When I received services form Rachel. She was fast to respond. I really appreciate how clear she was about how medical insurance protocols and finding the best the plan for me. This is helpful someone who has never had their own medical insurance and had only went through companies insurances. It’s nice to know what I am paying for.

I cant recommend Rachel Ayers at CalWest Insurance enough!!Rachel was estremely knowledgable with the different types of policies available! if she didnt know, or wasnt sure about the answer to a question, she found out!! She understood my needs; and let me make my own decision on each policy. She was not pushy or opiniated at all!! I enjoyed working with her in the policy selection porocess. I have been his client for over 5 years and every time I need his help or advice, he exceeds my expectations when it comes to providing excellent customer service and problem solving techniques. Jilbert is one of the rare people you will meet that will positively surprise you by going the extra mile and performing above and beyond your expectations as your personal agent. He is very knowledgeable, makes honest recommendations and does not push you in an insurance plan. He was there for us when our kitchen was flooded and helped us get through our insurance case. When my mother got into a car accident, I texted Jilbert about it. Although it was after his office hours, Jilbert was at the scene before I even got there, comforting my mom and handling the situation for her.
