The service at Capstone Dental is nothing short of phenomenal . Every member of the team, from the receptionist to the hygienist demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and made to feel right at home. The front office staff, including Dr. Nalinis assistant, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze.As for Dr. Nalini, she is an absolute professional. For someone who is always scared of going to the dentist, this was such a pleasant visit. On arrival the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My teeth aren’t Always the best to work with but since coming here I have not had issues with my teeth since. They are also super informative amazing. Always a pleasure to come in get my teeth looked at and fixed.Keep coming back for anything regarding my teeth. I love that they have everything on file and your not dealing with different staff that don’t know you personally whats going on with your teeth. Amazing Dentist! Wow. I was speechless after my first experience at this dental office. The front desk, dental assistant and dentist were all very kind. The dentist was also so gentle with her handling. By far the best experience I’ve had at the dentist in a very long time. I’m also pregnant and they were very knowledgeable of the restrictions and accommodated my needs very well. Lastly, they were so timely with their services. I was in and out in less than an hour, when my previous dentist had me in the chair for 3+ hours for only one filling! I’m so happy to have found this office and will be recommending my husband!

Trying a new Dentist for the first time and I was pleasantly greeted by Tara the office manager pwho made me feel comfortable and at ease. The initial consultation and x-rays were very easy and comfortable especially for me who avoids any Dentist. Really wonderful Receptionist/ Front Office Assistant.She was so sweet & made me feel very comfortable despite my anxiety being at an all time high. I originally called as an urgent appt. & they managed to get me in very quickly. A very productive visit as I was seen by the dentist, received X-rays & a referral to an oral surgeon all in one visit.The office was very comfortable, top of the line equipment, very clean, extremely professional & attentive.I couldnt recommend a better Dental Care Facility. I have been a patient of Capstone Dental Care for a few years now and couldnt be happier. The office has such a relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful soothing nature videos playing in the waiting room and also in the exam rooms. You are greeted by Tara the office manager. She is very kind and extremely efficient at her job. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see the dentist. Dr. Jokmels is very gentle throughout the visit and takes her time to explain what is going to happen during the procedure and also allows time to answer any questions I have. The office accepts Care Credit which is really helpful for unexpected dental visits. I have been well taken care of here at Capstone and reccomend this office for a pleasant dental experience.

I dont have a good history of dental visits. After mistakenly telling my girlfriend that I had not been in years, I was persuaded to find a dentist and make an appointment.Capstone Dental is walking distance from my home and they accept my insurance. After speaking with Tara and explaining my work schedule she was able to get me in on a Saturday. To insure my presence at the appointment my girlfriend picked me up and went with me. Upon arrival I was greeted by name and taken back to x-ray right away. I was then assured that they were aware of my apprehension and concerns. Technology has changed since my last dental visit. All of the staff were very friendly, compassionate and helpful making the visit and procedure extremely comfortable and painless so much so that Im looking forward to returning for the follow up. I highly recommend this dental office!

Today 1/13/22 was my first time going to see the dentist. Well with Capstone. The staff greeted me and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Tara at the front desk is very helpful and nice. The place is so nice and clean with modernized equipments. I had x-rays taken of my entire mouth that didnt take long at all. I had my teeth cleaned and I like how they were gentle and very Thorough while cleaning my teeth. The patience they had. The seats were very comfortable. I like how they were all geared up to protect not only themselves,but also me. Afterwards they explained the future plans and the options they have made out for me that would work for what my problems that I was having. Overall it was a very good first experience unlike my last dentist that I had elsewhere. I am glad I found Capstone dental. The great thing is they accept medi-cal. I feel confident that I have made the right choice in choosing Capstone as my new place for dental care and for my future dentist. Its nice to see and read about all the positive reviews this place is getting too. Its like night and day from my last dental place. I would highly recommend this to all my family and friends 💜.

The office is very well kept and nice. I have had cleanings done, teeth whitening, and made a night guard because I grind my teeth at night. I have been happy with the thoroughness of their work. They accept my insurance and I havent experienced any sort of unexpected costs. I have definitely found my family dentist!

Honestly, in my 35 years of life, having been to a dozen dentists, this is the BEST experience and care ive ever had. We just moved to Northern California and my family and I are going to miss 3 things. Our So Cal family, the beach, and OUR DENTIST! Dr. Jokmels and her friendly staff are seriously the most amazing people. I dont think were going to find anyone as good as they are up here and I am seriously sad about it. She has always taken the time to listen to MY concerns as well as fully explain any she may have, and best of all (in my opinion) she never overbooks which allows her the individual, one-on-one time with each patient, and the following day, after a procedure she herself calls to see how youre doing & to make sure youre comfortable/ok. And I couldnt forget about Tara. She jumps through hoops to help you with just about anything. If you have a question about insurance or payments or scheduling, or almost anything else dentistry related, Tara!! Now I needed an Extraction today and let me tell you I’m very Sensitive to Shots in the Gums etc. But This Dentist was so Gentle and Patient, Not Only Did I barely Feel the 3 Shots in my Gums but the Extraction she did was Unbelievable to a BIG Tooth way in the Back!! I love everybody there. They treated me like a king, not the baby I was acting like. They took me from having only two teeth to a full set of teeth in four very quick weeks and I could not be happier. I can sincerely recommend Dr Jokels and the whole staff. Dr Jokmels is the best! I have had numerous dental procedures here. While having dental work is never fun, she makes it as good as it can be. She listens to concerns, makes sure you are in as little pain as necessary, and does good work in a timely manner.The office is clean and fresh, th staff are Friendly and Curteous. Im always seen in a timely manner, works with most dental plans. They do their best to accomodate emergency visits and the hours work with most schedules. I highly recommend Capstone Dental, and will continue to consider this for all my dental needs. 5 Stars

From the very beginning till the end, I had such a professional and pleasant experience here. The front desk staff was so polite and kind. She was friendly, efficient and organized. The Assistant to Dr. Jokmels was very thorough in all she did and kept me informed along the way of what was being done and what to expect. The office looks like an exquisite combination of a hotel and a resort! When I remarked about how clean and beautiful everything looked, I was told that Dr. Jokmels actually envisioned the place to look like a spa. Well, I personally told her, “mission accomplished”! I mean you get to see and hear waterfalls and running with rivers by green meadows as you get your teeth checked!!! I felt like I had the deluxe dental experience as a patient! I went for the periodic cleanup last week. As usual Dr. Nalini & team made my visit very smooth and professional. During the visit Dr Nalini found out that there was a small cavity and fixed that immediately, no need to schedule another appointment and all. Ive been avoiding the dental chair for awhile, was completely terrified as a child. Came here to Capstone, nerves and all, and couldnt have been happier. Scheduled my kids the following week and they were so comfortable. She was straight forward and didnt try and sell me on unnecessary work. Very kind and extremely gentle. Her prices are very competitive, actually my crown is $300 cheaper than any other dentist quote (Ive have a temporary in for years) and she allowed my to have a pay schedule.Her office staff is easy going and kind. It’s so hard to find a good dentist, but Dr. Nalini is the best! I came to her several years ago after I had been told by another dentist that I needed to have 2 cavities repaired in the middle of my two top front teeth, and several other cavities too. I’ve heard before that lots of dentists claim that people have cavities just to get the insurance money and I didn’t want to take the chance that I’d have ugly fillings in the middle of my smile for no reason.Dr Nalini was highly recommend by several people I know and even though she didn’t take my insurance I thought to would be worth it to payout of pocket for a second opinion. Boy am I glad I did too! It turned out that it was just a stain between my 2 front teeth!!! Instead of 5 cavities, I didn’t have any cavities! I actually saved money by paying out of pocket to see Dr. Nalini! I dropped my dental insurance after that and now I send everyone to her! They love her too!! Dr. Nalini is so gentle and her dental office is designed to calm patients. It’s like going to a spa. Literally, it looks like something you’d see at a fancy spa. Tara at the front desk makes you feel like you are her best friend. She is so knowledgeable and great and what’s even more amazing is that the Dentist actually calls the next day to see how I’m doing after any dental procedure!! It’s hands down the best service and I’m always confident that friends are going to call after going to her just to thank me. And they do! I’d give her more starts if I could!

What a blessing and relief to find Dr. Jokmels! When I moved back to SoCal after more than a decade out of state, I didnt know what to do. I missed my Boston dentist and dreaded finding a new one. I have a pretty severe case of TMJ, so working with a dentist who is knowledgeable and gentle is extremely important to me. Dr. Jokmels is both of these things. She took a lot of time to listen, and she answered all of my questions before, during, and after treatment. She checked in with me about my comfort all throughout the process (I needed a cleaning, one new filling, and repair of a cracked filling). I really appreciated that. I also must say that her facility is absolutely beautiful. It feels more like a spa than a dental office, honestly! And she has all the latest state-of-the-art equipment (I had no idea my favorite dentist in Boston was using such old tools and technology.) She takes pictures and shows them on a screen right in front of you, storing photos of every little thing she might want to keep an eye on from visit to visit (including a little spot on my gum that she thinks is harmless but that I discovered...she checks it every visit to make sure it hasnt changed). I should also mention that I dont currently have dental insurance, and Dr. Jokmels cash prices are unbeatable. I read a previous review about how she upsells, but Im beyond surprised to hear s/he felt that way. I have referred several people to her in the past 2 years, and I have never heard anything but raving reviews like the one Im happy to give. Its unusual for me to take the time to write an online review, but when it comes to finding a good dentist, I know its tough, so I hope my experience gives you the confidence to give her a try. I seriously doubt youll go elsewhere after you meet Dr. Jokmels!

I recently visited this dentist. What a mistake! It is a very nice and new office. The problem is that Dr. Jokmels is a up-seller. She wants to do unnecessary work to pad her bill. In my case she wanted to do what is known as a Deep cleaning. Those of you who arent familiar with this, it is something that someone over 40 might possibly need if they havent been to a dentist in several years . It cost 20 times more that a regular cleaning does. It is the new money maker for Dentists like DR. Jokmels. A regular cleaning is about 50 dollars. A deep cleaning is about a thousand dollars. Which cleaning would you prefer? She gave no legitamint justification for it or her badgering me to have it done. So I just got a copy of my x-rays and walked out of her office-never to return. If you got time and money to burn -shes your dentist!

This is an extremely overdue review.My fiancé came in here with an infected tooth. We expected her to put him on some antibiotics and have him come in at a later time to pull or do what needed to be done. No. She tried numbing him and tried pulling the tooth. Obviously, with a very bad infection, it wasn’t working. She kept trying to numb him and pull. I asked if I could just pay to knock him out or come back another day and she said no to both. He was literally screaming in pain and she wouldn’t stop. All I could do was cry and she wouldn’t stop. She had someone come in to hold him down. My fiancé was traumatized before, but he refuses to go to the dentist since visiting her. How can you pull a tooth out of someone’s mouth, while they’re not numbed up and screaming in pain, and not care?! Seriously, so unprofessional. I regret not grabbing him and getting up and leaving.
