Cameron worked as the lender for a buyer in a recent transaction here in Bakersfield. He was communicating with me, repg for his client from the time they submitted their offer until close. I actually had to reach out to him for a different matter while in escrow and he jumped in, offered solutions to the problem and it became a non-issue after that. Cameron made buying a house easy even in this market! Cameron was on top of everything and Ive never had anyone respond to my emails faster than he did. His response comes in faster than I can type a text message, which he is also responsive to. I was a new client when I called Cameron and he helped us all the way till the close of escrow even understanding what the escrow company needed when they were terrible at communicating. Finally, Cameron gave me the lowest rate and even beat the rates offered by my bank of 15 years! I obviously recommend Cameron for whatever you need!

I am a real estate agent that worked with Cameron recently on a transaction where I was the list agent and he was the loan officer for the buyer. I have to say that Cameron has been amazing from start to finish. In the beginning, he really helped in getting his client’s offer accepted in a multiple counter offer situation. Having a good lender is key and choosing the wrong one can be disastrous, so I am very careful in vetting lenders. After talking to him, I could tell that he works hard, knows what he’s doing and also wasn’t going to make me any false promises - my client and I felt very comfortable with him. And that held true throughout the transaction - his communication has been great, he met all of our tight timelines with no issue and was even able to resolve a last minute problem that would’ve delayed our close (due to no fault of his) but he somehow pulled it off! I was amazed and impressed. During a time when most lenders are overwhelmed, behind schedule, making excuses as to why they can’t perform, Cameron really stands head and shoulders above the rest. When I secured my loan 5 years ago, it was a painful process with Bank of America. Working with Cameron was such a different experience. The process was very smooth and quick. I have bought MANY homes in my lifetime and NONE of them have gone as smoothly as with Cameron!! He doesn’t even live in the same town as us and it was incredibly easy to buy with him! I shopped heavily for a refinance and was unable to secure the 0 point rate I wanted, either through Costco brokers (which typically have extremely low cost underwriting fees and very, very, very hard to beat) or local mortgage banks with whom I had my original loan. Cam was a referral and he did a phenomenal job. Sure, Cams friendly, knowledgeable, available, experienced, honest, and ethical but his rate was ridiculously fantastic! I called the Top 10 Originators in the United States for 2019 just to check at the very end - not only did all of them not know how Cam secured the great deal he did but they couldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole. We closed on time as promised in an insanely high-volume refinance market. “Wow, what can I say. Like a lot of people, often times the home buying process comes quickly. I found out I needed to move out of my current condo because the landlords were selling. Cameron quickly got me pre-approved and answered all my questions even on the weekends. To make things even crazier was that I had a trip planned out of the country that I could not cancel.
