We had a fantastic time on California Wine Tours! Jamie planned the perfect day for us. We told her our preferences on what we wanted (we are not really big into wine and were looking for beautiful views and a fun day) and she nailed it! The wine was fantastic, scenery beautiful and we had tons of fun. Brent was an excellent driver. He was very knowledgeable about the vineyards, wineries, wine growing processes and history. He was easy to talk to and get along with. His timing was perfect and he was a great guide. We splurged on this for our 5 year anniversary and I cannot recommend it more!!

🍷Loved having door to door service. We hired CWT to take 4 of us on a day of winery hoping in Sonoma. They made everything easy from Jamie helping us choose wineries to custom our visit, our driver Steve keeping us on schedule (easy to loose track of time while enjoying wine in such beautiful surroundings), and bringing us safely home. SUV was clean and Steve was attentive and patient as the giggles set in. Highly recommend! Cheers!!!🥂

From start to finish CWT was exceptional. Kendric was a pleasure to work with; friendly, knowledgeable about all things wine country including gave recommendations for hotels & restaurants. She planned out the most perfect wine tasting day. The day of our driver Paul was truly a delight. Having grown up in the area gave us all the “inside” history to the area. He was very chatty, friendly, good driver and overall could not have been better. Highly recommend!!!

California Wine Tours was SO easy to work with - our wine tour was seamless and I would highly recommend. Jamie helped us coordinate when we initially booked, and she had great recommendations in the area. Our driver Andy was awesome - very attentive, friendly, and an all around great communicator/reliable driver. He helped us stay on time for each of our appointments. We rented a 14 person luxury van and it was super clean and comfortable. Would happily work with them again.

We used CWT for a day of winery hopping and it was great (and competitively priced) from beginning to end. Jaime promptly responded to my online inquiry with a call and offered lots of helpful advice as we considered options. We had Jay as our driver and he was early (!) to arrive and kept us moving from reservation to reservation with helpful texts. I would use CWT again with no hesitation!

Our experience with California Wine Tours was nothing short of spectacular. Rich was extremely helpful and flexible in the planning process and quickly turned around revised quotes for any changes that were requested. There were confirmations and communications consistently from start to finish. The van itself was beautiful with leather seats, lighting, sound and cooling systems, coolers and storage for our purchases in the back. Our driver George was impeccable in his communications via text every morning and through the day with attention to detail for everything we needed. Between each winery visit, we returned to a spotless van with clean glasses, full ice chest and waters etc. He was also happy to get us whatever we needed including fixings for mimosas, sandwiches while we were tasting wine and even wine skins/shipper boxes to prep for our flight back with our wine. The experience was spectacular for 8 east coast ladies celebrating a very special 50th birthday. We would all highly recommend California Wine Tours to anyone planning a visit to the area!

Everyone at CWT was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Excellent communication! Valerie helped us plan the perfect day in Napa and helped pick out the perfect wineries that would fit our needs. Excellent experience! Elyssa was extremely helpful pulling together a 5-day, extensive transportation itinerary for 10 people, including 2 days that were 9am to 9pm. Always very responsive. Our driver, Mark, was always several minutes early and very flexible when plans changed. Vehicles were always clean and well maintained. The larger party vehicle (seats 15) was very comfortable, had 2 tv screens (front + back) and had a great sound system. Definitely recommend!

Everything about our experience was amazing from our first conversation. Jamie Brown worked with us to create an itinerary with three different experiences that were all fabulous! She even helped us resolve an issue of our own making that had nothing to do with their company. Alberto was a fantastic chauffeur who paid attention to the smallest detail. He was so much more than a driver. He walked us in to each winery to make sure check in went smoothly, checked on us during the experience and texted us when time to leave so that we stayed on time. He even found us a beautiful spot for our picnic lunch. This was our first visit to Sonoma and we are novices so they were a perfect choice for making our day outstanding!

We have used CWT a few times previously, and we have always had a fabulous trip with them. Kendric has been our planner every time, and she always does a fantastic job of finding wineries for us that match our taste, personalities and price points. Everything has always run smoothly, even when there have been last-minute updates to our schedule either due to changes from the wineries or requests from us. We have also always liked our drivers. I will say that our driver this year was just okay. He was perfectly friendly and got us where we were going safely and on time. However, he did not go out of his way to provide additional information, tips, etc. I felt our drivers in years past were more talkative. We still liked him though, and it did not in any way diminish our enjoyment of the trip. Thank you, CWT!

I worked with Jamie at CWT who helped plan our trip, including recommending wineries that would be in our taste profile and booking reservations at the wineries for us. She worked with me on styles/types of wines we like and paired that up for an amazing experience. The suggestions and pacing of the tour was great and it ended up being a perfect evening. I got a lot of compliments from my friends on how well it went (to which I said, well I hired a good company!) Our driver, Thomas, was awesome. He was a blast on the trip, very accommodating, and stayed in communication with us perfectly. Super friendly guy, everyone loved him. She was enthusiastic, and obviously loves her job.Than there is Andy, our driver for both days. I cannot say enough good things about our time with him. My husband, my 23- year old son, and I were planning a trip to Napa/Sonoma to attend a wedding. We had an extra day and decided to spend it on a wine tour. The bride and groom had listed California Wine Tours and Transportation as an option on their web site and I went with them. I am so glad I did!The three of us wanted different things out of this tour, so I opted to use one of their planners, and gave some general ideas of what we wanted without naming specific wineries: my son had an interest in sparklings; my husband would be looking for reds; I was open to both, but also wanted it to be more than just tasting - I wanted beautiful scenery; and we all wanted a nice place for lunch.Kendrick put together an amazing itinerary that captured all of the above. Once we approved the itinerary, Kendrick made all the reservations. As it turned out we ended up with three totally different places: one of the big ones; a medium size; and a small family run. We LOVED every place we went and really enjoyed the contrasts. I would have never been able to come up with what Kendrick did. And the bonus was our driver Joe, who was knowledgeable, polite and a delight. We used California Wine Tours for my friends bachelorette party weekend and could not have had a better experience. We had an executive sprinter van for the airport transfers to and from SFO and Napa and a limo sprinter van for one of our winery visit days. The vehicles were all very nice and clean and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable ride. Booking with the company was an easy experience, and everyone I worked with was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. I was alerted via text and email when our ride was on the way to pick us up and when it had arrived.Tommy, our driver, was amazing as well. He was very kind and got us everywhere we needed to be safely. He loaded our luggage, helped us in and out of the bus in our heels, and was able to make a good recommendation for lunch on our winery tour day.I could not recommend CWT enough for any of your transportation needs! My husband and I had such a great time with our driver, Ricky. He’s a fourth generation Napa Valley resident and knows everything about everywhere. So kind and helpful and funny! We live on the east coast and won’t be back for longer than we would care to admit, but when we do, we will come back to California Wine Tours, and will certainly ask for Ricky. Thanks Ricky! As for the vineyards we visited - Etude, Merryville, and Sterling - each received top marks for different reasons. We enjoyed the wine most at Etude. The Merryville hospitality was the best we encountered during our whole visit, and the Sterling views (and gondola) were incredible.

Booked CTW for 3 different days in Napa. They provided our group round trip transport to and from SFO as well as a wine tour/tasting day in Napa. Elyssa was great to work with regarding details for our schedule and getting organized for our trip, and our driver Bill was very communicative from the moment we landed at SFO. Bill helped on our wine tasting day when we were constantly running behind and he was always trying to keep us moving and contacted places for us when we were running late. There were ten girls celebrating a bachelorette party and he was kind and patient with us even when we were a little rowdy! She even scheduled a tasting on Sunday for us because reservations were not available on Saturday! Andy expertly drove us all around Napa/Sonoma and our lunch stop at Oakville Market was timed perfectly to not only beat the rush, but find seating outdoors AND make it to our appointment at Domaine Chandon on time! CWT was beyond amazing to use to set up our reservations at the wineries and take us around Napa/Sonoma over 2 days when we went in September to celebrate my birthday/girls trip. Having a private driver to get you from winery to winery and keep you on schedule is key and I highly recommend if this is your first visit to wine country! Me and my girlfriend were accommodated in a BMW sedan and our driver Jay was beyond amazing!! He kept us on time and gave us such good tid bits of history during our trips between each winery. We came to CWT with 2 wineries we knew we wanted to go to and the 4 other wineries we added to our itinerary were left up to their discretion and they did not disappoint! This being my first time in Napa/Sonoma I put my full trust in CWT in setting up our itinerary for 2 days and they did a phenomenal job. I worked with several staff members who helped coordinate the different vehicles needed for both airport pickups as well as our two days of wine tasting in Napa. I recently flew into Santa Rosa airport and had to get to Napa. Due to Covid, regular airport transfer services were not available. CWT was the fourth company I called and by that time I was feeling pretty agitated about the whole thing. The office staff were so kind! They let me know that they were really busy but that they would see what they could juggle in their schedule to help me out. They called back very quickly and were able to fit me in. I really appreciated being able to make further arrangements by text, including for the return journey. My driver was there on time and easy for me to spot. My husband and I were in town for our 27th wedding anniversary. Jamie put together an amazing tour visiting and tasting three beautiful wineries. Her communications were prompt and friendly. She sent champagne, beer, a really nice stretch SUV and a very personable driver, Ray. Ray was awesome! He even took pictures of us outside each winery without being intrusive. We enjoyed his company quite a bit. I would highly recommend and ask for Jamie and Ray!

I used their services for shuttles for my wedding to and from our room block! I actually was cancelled on by another company a week before my wedding and California Wine Tours saved the day! California Wine Tours was the best. We used them for two days. Our VRBO house was quite off the beaten path, but they had no problem finding us, right on time. Victor and Bill were fun, knowledgeable and very entertaining. They got us to all our wineries and lunch on the Sonoma square, and we felt very safe and well taken care of.

We recently used California Wine Tours and Transportation for our One Day Sonoma Wine Day. We are not from the area, have little tribal knowledge on local wineries, and most importantly have limited regional awareness. Jamie and her team took the time to listen to our experience expectations, understand our desired winery tasting profiles, and properly take into account a One day schedule. At the end of the wine tour day the CWT met and exceed expectations. We could not have received a better indoctrination in Sonoma – the culture, the people, the unbelievable scenery. Private wine tour days are not cheap – do not get caught up in the planning and time boxing, let the professionals do it. The CWT team has deep relationships and understanding of the NoCAL wine region… let them do what they do!

Fabulous experience from the first time we contacted Jamie to begin booking. Very accommodating and very informative. David was our driver and now we feel like he is family! He had extensive knowledge of the area and also added some comic relief! Worth every penny!
