I reached Gus over Yelp/phone after inadvertently taking my familys internet connection out. While he was booked for the week, Gus still spent the time to listen to my issue over the phone, and ended up providing steps that fixed the home networking issue altogether without a formal visit. This next level of service has definitely landed Call-A-Tek in my familys contact list the next time we have any network issues big or small.
