Great customer service and skilled work at very reasonable price. I had a question and doors were locked. Owner opened the doors answer my question on shifter repair.I brought my ebike with broken chain and he made the fixes new heavy duty chain, shifter and brakes repaired. All extremely positive experience!

Stopped by yesterday to simply adjust the Handlebar on my E ride Pro SS. what was suppose to be an in and out trip, morphed into a 48 minutes conversation with the owner Lonnie. Amazing conversation about the shop, his passion for cycling and the craft in general. This place is a gem and Lonnie is a wealth of information. It reminded about growing up working at a similar shop during summer vacation in the 90s.Thank you Lonnie for an awesome service and experience. Ronnie & Lonnie are twins I grew up with in Santa Clarita. All they ever did is ride bikes growing up. Me And my twin rode with them everywhere. I’ll be in the market soon to buy a few bikes and will be going there. Don’t go elsewhere!! They are the best and most knowledgeable!!!!

Highly recommend this bike shop! The owners Lonnie and Ronnie are the best! We brought in a road bike to be built and they exceeded our expectations. Price was fair and work was with care. We will definitely come back and support these guys and hope anyone who reads this does as well!Check out how the bike came out!

Based on previous reviews, Ive gone to other spots. Wanting to give them a shot based on more recent reviews. Lonnie rocks! I walked in thinking Ill have to come back next week for my bike. Deraillure adjustment, I could not get dialed in. Lonnie stopped what he was doing, and got to work on my bike on the spot! Sat down & as he dialed it in, some bike chit chat, Boom! Im good to go! This is true customer service, Canyon Bicycles & Lonnie has earned my return visits.

Canyon Bicycles is the best! I had recently bought a second hand Mongoose Dolomite and wanted to be sure everything was in good working order. I took my bike to Canyon Bicycles and Lonnie look it over and said he could make all the adjustments and give the bike a safety inspection. He gave me a very reasonable price and even gave me a military discount. He has the bike ready for me to pick-up in two days. Lonnie is very helpful and did a fantastic job on my bike. He is very Knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Canyon Bicycles.

I bought a used bike from a garage sale n took it for a safety check, turned out it needed a new brake cable. They fixed it and even cleaned up the bike! It was like a brand new bike. When I’m ready, I can’t wait to go back and buy a new bike!!!

The owner of the shop is amazing. I would like to say I was a customer, however I did not pay anything so I am technically not a customer. I bought an Ancheer e bike for Christmas. Not from him .I came in to have the rear tire calibrated.As he was beginning to start the calibration he noticed several other problems in the bike of electrical nature he spent quite some time dealing with me and my bike .After a while it became clear that I should return the bike and get a new bike as this one was defective. I tried to pay him something for the time he had spent on me, he refused to except payment. This is an honest man and I will always be a customer of this bike shop. I would give more stars but you cannot. By the way these are new owners. This shop should have five stars.

Had the chance to repair a flat tire this weekend in this shop and I have to say owners are amazing, excellent costumer service, prices are fair, my kids enjoyed a little scout chatting 😀 If you are looking for a place in Santa Clarita about bikes, this is the place!!! Support small business!!!

My wife dropped off her bike for a tune up.#1 The owner Shawn Lee told her that it would be done in a week and it took two weeks.#2 He told her that during the tune up he would check to see if a new inner tube was needed because the tire was flat. Went to pick up the bike after 2 weeks, tire was flat and had to wait for it to be replaced. Was prepared to pay for the tube, but not an additional installation fee, since the bike was being tuned up.His attitude is what was the biggest disappointment. Poor customer service skills. Only concerned with getting the additional fee for labor that took all of 5 minutes. Something that should have been done before.We will NOT be returning.

Went for a simple inter tube replacement on my son’s green bmx bike. I called prior to dropping off to confirm the price and confirmed once again in person. I decided on the heavy duty inter tube since only needed one and the owner quoted me $15. I asked if it would be ready the next day he told me he would call me. Two days later after no call, I went to pick it up. I was surprised when they charged me $58 total and I insisted there must be a mistake. The owner explained that they changed both inter tubes with heavy duty ones which came out to $30 plus labor. When I called for price and confirmed in person there was never any mention of labor cost on top of quoted price and they never called me to confirm if I wanted the second inter tube replaced, they just did the work. This is terrible way to conduct business, we recently bought bikes for the whole family and we thought we found a nice local bike shop for all our bike needs, but we will have to look elsewhere. I cannot recommend this shop because of their shady practices, next time I will have to go to big chain repair shop to avoid this scenarios. Horrible customer service! Times are tough and he’s taking advantage of people.

I went into the shop with my sons bike that had been purchased at a big box store. It was Saturday on a holiday weekend. Im sure that Chad had more lucrative things to do. Nonetheless, the bike needed the wheel put back on as my we had a lost lug nut. The brakes were a disaster and needed to be tightened and adjusted. Chad took great care of me. He helped me understand the differences between bikes at the big box stores and ones that were made to last. While sharing that information, he did not make me feel less than. He understood the budget issues. He took great care of me. I left with a bike that would last a little longer in under thirty minutes. When its time to buy a bike for my son, there will not be a big box store for me, Im going to Chad at Canyon Bicycles. Thanks for taking great care Chad!

Sean and Loni (I believe thats how you spell it?) These guys here helped me cop 2 beautiful Schwinn beach cruisers at a great price. The knowledge and care these fellas had was impeccable and they even helped me get the bikes in my car. I dont think there a better bike shop Ive been to yet and they deserve all the credit for being my go-to from now on. Solid people, and quality service.

Brought my bike in to have it put back together after shipping. All that needed doing was the handle bars, pedals and the wheels put back on as well as the computer components checked and lined up. If I had the right tools I could do it in ten minutes, tops. The owner kept pushing me to do a full safety check and tune-up for $80. The bike is almost new so I declined. He charged me $39 and did nothing more than put the few pieces back together. Didnt even check to see if anything was lined up correctly. The bike, which is white, had grease smears all over it which the owner said wasnt from his shop. Well, the bike was clean when I saw it go into the box and he is the only one that touched it after that. If he had just wiped his greasy prints off the bike and done a tiny little bit more than the ten minutes it took to put the few parts back together, like line up the Cateye computer components and tell me he looked the bike over for my $39 he would have had a long time customer. Im very turned off by the store and this mans lack of service. I will tell all the other cyclists I know. I hope he enjoys his $39 that he ripped off from me because he lost a lot more than that in future business.

Ive never been so ripped off and lied to in my life. They repaired my flat and used a faulty tube. 10 miles into my first ride on the new tire it went flat in two places along a seam and I was unable to patch. I brought the faulty tube in and the owner looked at the clearly defective tube and lied to my face and said it was not their fault. All to save himself 9.95. Wow!

I didnt find any staff. There is one guy. He sells cheap tools. I bought a chain breaker from the guy and the breaker broke before I could get the chain on. He knows very little about older bikes. When I went to buy the chain, he asked me a bunch of questions like how many speeds is it, is it alloy and etc. Come to find out after all this he only sells one size of chain. You would be much better off at any other bike store believe me. Plus he has really very little stock. Try Valley Bikes over on Railroad Ave. In Newhall. They have everything you need and good quality.

Got a chain breaker but it didn’t work out so about 20 minutes after buying it I went back for a return, it was in perfect condition but he still said no. He never even said no returns, if you want a real bike shop that doesn’t eat your money go to valley bikes.

Canyon Bicycles is a credit to the community. I just moved to Canyon Country, and Chad made a great first impression.Chad helped me air up my recently purchased road bike (I forgot to grab the Schraeder adapters from the buyer).He also took the time to check out the gearing, and confirmed that I got a good deal on this used bike.If that wasnt enough, he raised the handlebars, so I wouldnt have to hunch over as much. Talk about service!

My sons over $300 bike has broke constantly since purchase. Starting the very next day. So, you go in and purchase over priced replacement parts that fail even faster than the originals. Never spending my hard earned money there again.

Total BAIT AND SWITCH! The OWNER sold me a 7 speed Diamond Back mountain bike... The rear wheel sprocket only had 6 and hung up on me when I confronted him about it. Offers FREE labor when any parts break because I bought it there. 1 set of peddles 2 rear rims @ $40 each 1 rear axle and bearings 1 set of cranks and bearings. Bike not even 2YEARS OLD. They were also the only 1 to WORK on the bike. First year maintenance FREE. He also doesnt give an itemized receipt... so all the RECEIPTS just have how much you total is???

Called in about a bike tune up they quoted me and said come on in we will be here so I did just that when I got there shops locked up and looks closed down its 3 in the afternoon well within their business hours this is plain bad business how could you tell me come in and just leave for the day?
