Camino Ear, Nose &Throat Clinic was the only specialist in a 100 mile radius that took the time to diagnose and help my husband when he suddenly woke up with no hearing. With their quick action and empathy my husband has regained his hearing. All the staff from the front to desk to the doctors on site are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and empathetic.

Dr. Carter is a wonderful doctor. She solved the problem I was having and it has not returned. She is patient and she listened to me and I did not feel rushed. Kelly Brennan tested my hearing. She was friendly and efficient. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I hope to continue to be a patient at Camino Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic.

MD. Margaret Carter is amazing! She finally helped my son to breath properly. He struggled for 10 years! None of our previous doctors could help. All referred to seasonal allergies. Dr. Carter immediately checked my son for allergies (he has none), took a look inside with her video camera and suggested a surgery. All was done great! My son does sports and breath freely now! We are very grateful to Dr. Carter! Besides to her skills, she has a wonderful personality and great sense of humor. My son loves her! Thank you, Dr. Carter and Camino Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic! I had vertigo, dizziness, headaches,& spinning for a couple months. Finally I decided to make a call. I was scheduled to see Shaun Frost. Right away I just knew he would take care of me. Fix me. Very thorough with my appointment & exam. I wasn’t rushed. Questions were answered and right away he knew what the problem was. Gave me a prescription of prednisone and I was fixed. Shaun’s expertise is vertigo. Highly recommend.

I was a little hesitant to bring my 2 1/2 year old not knowing how the staff or doctor would be with kids. Let me tell you… Everyone was AMAZING! Especially Dr. Carter. This is one of the very best experiences Ive had in a medical office. From my first phone call to schedule my appointment, until the finish of my in office visit, everything was excellent. The office is very clean and inviting. The front office staff, and nurse were both friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was actually seen before my appointment time.Dr. Margaret Carter is amazing!!! She is kind and caring. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and then answered all my questions; she then gave me the necessary treatment and meds to resolve all my issues.I was also able to have a hearing test during the same appointment time. Dr. Kelly Brennan was also kind, informative, and thorough with the hearing test.This office is great from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dr. Margaret Carter and her staff. I look forward to my future follow-up visits. As long as there are no issues, or hiccups with my insurance billing, (which I dont anticipate) I have to give this office an above and beyond rating! If there were more than 5 stars they would get them all.

The doctors in this practice are actually quite good. Unfortunately, the office staff has little to be desired. If you ever need to reschedule an appointment or cancel an appointment, they do not document anything yet charge you no show fees. I have called to reschedule 4 days in advance and somehow they dont cancel the original appointment, so it shows up as a no-show, therefore causing a charge. They have called to cancel appointments with me and again Ive gotten a no-show charge. Any notes or documentation that they create regarding phone calls to their office are incomplete and unrepresentative of the phone calls they have received. It is incredibly frustrating dealing with such incompetence. You leave messages, it takes them long periods of time to return them and they say they have no record of your message. Do not go to their office in Morgan Hill. If you want to see them, make the drive to San Jose, maybe it would be different

I had a ruptured ear drum that simply wasnt healing on its own. My ear ultimately needed surgery, but Dr. Murray was very professional and attentive to the progress of my ear during the entire process. Although I was initially very concerned about the procedure, the ENT office and staff took good care of my ear.

Extraordinary Otorhinolaryngologist! Super kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, welcoming, informative. My son and I were very pleased we got Dr Shaun to be the one looking after my sons hearing.The front office was also an extension of the welcoming nature of Dr Shaun but it is him unquestionably the one that gives doctors a good name.We visited the other office in South SJ and their services and attention to the patients is not good. The office in Morgan Hill for the contrary is top notch service! Excellent team! So glad we were sent to the Morgan Hill office with Dr. Shaun instead.

My experience with a Camino ENT clinic is great. Dr. Sanji reconstructed my nose after it was crushed in a gym accident. Not only does my nose look almost perfect, but I never was able to breathe this good though my nose at night before the reconstruction. I now no longer have a need for decongestant anymore. 🙂

Dr. Carter was excellent with our under 12 child. She took the time to thoroughly explain what she needed to do. She put our child immediately at ease. She was the only doctor in 2 years of searching for answers as to why our child was so sick that didnt throw another prescription at us. She took the time to find the why.

I experienced sudden hearing loss, and I contacted Camino ENT. The scheduler was understanding and professional. I was seen by an audiologist within four hours, and my experience with that provider was positive and comforting. When it was determined that a hearing loss existed, I was asked to wait until a provider was available to see me to discuss treatment. That wait was short, no more than 30 minutes. I was seen by a physician’s assistant who was obviously knowledgeable about what I was facing. His exam was thorough, his demeanor compassionate. He asked me at least three times to ask him questions that I had, and he offered clear explanations in return. I am grateful for the care I received there, as all of it was supportive, patient, and helpful.

This clinic has some of the best doctors I’ve had. Dr. Murphy literally may have saved my life when he detected pre cancerous growths on my larynx. He immediately set me up an appointment with Dr. Samji who is a specialist in surgery of the throat. He is the kindest person and is most importantly concerned with providing the best care possible for your issues. He has removed the growths and in a recheck six months later found a new growth. We took care of that one this week in an almost painless surgery. I am certain these growths left undetected could have ended up in a bad ending. I recommend this group for anyone with ear nose and throat issues

Dr. Samji is so positive and gave me a sense of relief that I was in good hands with is knowledge and confidence. I had a nodule on my left lobe of my thyroid that was really affecting my daily life and he removed it. In recovery, he made a visit to my room twice (always with a smile) and put me at ease. Prior to surgery his office was very prompt in answering my questions and they were great at guiding me through the process of my surgery. I do not have anything negative to say about my experience!

I visited the Camino Ear, Nose & Throat clinic at the Morgan Hill, CA location for a long overdue audiology test that was needed.As a deaf person going to the audiologist isnt the most fun thing to do. The staff here was understanding and accommodating to my communication needs. They gave me a good understanding of how hearing aids might be of a benefit without being too pushy about it.I recommend this branch and will likely make this my go-to location for questions/evaluations regarding my hearing.

I do not write bad reviews very often but be warned the doctors and clinic here are very greedy and deceptive, I got scammed several hundreds of dollars in unnecessary office procedures during a simple cleaning, ended up costing over triple what they said when I booked the appointment, then they tried to get me to schedule several unnecessary follow up appointments and slapped me with even more fees after cancelling a follow up even though I canceled days in advance. The reception staff are also extremely rude and inconsiderate. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any doctors office.

Dr Michael Murray performed stapedectomy surgery to both ears over the period of a year and brought me up to the normal hearing range after wearing hearing aides for a couple of years. I was diagnosed with otosclerosis. I am very happy with the results. The audiologist in both the Morgan Hill and San Jose offices are excellent.

I must say, Ive never felt so relieved to be able to breathe again. I thought that if I just kept using Flonase or Afrin or any other nasal spray to help open my sinuses it would suffice, but boy was I wrong.Mind you, it wasnt just my allergies or the constantly sinus infections Id have time after time again. After a couple x-rays, I had learned that my septum was severely bent and deviated when I first went in to see Dr. Samji. I was also informed that I had masses of infections in my sinus cavity, and that surgery would be my best bet at fixing my septum and removing the masses of infection. Its been over 8 months since my surgery, and Ill be forever grateful for going in to see Dr. Samji. Even my wife loves that I dont snore anymore lol. Dr. Samji and his staff are very friendly and very helpful. Their professionalism and assistance throughout the entire process from my initial consultation up until my post-op checkups definitely set the bar high and I would highly recommend them if you feel that you should see an ENT doctor to figure out what your options are.
