Pricing is excellent and Alan is amazing!! Our refinance incredibly smooth!! If you want someone who will save you money this is the man you want to work with. Saving time is another benefit youll enjoy when you choose Alan. Heres why... Before I met Alan I would search the internet looking for the best rate only to find out how confusing it can be. Basically paralysis through analysis. The problem is the responsibility still fell on my lap when it comes to taking action submitting forms on documents etc. I would get stuck and procrastinating not getting anything done. Days and weeks would go by and still no progress because its very intimidating knowing whether or not these lenders have your best interest in mind but luckily one day my coworker suggested I call Capital 1 Mortgage having already refinanced through them several times I decided to call with some reluctance. Alan answered right away and instantly gave me answers to all my questions and concerns with zero hesitation. What I appreciated the most was his straight forward demeanor without all the fluff and mumbo jumbo. Right away I can tell how experienced he was because our interaction DID NOT feel sales pitchy at all. His confidence gave me confidence. Another very important factor was the interest rate Alan ultimately locked was lower than anything I shopped through the internet. Even my current lender was not offering a rate as low as what Alan was able to get us! Step by step he walked us through the process until its was all said and done. Were making our first payment next month and were saving 10s of thousands of dollars in the long run!!! Were also considering purchasing our next home through Capital 1 Mortgage because of how satisfied we are with Alan and his company... Hes very professional and hands on... And yes they specialize in that too FYI !!!
