Place looked great in pictures and kinda in person.Issue smell. Room smells like dog piss. Furniture little ran through but I can tell it was changed not long ago.Its an small level up from a crackotel.

The room was very dirty, the folder gave off a smell. It was very annoying to be dirty the days we stayed, according to the fact that they cleaned the room but they only took out the garbage and put towels, they didnt clean anything, I had to go around cleaning and disinfecting the whole room, because not even the They didnt make the beds, they didnt even vacuum them because everything was there in the folder. I didnt like that at all. They are a thousand times better in all the hotels in Mexico because they are very clean. Very bad experience because in the photos it doesnt look like that But I think those are from when they opened it because they all look very nice compared to the room we got. Such a bad appearance on the dirty walls and it was like they painted them with graffiti and they wanted to cover it up with paint and it looked very bad.

This is a disgusting place! I would avoid this place at all cost. I would rather stay in my car then to stay in this smelly, carpet stained and questionable place. Look at the rooms before you pay. I paid and then told them how awful it was and they refuse to find me a better room or my money back. I’m out $180 for a place I didn’t even stayed in. If you do stay here just assure you got your tetanus shot. You been warned

Room did not seem to be cleaned upon arrival. All the towels were folded but they were dirty and had stains on them as if they weren’t washed, just refolded. Called the front to get new towels and they said to go down to the front to get the new towels? How are you going to do in room service for food but not the towels? Unless the workers just didn’t feel like bringing it. There was hair everywhere! Hairdryer was super sticky. Doors were loud and hard to open. Overall just dirty and did not feel clean. Don’t recommend.

A little pricey but the rooms are nice they have items to shower. There is a coffee machine, fridge, TV, microwave. Beds are comfortable and the rooms just look great. Cant recall if there was an alarm clock or phone. Parking was also great went on a Friday.

Been here a couple times, it’s great. Beautifully modern, clean and large rooms. Easy check in and check out process. Shower was great (has a waterfall feature!) and always hot. Bed was so comfy. TV and wifi worked reliably. Quiet area and good food options only a couple minute drive away. What else can you ask for? If I need a place to stay in Canoga Park again, will definitely be coming here.

I visited this hotel back in July and wasn’t pleased with the customer/guest service. I reserved the stay for one price and was charged another. I can say that they did try to accommodate for the miscommunication/ misunderstanding.This hotel exceeded my expectations with the upgrades so definitely worth it. Bargain price and comfortable stay.Now I’m back in October. This time it’s not the price it’s the room. They’re still advertising the upgrades however the room I was given doesn’t meet my expectations compared to my last stay. I’m not sure what has happened in the last 90 days but…. NO! One thing he mentioned was that the orange throws that are supposed to be on the bed no longer exists. The flowers that decorated the table/dresser and bathroom are gone. Stained carpet and looks like the door to the closet is missing. Very, very disappointed and dissatisfied. This hotel no longer meets my expectations and is no longer worth the price or time.

Not as advertised. As soon as my wife and I walked into the room we immediately smelled a stale yet musty odor. The walls had stains on them and the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned or even vacuumed in years. The sheets and pillow cases had noticeable stains on them as well. The mini fridge was dirty and almost unusable. The room was so bad that we had to go to the store and pick up our own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. The cleanest part of the room was the bathroom and what’s sad is that we even joked that we should just sleep in there. Clearly this hotel has lowered its standards.

Rooms were clean however they are not in the center where there name leads you to believe. Pictures I saw showed swimming pool there was none. TV had spots all over it where it was broke. Walls not finished. All and all 1 out of 10. If there name would not of showed them at the warner center then I would of rated them higher. Maybe a 3 or 4. The location is superb! Especially nearby a row of restaurants with just 3mins walk away. Also nearby there are cvs pharmacy (8-12mins walk), laundromat and a Mexican supermarket (love it!)The only slight problem is that room did not provide bottle of waters (only for tourists is inconvenience) but well this is more of a motel.I would say even this is a motel, but cleanliness of the bed and overall within the room are clean.

Disgusting! Don’t come here with your family ! They don’t vacuume the carpets, the shower was dirty with hair in it, the glass doors in the shower look like they haven’t been cleaned in months! Oh and that’s not the worst part once we were ready to tuck our children into bed we noticed the pillow cases were dirty and there was hair inside the bed sheets! Pulled over the sheets on other bed to see and those were dirty too! All the walls in that room were stained! Especially the big orange wall in the room. You could see tons of red,orange streaks of whatever was dripping down on them. Never again will I go here! Wasn’t even there 2 hours couldn’t have my family stay at a dirty place like that. Don’t waste your time or money here.

They charged us 200 for 1 night, it shouldnt be more than 80. Its a motel, not a hotel like I searched. I was tired so it looked decent enough in the pics, the walls are disgusting. The sheets have holes and burn marks. They are definitely robbing ppl with the price. Theres way better places for this price. Actually thats an understatement, and Im a simple, low maintenance, easily pleased type.😬😮‍💨 2 stars because the pillows are fluffy 🤌🏼 wasnt expecting that when we pulled up and saw the place🙃 but we were too tired at this point.

It was a good place and very expensive for a person everybody should know you want to go in this hotel this hotel should be on, and for your experience its a really big pricey and you want to stay on this hotel you have to pay that much and it costs big money and you need to go on a vacation and relax and more and so much fun! Rooms are big and beds are sooooooo comfortable! My God, its like sleeping in a cloud. Also they have big TVs with great Direct TV programming and resolution. Internet is high speed and overall its great, awesome! Oh and the showers have two different shower heads one from the wall and one from the ceiling. Not too much noise and good customer service. I prefer this place than their neighbors Motel 6 which are not flexible and very noisy in the late evening hours. 5/5

We booked for a one night stay (11/07/22-12/07/22). When we opened the door to enter our room, our first impression was that it looked very clean and I can say that it was somewhat elegant. But once we went to sleep things changed, when I woke up my hand started showing some rashes, at first I thought it was some kind of allergy as my skin is very sensitive but a few minutes later almost all my body started to itch a lot. What I thought were allergies turned into bed bug bites. I wrote a message to the hotel explaining what happened and never received a response. So next time before you book with this hotel, think twice because you may wake up bitten by bed bugs.Our room was #117

Room was clean, modern and stocked with the necessary items including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair cap, lotion, big flat screen TV, hair dryer and more. I could hear a little bit of the parking lot noise but it was temporary and didnt bother me too much. Definitely would stay here again. Also, the owner/manager was very nice! Ive seen some negative reviews posted, but my experience was very pleasant.

We unfortunatelyhad reservations at another well known hotel in Northridge that frankly was unsafe, dirty and scary, so I called this wonderful hotel in a panic trying to find a room at last minute, you all saved the day! Upon arrival. The door was closed for check-in. At 6pm 🤷‍♂️. As we are walking towards our we noticed the door was wide open. Walk back to the lady behind bars our problem. Blame it on the maid. Anyway though they had a continental breakfast. Sike.....No breakfast. The other problem is our room is facing the busy street. No curtains save youre time find a better hotel.

This motel was surprisingly nice. It has been recently renovated so everything looks fresh and clean. I really enjoyed the colour schemes.Beds are comfy and they provided us with way more towels then we needed! Also they have rain showers which are the best.Staff were very friendly and the motel although fully booked was quiet and felt very safe.The air conditioner was incredibly noisy however and breakfast is basically toast or a pre packaged pastry.

My favourite hotel in this price range in LA by far. Beautifully, newly renovated rooms, pretty lighting, generous modern shower, very comfy bed, and wonderful maid service. Super accommodating staff. The bar fridge was quite large which was nice. Big screen TV with lots of channels. Im looking forward to staying here again and will definitely recommend Canoga Hotel to family and friends.

Being perfectly honest? I was blown away on how great our room was. Truly!The look? Contemporary and ultra clean!First thing you see is the 55 big screen! Then using their direct tv remote, find that they have hbo and cinemax along with the huge selection of tv channels.The digital air conditioner/heater was whisper quiet.The mattress? Better than Ive EVER had. And Im a Marriott platinum member, so i know mattresses.The Kuerig one cup coffee maker with a couple gourmet selections was a great touch. Microwave oven was even special. Of course, the waste high mini fridge was so appreciated.Clock radio? Charges 2 phones yet also has a 2 displays for time. (A small one that faces the sleeper thats just subtle.Lighting? His and hers slide lighting over the bed to adjust for reading or whatever. You typically have to stay at very expensive places for these amenities.Now, bathroom. HUGE!! A walk in shower with seating. Great countertop with large sink. And quiet flushing toilet.Curtains? Very effective black pull chain roll down window covering. Again, clean and crisp.I think its important to share this information because pulling up off the street and walking to check in area that we couldnt enter because of covid, we thought the place was probably a dive. A friendly check in manager, but really had no clue that these guys thought of EVERYTHING for the remodel. Well done. Sincerely.

We were there for work and it was the closest hotel beside motel 8 very updated the gentleman that checked us in was really nice he gave us a bottle of wine even though it was all us guys it was just a nice gesture the lobby smelled really nice in the room smelled really nice and were very clean I would definitely recommend saying there as you will not have any issues and its not too noisy even though its right off of a Main Street Really a nice place you would sleep comfortably the bedzer cleaned and its very updated and new.

Way better than Motel 6 next door.. Clean, stylish, quiet. Preferred curtains that can keep the room dark when it gets light, but comfortable. No complaint except when we drove up, a SUV had their car doors wide open with music blaring ( we like loud music, dont get it twisted). We had to backup to a further parking spot because they blocked a spot. Note, no one was in the car or standing nearby.

The rooms newly renovated and very nice and big. The staff was friendly. The beds are very comfy. Just had a few issues with ice maker, the remote for tv and noisey guests but problem was resolved quickly. I would stay there again.

I recently stayed there and when I was sleeping someone tried to open my room door when I went to checked it was someone that was also given the same room as me so we talked to the manager and he didnt care or even apologize! Motel was surprisingly clean, comfortable, and newly updated despite how the outside looked, goes to show you cant judge a book by its cover. Overall, easy check-in after landing at LAX. It was very nice to have a place to relax after a 5 hour flight from Florida. Only things I would say needs attention is the breakfast options and the shower needing a raised edge or some barrier to keep water from going everywhere, but those are minor things. Overall, good stay!

Overall, the experience was pretty good. There are some local Vietnamese and Mexican food restaurants within walking distance and he inside of the rooms was pretty nice overall. The bed was amazing....the only drawbacks were the view (of motel 6 next door), the broken door lock, the missing back to the channel changer, and the missing iron in the room. If you want to say e some money and stay somewhere quiet and nice, I would recommend you check it out.

Expensive considering they cant even keep their ice machine working and then laugh at you when you bring it to their attention that it isnt working and that I wouldnt have ever stayed there if I had known this before booking. (I literally stay at hotels for 3 reasons. 1. A shower, 2. A bed, 3. Ice machine.) Just about $200 for one night including security deposit without a working ice machine that considered to be completely absurd and a waste of money then to laugh like Im joking about the fact I would have never stayed there if I had known in advance really pushed me over the edge also the fact its been 3 days since then still havent received my deposit back and the room was left equal if not better condition than when I arrived if youre going to spend the money just go to the motel 6 next door and Im amazed Im even saying that considering the motel 6 next door has freaking roaches so I suppose its the choice of two different evils...

People who works here are rude, maid service is only available during the day. If you work nights, your screw. I tried staying up have have them clean my room but the maid kept telling me 5 min, 10 min, 20 min. So I waited an hour before I said screw it, post a do not disturb sign and slam my door. I will never come back here. The table only have 3 leg contacting the floor at any given time, rocking it. The shower head appears dirty and never cleaned, it sprays in every direction. The toilet roll holder is loose. There’s paint chipping away at the door. The iron is super dirty. Instantly faded my black shirt. The shower door rolls away and open on you randomly. Possible higher power living here? The wall usb only works when you turn on the desk light. If you want to charge and sleep, well there will be light at the end of your tunnel. There are random stains on the carpet. Price of the room doesn’t match the room. I would highly suggest going somewhere else. Unless you like simen stains on the couch. Yes, really.!

Left ramada and came here. First thing i said when i walked in was ok thia will do. I think that gives u a sense of it. It is updated and remodeled. The bathroom was nice. It was clean. They have cameras all over outside because they called my room about my service dog but were cool about it. Three bed comfy and not run down. Bed big enough for 3 in the single bed room. Ill post pictures. Its obviously not the merriott but it wasnt a hole in the wall either. But i feel that in a few years it will be. Ithink this place is over priced fot not having a pool, or a better free breakfast. Breakfast includes cereal, toast, Danish in apacket, waffle maker, juice, coffee machine

Horrible Hotel..You would be wise to stay somewhere else:- Front staff was rude and un friendly- The rooms microwave had leftover food from a previous guest- Wake up call came an hour late- Went for the continental breakfast and the milk I went to pour on the cereal was rotten, sour and chunky. I told the front staff and they were not to concerned. So I thought I would have a waffle so I baked one and the first bite was sour I realized the batter was so old like the milk and had gone bad. I just left without breakfast.-toilet was clogged when I got to the roomOne of the worst hotels I have seen in years.

I don’t know how some people experience positive. This is worst fraud hotel I have ever seen especially handing customer service and payment side and everything. I will try to explain my experience in 2 parts:• During Check-in/Hotel StayIf you try to check-in early, they ask you to pay $25-$50 for early check-in but if they don’t give you hotel room even after 3PM, they don’t compensate. In my case, they didn’t let us check-in until 4:45pm and then after check-in, the room was full of dirty. We were kicked out until 7pm for cleaning.We had an appointment at 5pm and we failed to attend because of all these disgusting hotel tragedy.There were not enough bath towels and soups in the bathroom until 9:30pm and had to rush to the helpdesk. Please note that the entire time, nobody apologize or tried to help. They just ignore and continue their own nonsense stuff and make you delay.• After hotel checkout - Beware of your credit details and initial deposits.Please make sure to execute these steps:1. If you give your credit card for hold deposit during check-in, it is gone. They keep charging no matter if you prepaid hotel bill or if you pay cash. They never return your money or give assurance. All they tell is they will inform their manager ‘Neil’ about it. Who cares about manager and guest wants money back that they charged illegally.2. You need to buy credit-monitoring service for at least until the credit card expiry date and you change your address. There are instances that they will charge even after 6 months/after year randomly (if you check other reviews you can realize).3. Inform/Register all credit burro that you shared the credit card/driving license to this hotel. If there is any credit service discrepancy, department of Policy criminal investigation, Canoga Park, CA will take care of this hotel employees, managers and former employees under criminal cases. They will put all culprits behind the bar.If you experience the same after your visit, please share your experience and continue positing other hotel websites to make sure public is aware. Worst hotel! It was not cheap and yet the ceiling in the bathroom had holes in it with the insulation coming out. The amenities - tables, chairs are old and there were missing drawers in the dresser.They also have a sprinkler system that makes the outside walkways very slippery. You would not think so from the street but this is very nice and classy place. Stylish modern furniture, huge lush rooms with the most comfortable clean cushy bed i have ever slept on in a motel or otherwise. I stayed in King Suite which has a sitting/Livingroom area, a lovely ice cold a/c that blew cold air the entire stay without making strange sounds or shaking or dripping like other ac units at other places Ive stayed. The window had these slide down black screen that kept out even the tiniest bit of light which i loved. The room had ample light switches and dimming lights and outlets. I would NOT recommend this hotel, it was headache. I called them to cancelled and they said everything was taken care of and I was going to receive my full refund in a few weeks, it was all a lie. They lied to the booking agency and told them I never cancelled, so they could pocket some of my money (even though I can prove I called them on time).
