If you want a magical and serene experience, go on and get yourself to Capital floats. Me and my fiance had a lovely time floating and meditating and letting pain and stress melt right off us as we floated in the trinkwell water. Judy, who was the one to greet us and set us up was super sweet, delightful and attentive. Capital floats is kept very clean and is a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere to exist in

It was a Sunday and I really needed to relax and get a good massage so I went on line and booked with Greg who works on Sunday. Greg was amazing and did a fantastic job! I cant wait to go back and get another massage! It was my first experience at Capitol Floats and I highly recommend them!

I was apprehensive going into this because it was set up by my husband for my birthday but I had a fantastic time. The whole place smells great and is super clean. I did the trifecta, which was infrared sauna, massage, and float. The only thing I wish was different was that they would have told us that the sauna time had started because I wasted about 15 minutes changing and using the restroom not knowing our sauna time was already counting down. The environment was great. Even though the sauna was definitely only big enough for 2 we werent cramped. I appreciated all the extras provided like robes, towels, hair ties, and sandals. Massage was fantastic. The masseuse made extra effort to help me adjust so I was comfortable. This was the first time I had ever used a float tank and it was great. As a mom of three I was able to have absolutely nothing touch me and complete silence. It was a great reset. Even though we were definitely on a schedule I never felt rushed through anything. Overall super relaxing experience that I would absolutely do again. Probably the best birthday gift I have ever been given and the price for all the services felt really fair. I do wish they would have offered cold bottled water though. I was SO thirsty after the sauna and the water that came out of the machine they had was kinda luke warm.

I enjoyed my experience at Capitol Floats in Auburn! It was the reset I needed. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. If you need an absolute recovery, mind body and spirit, a deprivation salt bath float does the job.

My first experience at Capital Float was incredible - Hailey was so sweet and gave me a tour before my “Trifecta”. The sauna was the perfect start, Greg was amazing, his massage left my very tense muscles more relaxed than I’ve been in months. Finishing up with a float (which was my first one ever!) such a unique and tranquil experience. I will be booking again very soon !!

Really like Capitol Floats. Always a great experience. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and the floats are just the best. Love getting lost in the warm water and letting go with the soft music.

It had been a while since my last float. Whitney greeted me like a friend and let me know the music 🎶 I like was cued up and a neck pillow was ready for me in room 2. I couldn’t wait to get in there. I had a relaxing experience. I enjoy the people who work at Capitol Floats and look forward to my next visit.

The facility itself is pretty cool, I love the lounge in the back- very comfy, with tea and treats. The massage was great, and the float was great, but it smelled a little unclean somehow. The only disappointment was that the girl working at the desk was not well trained or coordinated at all. I got the trifecta for my 40th birthday as a gift from my Fiance. ALL I WANTED, was to relax and be guided effortlessly from one treatment to the next in a nice comfy robe but NO. She had us sitting there for 30 minutes before even acknowledging us which cut my sauna treatment from 45 mins to 15 mins. She offered to comp it, but then I went into the massage and she seemed so scattered. She wasn’t there to guide me on where to go next and lacked confidence in what she was doing. Then I had to wait an extra half hour apart from the original half hour between massage and float because she didn’t clean it in a timely fashion. It was relaxing but could’ve been better with a better trained person.

Ive had back pain for years, and gone to chiropractors on a regular basis. Never have I experienced the pain relief I get after floating. Ive only gone a few times and so far it is a temporary fix. But to go one day with little to no pain is totally worth it. Plus the mental release of just shutting down all your senses really helps me recharge and de-stress.

Hailey and Rebecca are both amazing and welcoming. Facilities are clean and accommodating. Great sauna experience! Looking forward to making another appointment soon!
