid for gas in my car so I could throughly enjoy my test drive. His own father, who also works there, drove my parents to the ATM to obtain money for my down payment. This was beyond good business. This was a pure example of genuine kindness. I would also like to mention that there is a review that unbelievably gave this dealership 1 star. Don’t listen to them at all. Total BS. Oh, and by the way, the dirty man who the person describes ad being rude, he take care of the cars His name is Mike and so of course his cloths would appear worked in as he washed the cars and completes task around the lot. Mike and Muhammad both washed my car and smog checked it and Mike was extremely nice and help. I am so blessed to have met such kind and wholesome individuals. They mad a nervous kid feel on top of the world.

Came here to take a look at a car I saw on CarFax and had an amazing experience. I called to make an appointment and managed to make one for the following day. Muhammad was super patient. I had plenty of time to look around the car and inside it. He also let me go on a long test drive to really get a feel for the car. Muhammad only sells clean vehicles and provides you the carfax! I recently bought a 2010 Chrysler 300c from Muhammad; the day I was on my way to get the vehicle Muhammad advised he had ran the carfax and noticed there was a recal on the timing chain, he sent the vehicle to the dealer for the repairs at no cost! Over $3,000 worth of repairs, and his main reason was he wanted to make sure the car was good. Most dealers would have sold it to you with the recall and never said anything! If you are looking for an honest dealership, I definately recommend Car Deal Auto Sales. I thought everything was ok and I was pretty happy when I left but no later than 3 days later, after purchase, I was having issues with the car.. not minor but MAJOR.. fast foward 3 months later and Im still having issues with the car. Its been sitting and collecting dust because the car warranty is trash and I cant afford a 2500 auto shop bill. They ask you to to a praising video of how you got a car, so when you get the actual amount from the car payment people, double the amount that was told when signing the papers in person. I saw a jeep for 7 gs I put 4 gs as down payment and received my first car bill, and its another 7 gs as owed. So they butter you up spend your down payment and quick to get you to sign and make a video of another happy customer. They dont let you know about the small details, they say, Oh its included with the down payment or Oh dont worry that nothing just something we have to sign for the car lein company, dont worry 😉. So ask what fees are they saying Dont worry about, because when you get your lein payment bill somehow I had signed, something That was nothing to worry about or included . Meanwhile jeep already broke down twice, asked for another key, (still waiting for a answer) and still owe. (Smiling faces 🤑👹) Now we know why before you walk out the office they ask you to give a praising video. 👎
