Awesome experience, I got screwed. Well my tire got screwed and CA TIRE Co. Took care of the problem and got me on my way. The employees were all very helpful and kind. Excellent and speedy service. I got a flat tire on the freeway and was just passing through the area. Alfred and his team took great care of me. They put a spare tire on my flat and checked the rest of my tires for me and threw another spare on a second tire for safety. They were very quick and had the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been going to this shop for about 20 years. I appreciate an independent, locally owned business, but if the service and price arent good, whats the point? The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy. Their prices on tires and shocks have always been very competitive - usually better than the big chains. They listen to what you want and offer choices in your price range along with the pros and cons of each based on their expertise. Ive had them work on my familys cars as well as business vans. Just OK… I used to go here all the time, but then they started messing with me on the price and overcharging for poor quality work. Started going to big brand down the street. It is slightly more expensive, but they have been very attentive and do good work. I have been going to Big Brand instead for about 15 years now.

I havent been to California Tire for some time. When I came in yesterday to check alignment I was treated like I was their number 1 customer even being away for some time. I was very encouraged by their kindness and professionalism. I will be bringing the car back to have them be my main shop to maintain the drive train on car. Had all 4 tires on my Honda replaced due to age. Good selection. Once I selected the tires I wanted late Tuesday afternoon, they placed the order and they arrived Thursday morning. I came in not needing an appointment. The change took about an hour. All went smoothly, would recommend.

I bought new tires online and while most tire shops wouldn’t install them for me, these guys did with a smile. They also completed a detailed vehicle inspection and presented me with options for addressing some other maintenance items. Their pricing is fair and dealing with Gabriel and Joe has been a great experience. I forgot about this shop and haven’t been here for a while but I’m glad we came back. California Tire will be taking care of our vehicles from now on.

I needed an alignment. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, inexpensive. They said I needed new tires somewhat soon, which I believe. When I told them I was moving to Alaska next month, they gently encouraged me to wait until I got there to buy the new tires so I could get the last bit of life out of the current ones. They lost out on a big sale (4 new tires on a Jeep go for $800+) and that fact isnt lost on me. I also had a ton of questions and they were super patient with me. My dad has always said good things about these guys and now I see why.

Excellent experience, I highly recommend coming here! I went over on memorial day weekend about an hour before they closed as I had a screw in my tire. Literally within a minute after I got there they started jacking the car up to remove the tire for the patch. About 20 mins later I was on the road. Ive brought my cars here for a few years now and bought 3 sets of tires from them, they are the best tire shop in the area!

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLEI went to get a new tore but they only had ultra expensive ones sp I decided to bring a tire I had with me at home to do the change instead of buying a new one. Immediately after the change was done I noticed they swapped the tires and put the good one where the bad one was. All the three tires were fine because I was putting air everyday and right after the service was done the tire that was good started to lose air, the first day I figure it must still be calibrating, but now that I want to use the car I get the warning again and now the - used to be good-tire is losing air and already found the nail, the bad tire was all the way down while this one still has grip but now they put a nail. The most trustworthy and friendly group of car guys Ive ever met. This has been the only tire shop Ive used since my first visit many years ago and they have done way more than just tires for me over the years. I really appreciate that they are just as helpful and easy to work with on the basement budget jobs as they are on the high performance at any cost projects.Ive sent dozens of friends their way over the years for tires, brakes, suspension, oil changes, and other stuff too, and every single one of them has told me they had a great experience.

Best shop. Guys are nice, knowledgeable, dont try to up-sell and cheat you. Worked with me to bring down price of new tires and parts replacement after my tire blew out on the way to work. I came in to replace the lower control arms and they surprised me by cleaning my steering wheel as a bonus! They did a good job, quick, and for a fair price.

Great car garage! Very friendly staff. David did great helping me with my car issues. It was all done in a timely and efficient manner. It also did not cost me an arm and a leg! They do a lot more than just tires. They have a full auto body garage and great employees that know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Tried here based on a review from someone I know. Inquired about a wait-for alignment and they suggested I be there at opening. Arrived to find the rack was already occupied but not a problem for me to wait. Filled out the paperwork, including advising them I had set the tire pressure (cold) to my desired specification.After the alignment was done I was told (and receipt showed) both outer CV joint boots were bad. This had happened within the last 720 miles since I did the brakes but isnt unusual. The problem is you often have to remove a suspension piece, which any competent mechanic knows, at least on one side with this car, so it would likely need another alignment after I replaced the boots. The nice thing would have been to tell the customer (in the waiting room) BEFORE doing the alignment, giving them an option to have it fixed and not pay twice for an alignment.The alignment appeared correct driving home but the ride was worse. I waited until the tires were cold and checked the pressure, and they had pumped up the back tires to label spec despite my advance statement they were set. My German wagon isnt driven (here) at 130 mph, nor normally fully loaded, and wears tires evenly at the pressures I use.So 2 stars for doing an alignment, stars off for not listening to the customer (who knows their way around cars and would do it them-self if they owned an alignment rack) and advising of problems afterward.

Great service, great prices, nice guys! Dean (owner) is honest & very helpful. They also do free rotations every 5000 miles, no appointment necessary! Then if you have any issue with the tires youve bought, he stands behind his warranty. I once had a blowout whilst traveling; I bought a cheap used tire in order to get home. Dean said to bring the damaged tire back with me, as my warranty was barely still in effect. He replaced it with a brand new tire! Ive been doing business with these guys for over 15 years! 😉Theyre Top Notch.

My family has taken our cars here for 40 years, but nail today. NEVER AGAIN!!They have had my car a week for suspension and tire repair. Only updates were when I called them. Terrible service. Misleading opening hours. It states 7:30 am. Though the manager is there, the mechanics started arriving after 8 am. I was told my flat tire would be looked at in about 10 minutes (I was there at 7:47 am given the opening hour reads 7:30 am). At 8:11 am, they barely stared attending other customers that arrived after I did. The manager saw my disappointment and told me to pull over to a door. After waiting other 3 minutes and no one showing up, I left.

They are great for tires, although not the most competitive prices. Dont get any engine work done there. I really trusted Dean (owner) and believed what he said. . Took my car there for engine work (Becuase I trusted Dean)and after $1200.00 in repairs, the car still was not fixed and the problems were blamed on the car battery. Took it to sears and they repaired it (fuel injector) without a problem.

Originally came here for an alignment a while back because I hit a curb. Manager came back to tell me that the cars subframe was shifted, it needed a new control arm, and that my wheel was bent. He told me the total would come out to around $3,000-$4,000. Went to Big-O Tires for an estimate and they went ahead and fixed my car for $80 with just an alignment (which i originally asked for). Car has been running good with no problems for 5-6 months. I know where i’m going.
