I used the functional medicine 3-month program with Jen. I wasnt sure how my body would react to this program. I am now able to eat normally againI know which foods to avoid. I am sleeping better and am in a regular exercise routine again. I am feeling a lot better as well. In addition to the functional medicine program, I also had my hormones tested. I had been going through menopause for some time. I was hoping to have support for my symptoms. I was able to get relief with sleep, bloating,energy levels, and migraines. Overall, I am glad that I committed to the program and recommend it to others as well.

Cañon Health Center has played a crucial role in supporting my well-being over an extended period. Canyon Health is such a wonderful place to come for healing of all kinds. I have been going for over a year on a weekly basis for acupuncture with Kasha. She is an amazing healer who is very intuitive and genuinely cares about my day-to-day life and how my stress levels impact my well-being. I am able to sink into relief and relaxation so easily as Kasha hits just the right points. Her knowledge of Chinese medicine and her recommendations for herbs and supplements complements the care she shares with her clients. The overall feel of Canyon Health is one of beauty, calm and healing. The minute you walk in the door, you feel that you will be well cared for in this beautiful space. Everyone who works there is so kind and friendly. It truly is a wonderful refuge from a crazy life!

The vibe of a place is important to me if Im going for healing and to relieve stress and Canyon Health Center is perfect! From the minute you walk through the door your stress and tension start melting away. Its not just the atmosphere, but everyone who works there is welcoming and friendly.I see Kasha for acupuncture to help with stress and tension in my back and shoulders from sitting in front of a computer all day. I felt relief after my 1st treatment and the effects lasted much longer than when I see my chiropractor.Ive had acupuncture for 25+ years with some pretty amazing people and Im very particular, Kasha is definitely at the top of my list. She is warm, friendly, very experienced, takes the time to listen to what is going on and makes recommendations for treatment (before just jumping in).Whether youve never had acupuncture before or have had it for years please try Kasha you wont be disappointed.

This is the place to go for healing, pain relief and excellent health care advice. I am doing the functional medicine program. Feel so much better. More energy, mental clarity and less body aches. Kasha Ra truly helped me so much.She explained everything thoroughly and provided support. I will forever be grateful for her help.

Canyon Health has been my go-to for acupuncture for many years. Recently, my health started declining and my body was not responding to normal healthy eating and exercise. As a registered dietitian, I know what to eat and I was beyond frustrated and discouraged with my health. I happened to mention my challenges to Jennifer and she ordered some tests and quickly identified why my body was not operating like normal. She put together a plan that got me back on track, and I feel better than I have in years!

Canyon Health Center possibly saved my life. That may sound a little dramatic but it’s true. Several years ago I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. I did not fit any of the standard criteria as to why (age, BMI, diet, etc.) but I was determined to figure out why and improve my health. After reading an article from the Mayo Clinic that showed studies of how acupuncture can keep patients in sinus rhythm longer, I started going to Canyon Health Center. I started acupuncture for heart calming and then ventured into functional medicine. Jennifer and Kasha, pinpointed steps I could take to improve my health. With diet change, supplementation and acupuncture, I’ve been able to keep my heart in sinus rhythm for several years at a time. I changed my Cardiac Reactive Protein number from over 3 to under 1 which is where it’s supposed to be. Heart tissue damage has been repaired! I’ll be forever grateful to Jennifer and Kasha and Canyon Health Center.

Ive been treating by pesky tennis elbow (the result of an extended day of chain sawing) with the usual rest, ice, compression and elevation for literally months. I decided to try adding acupuncture to my treatment regimen. Why not...cant hurt and might help right? I have had two treatments with Kasha Ka and feel better than I can remember since the onset this past spring...truly. In addition to the acupuncture, Kasha Ka recommended (didnt push) a herbal supplement and gave me some good stretches and exercises to help me heal. Its working! And besides being professional, Kasha Ka (an athlete herself) seems genuinely interested in getting me back to my active life. She is kind and personable and listens with a most empathetic ear as I blab on about my aches and pains. I am grateful to have met her!

I had heard about CHC from a friend. I started going there for acupuncture and massage. They accepted my HSA which made it worth the drive fromSac to Auburn. Soon after visiting, i participated in their Instagram giveaway and WON! A 3 month functional medicine program that really sent me into the next level of my healing journey. I worked with Kasha and Elise and they were so knowledgeable and provided a great deal of guidance along the way. I had labs taken and based off results, started supplementation and lifestyle changes. I noticed positive changes within my body the last few months. combating sugar addiction/parasites and creating new habits to promote a healthier version of me. I amso grateful for CHC! I feel so blessed to have won such a wonderful gift of wellness! Jennifer and Michael and the rest of the team are incredible! They offer a huge selection of herbal supplements and medicines. I am continuing my healing journey with their monthly plan for massage and acupuncture and will do a follow up on labs soon with Kasha. This is a wonderful place for healing.

Jennifer and her staff at Canyon Health are amazing. Jennifer has helped me immensely with chronic cervical spine pain. I had been told by a local cervical spine specialist that the chronic pain in my neck would never go away, which was so disheartening. However, between accupuncture,, cupping, massage and Mayo-facial therapy I am feeling much better with improved range of motion. Luckily I have insurance to cover some of the costs, but I would pay out-of-pocket for it excuse it’s worth it!
