Was having problems with my PlayStation 5 randomly turning off, took it here and got the problem fixed within a day. Turns out all it needed was a good cleaning because the inside was absolutely filthy. Owner was extremely helpful and kind.

These guys are great! Twice in the past three months they have saved me from going through the inconvenience of buying a new phone by repairing a problem. First, by replacing the charging connector in my galaxy Note 8 because it could no longer take a charge. Then I brought in a phone today to replace the phone audio unit because I could not hear incoming callers. In both cases they fixed the problem within an hour. Prices are very reasonable. I am impressed!

I highly recommend this place - I brought my relatively new pixel phone here after damaging my screen and Mohamed diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. He was very professional and courteous, when the damage was worse than originally thought he provided me with a loaner phone for a day and got the replacement screen overnighted so I had my phone fixed just a day later.Its also just a cool store with interesting things on display, he is clearly highly experienced in this field given all of the different tech hes comfortable working with. Most other places I looked at seemed to be iPhone specific, but he does it all. Easy 5 stars!

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and he was able to repair the screen put on a new screen cover and replace my camera and got it all done in about an hour maybe an hour and a half. Solid work. Would recommend to a friend if they needed a phone or computer repaired.

I Brought my phone in to be repaired on December 21. Moe told me it would be fixed within 2 weeks. Today almost 2 months later I picked up a not working phone and now with broken back glass. During the time it was being repaired i received 1 update after me calling weekly to check status.This place might be able to fix a broken screen (cant personally verify) but if you have anything of importance needing board repairs go elsewhere. Im not one to leave reviews but this place has waisted INCREDIBLY valuable time. I made it 100% clear I needed the phone back by a specific date, no phone back, no call, nothing. Finally picked up my phone and this guy has nothing to say, to busy on a phone call. Waist of $100 and time. You Sir have No idea the loss Ive incurred because of your Labs lack of knowledge on repairing this phone. Folks Do yourself a favor and find a different repair shop !!EDIT: Yes i indeed Brought you a completely non working phone, you are a phone repair shop correct? I bought this phone BRAND NEW and it was had NEVER been touched by anyone prior to your Lab techBottom line is Its no ones fault but my own for not having a full backup of my data. Moe replaced my iphone 11 pro screen & battery same day and working good as new! He also replaced the battery to our ipad mini & even replaced the broken home button! The next day the ipads battery drained again so we contacted him & he had us bring it in to get the battery replaced at no extra charge. He honors his warranty work & he is very easy to message & communicate with! I highly recommend him!

I stopped by CaliPhonia Phone last night shortly before they were scheduled to close with an issue with my cell phone. My screen had been cracked for a couple of weeks then suddenly wouldnt allow ANY operation at all. I needed a working phone to put my SIM card in. Mohammed could not have been any kinder. He offered me several options, offered his wifi signal to allow me to transfer my data and even offered the use of a computer as I was unable to transfer data from my old disabled phone. Despite my challenges and time restraints (I needed to run my wife back to work), he offered to stay open until I returned. His calm demeanor, excellent knowledge, and smooth customer service was extremely refreshing. He was nice enough to extend a 90 day warranty on a used android phone. I came into CaliPhonia on the verge of tears because my refurbished iPhone SE was dying at 20%, 90%, and everything in between, randomly with no warning. Within 2 days they had the battery fixed for $65. They had to order another part that would have been $20 but they gave it to me for free! They also have the cutest dog, Mia, who put a smile on my face when I was sad about my phone dying constantly 🥹 10/10 recommend

My hard drive failed and unfortunately it contained my portfolio and other irreplaceable files. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a backup, and I thought I may have lost years worth of work. My MacBook Pros screen burned out when I connected it to a projector. The Mac store quoted me $700 for the repair (and that was just for starters they said). Instead I brought my Macbook to CaliPhonia, spoke with Mohamed, and got the job done in an hour for much less money than the Apple Store. This business is fast, reliable, dependable, and personable. I’ve used several local iPhone/iPad screen repair shops in the area over the years, and IMHO CaliPhonia is the best: reliable, less expensive, fast, very friendly and nice to me and my kids. They have a secure, comfortable waiting area if needed. I’ve had other shops quote me a price on the phone and then try to charge extra when I show up in-person. The owner of CaliPhonia has been very upfront and offered great advice and service - I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of or upcharged which I appreciate.

Moe responded promptly to my request for a quote via Yelp, and it was a lower price than most other places I checked (iPhone screen repair). When I brought in, he figured out that the battery had expanded (probably from heat) and would push against my new screen, so he replaced the battery as well. He gave me a discount on the battery and threw in a free screen protector, too!He also has an adorable dog, Mia, who I got to hang out with while I waited :)

I initially brought my custom PC in for a diagnosis on a malfunctioning fan and a loose liquid cooling radiator. I attempted the cabling myself but I didnt know what I was doing so the cables ended up being a mess and it was hard to diagnosis any of the issues. Moe told me that in order to accurately solve the issue he would like to rewire everything and cable it for me. He also said he would check all the components to make sure they were installed and working correctly. The cabling was a big job considering I had LED cables, an LED hub, fan cables, system fan cables, cables for USB ports on the outside of the case, and all the internal components that needed power. Moe gave me a very fair price for the work he had to do.When Moe was finished and I went to pick it up, I almost didnt recognize my computer. It looked amazing! He had all the components working, even the fan I initially had trouble with. He also was able to secure my liquid cooling radiator so it was no longer loose. The fans for my radiator used to run full speed all the time but now that they were communicating with the CPU, everything was a lot quieter. The cables that were a mess before were now hidden and cabled very neatly. He also had all the LEDs in sync. He was able to solve all my issues and make my computer look great.I notice most of the reviews are about phones and tablets but Moe can also diagnosis computer issues, even custom built PCs which can be pretty complex. If I have any issues in the future, Ill definitely be taking my computer or phone here for repair or diagnosis.

Had a big crack on our IPad and the screen eventually blacked out. Moe was able to fix same day and included a complimentary screen protector. I had my both of my old MacBook Pro looked at this Computer Store. I spilled coffee on one. A full glass. They were able retrieve the data. I was so relieved and to this day taken back. I have very old files on the hard drive. Then the other Computer power source connection was faulty. They were able replace the part. Back up and running. I also had my Dads Asus machine. I spilled coffee on the keyboard. They were able replace two keys and the computer up and running. I just took my X41 in for a brand née hard drive.The owner Mo is very pleasant, nice and welcoming. I met their dog Mia. She’s such a sweet dog. Also big Lizard. This business seems family oriented. I love this place! How this started I went Apple and took apart the machine. They told me I tampered with it. The guy suggested I go Computer Place with a lot Yelps. So here I am. The prices are reasonable. I used work for Value Added Reseller. Also IT Helpdesk and IT Administrator. I now keep my Coffee on another table. A small refrigerator. I’m blessed to have found this Computer Business.

Having to get your phone repaired, You dont know who to trust or if youre going to get ripped off. I took my IPhone 11 Pro Max for screen repair which was in a very bad condition. I was worried that if I would loose my data but when I went to the store, Mohammed helped me out with my phone repair and I didn’t even loose my data. Very reasonable prices.I normally shy away from phone repair stores as I do most of my own repairs however the iPhone X needs a chip programmer to do a screen swap which I do not own. Not cloning the screen ID to the new screen will result in Tru Tone being disabled on the phone. I brought the phone and the screen I had bought into the store, it was swapped in about 20 minutes. I confirmed Tru Tone was still present and enabled.On a side note they have some interesting tools here, not the usual kind of stuff ...well also the usual kind of stuff but also a few more specialist tools as well.Their website even mentions they offer more services including microsoldering which, for anyone not familiar, is as low level as it gets. We are talking about desoldering and soldering individual components on a pcb. I did not make use of this service but good to know its available if needed.This all ultimately strikes me as a very professional operation. This is not the usual guy with a screwdriver sloppy repairs with cheap parts, these are pros. Overall very glad I brought the phone in.

Moe is complete life saver. I dropped my Microsoft Surface on the ground which resulted to a shattered screen and a bent frame. I thought I had to pay another $1800 again. I was in no mood of spending another $2000 for another Surface Pro again especially during COVID. Luckly I got of hold of Moe from Caliphonia and honestly I thought to myself that he going to reject the repair like the other two places I went to. These Surface Pro are very difficult to repair because of the way were built and glued together. It felt once you drop it, that’s end of that tablet. It seemed like theses dam Surface Pro were disposable because no one wanted to fix it. It seemed like you had no other choice but to throw it away. Moe assessed the damages of tablet and quoted something very reasonable. Too good to be true! The poor guy spent almost 4 hours trying to fix all the little issues like removing the glue. The final out come? This guy saved me another over almost 2k from a new one and got it done at timely matter. Anyone who needs their Surface Pro fixed, he is the person to deal with. Moe saved my life when my MacBook Air 2017 logic board randomly crashed during midterms/finals week. I thought I lost all my data from the entire semester. Because of COVID guidelines, finding a fast repair was almost impossible, and Apple told me they’d take 1+ week and ship it to Texas for potential repairs.In less than a week, Moe recovered all my unsaved data, fixed my logic board, and now I can study for finals in peace! Being generous giving them one star my friends phone dies constantly so I assumed it needed a new battery they ordered 1 put the battery in I paid them a $100 to repair it however theyre the repair people not myself and the new battery didnt work to fix the problem so they wanted more money after I paid them A $100 to put a new battery in I feel they should not have asked for more to research it they should have checked it and found out its Still couldnt hold the charge And besides that the guy was rather rude when I talked to him about the problem
