Very pleased with my stay. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, water pressure on shower head was on point and hotel is located in a shopping center walking distance to Black Bear, Costco and a few restaurants. Staff was great also! Would highly recommend!

Me and my family member had to get a last minute room due to us canceling at another hotel that was sketchy but the front desk was super nice and was able to get us our room quickly which the room itself was very and I mean very worth the amount we had spent for it

Clean your shower heads or replace them! The shower head was so filthy many of the spouts were completely clogged. Little things like this ruin a stay. Your hotel needs to give attention to details.Also, this hotel has signs in the rooms that they only provide cleaning & service once per week!! Absolutely unacceptable. You are charging competitive rates with other similar style hotels. Terrible service policy and I will gladly take my business elsewhere if you are going to withhold service to hoard profits.

I stayed at this location for a little over 2 weeks on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the hotel. Its been my experience that the hotels closest to the highway tend to be more worn out, but this location was in pretty good shape.The room was clean and well-equipped, and the amenities were great and enough to ensure a comfortable stay. The only criticism I have is the stale air smell that is pretty common. Like most hotels these days the A/C only runs when the room is occupied. Itd be nice if more places utilized air fresheners to compensate for the lack of air circulation and reduce the stagnant air smell that can be a little overwhelming sometimes.The service was excellent. They were helpful and accommodating.

This is my favorite place to staycation. I always get a king room so cant comment on any other type. I love the little kitchen, it comes with everything you need to make a meal. The full sized fridge is a big plus. This last stay my bathroom had little shelves in the bathroom, I thought they were a great addition. I have stayed on every floor and found the 1st floor the quietest. The linens are typical hotel linens, Im not a fan of the towels, theyre a bit rough and shed a lot. Location is nice, Black bear diner shares a parking lot, Sonic and Wendys are across the street, as well as Costco, Dollar tree and a chevron. Everything is walking distance of roughly 3 minutes. The staff is always great!

They are located next to the car wash (which was more than convenient) and at 5 min drive from grocery shops.Our room was really quiet.They have a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, very nice beds and pillows. Everything was amazingly clean.They do accept pets.There’s a free guest laundry and a pretty nice gym.There’s a dishwasher in the room. There’s no oven, there’s only the stovetop.There were two closets in the room.They do have a business center (a computer with the printer) in the lobby, a room with snacks and drinks (purchased separately).The reclining armchair for the reading and a sofa with a coffee table.There’s a number of home kitchen appliances available for rent.The parking is free of charge.The staff was brilliant!

I think Im fairly impressed with this hotel. For an unusual reason it was a busy week in Turlock and this was my third option but I booked it anyway. The price was super fair for what Im getting with this room huge desk space for work a small TV but really good accommodations if youre going to be staying here for a lengthy time.The highway noise is present and I have no idea why so many people in Turlock have very large Motors and like to rev them as they go by the hotel but it is what it is. I feel safe for the most part and Im still impressed with the kitchenette the bathroom and the fragrance when you walk into the lobby. I think IHG hotels really does a great job at making their hotels a safe and decent place to stay.

Bad stay, The room was very smokey and had recently had food cooked in it. We had to leave the window open all night because of the smell. Their was an entire toilet paper roll in the toilet. Microwave didnt work, coffee pot didnt work. Hotel would not honor priceline reservations. The entire hotel was dirty and smelled. Id never stay here again
