This review is for Wade who I had the honor of connecting with through the Concord Chamber Of Commerce. Wade is an IT wiz and an all around great guy. A servant leader, Wade is constantly connecting with other local businesses to learn about how he can support them including putting on free clinics to help them with different IT topics including cyber security. I was so happy to have found Cantrells as our IT specialist. They are professional and very responsive. It feels good to know when you have an issue with your office computers that they are only a phone call away in helping you. Our company had some issues with hacking and Cantrells IT agent Chris Fry was able to work with us by installing an app that has taken care of that problem. He also fixed some problems we were having with our SharePoint and has sold our company the necessary computer accessories we needed at a great price. Everyone there at Cantrells is very nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and I think you will too!!

I needed an updated laptop computer to operate my machine embroidery program on. Large and clear screen for drawing on the cad screen and easy to take with me to classes. Wade listened to me and found a perfect laptop for this use. Little did I know that Covid would change the way I started using the computer with the many zoom calls for both my real estate and quilting businesses. The batteries have held up over the past several years and I love the fact that I can tote the computer all over and not have to worry about charging every second.If you want a product or service in IT Wade is the person to speak with. He listens to your needs and gives you a better product.
