We worked with Cami and found our new home recently in our most desired location. Weve been indecisive the last 2 years whether we should make this move, but once we started working with Cami, we got what we really wanted within 3 months.Cami is very efficient to work with. We had some uncommon requirements and very busy work schedules. She knew the area we were looking for well and was resourceful to get us good selection of listings weekly, sometimes including off-market options. With house inventory being pretty low at the time we started, she did extra work by reaching out to potential sellers and tried very hard to get as many options and helped us to figure out what really matters to us along the way.Cami also provided professional and unbiased advices when we planned to make offers. Cami is our friend, neighbor and realtor! She expertly represented us as we sold our house in December of 2023! She attended to and scheduled all repairs and improvements to make our house market ready. She pays great attention to details of all aspects of the transaction from reading the fluctuations in the market, to what buyers are looking for, to the mounds of paperwork! We lived in the bay area for 5 years, renting first in Sunnyvale, then Cupertino and the last 2.5 years here in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose. We realized we love the area so much so we finally decided to buy. We are 1st time buyers in the US so I had a lot of hesitations around: should I, rent is so much cheaper now, can we just keep renting for a few more years?So my wife Maria started to look around, going to open houses and such. We always knew we wanted to work with a realtor who can really understand us but I am very picky so I knew it wouldnt be easy. We took our time exploring the options first and I didnt want to rush things as we realized we are making an investment at least until our small one graduates from high school, so 10 years and more.We first saw Cami Czarny in the open house and at least for me it immediately clicked. Cami is a local agent living in the area forever, having kids who grew up here and having friends with a lot of locals, so she has seen the area developing and growing. As a person, I never like to be pushed, rushed or forced to do something, but Cami just asked us about what we are looking for, and much more about our family and what they are and what we want as a family. We were nervous to get our house ready for sale. Cami took the lead and brought in the right people to transform our house. We were on the market in three week. Her pictures and video were amazing and we know they brought people threw our door. Camis negotiating skills were impressive and we were ecstatic when she came with multiple offers all over ask. We met Cami by chance in an open house. We were there just to get an experience of an open house and we got instantly connected with Cami.We consider ourself lucky to have selected Cami as our realtor, we don’t think we could have got anyone better.She is very professional, with right experience and truly has an incredible amount of patience. We have used Cami to manage our moms houses, and have had really good results...we hired her to sell my moms house, and she did not disappoint...we worked with some of her vendors to spruce the place up...she communicated the process effectively, and even had a backup option when the buyer backed out...VERY happy with the results!!
