I recently moved my mortgage companys IT needs, LOS software, and email all over to Capital Network Solutions from a different group I have been with for many years and it has been one of the best moves I have ever made. Brian Mayorga and his team have been amazing. With such a big move there have been plenty of hurdles that have popped up and theyve been incredibly quick to address them and best of all the communication has been A+. Lets be honest, communication is almost the only thing that matters these days anyway. The expectations were set fairly from the start and they have delivered on their commitments 100%. The CNS team is the best, they are prompt to respond and always so very pleasant to work with and assist with all of my technical issues. I am not tech savvy, but they never make me feel that I am asking a silly question. The always get me situated so I can continue working!

Every time I contact CNS for an issue they are very attentive. Even the strangest of cases it seems like there is an answer to it in a timely fashion. Their tier 1 support is very knowledgeable and they really dont default to passing the issues onto tier 2 support. One of the better decisions our company has made is going through CNS.

Setting up a new computer and transferring your old preferences over is like helping someone move when youre not sure what stays at the old house and what goes. No matter how prepared you are, you always forget something! Tim took good care of me, making sure everything made its way to the new laptop.

Spencer went above and beyond helping me investigate time sensitive emails I mysteriously did not receive. This missing email made me look incompetent to my manager by the sender who sent us a date/time stamp of when it was sent. It turns out, this was user error on the senders part because the email was never sent. Spencer took the time to be sure Im not missing important emails, but ended up finding that it was never sent, thus redeeming me of the lost email issue. Thank you Spencer...made my day!

I work for APMC mortgage as a LO/Loan. Since CNS-Service/Capital Network Solutions, Inc. has become our in-house help desk, its been AWESOME. Theyre corrected tech items that just couldnt be handled before. Ive spoken with 4 different people and every single one has been knowledgeable, courteous, works and gets things done at warp speed and have always completed correctly. Theyre really nice too.
