Place seems cool at first and the people seem like they are there to help you out, but you find out after you pay a deposit that they are only their to take your money.You have a clear and concise conversation about exactly what you want, but then if they make the mistake and go against what you said you are still expected to pay the full price for it all with no compensation or help. I was literally just told, There is nothing we can do, when will you be in to pay?Naturally I took the loss of my entire deposit because I refuse to pay for something that I CLEARLY did not ask for and never would have asked for.Not to mention to screen printing was a little shotty.I sincerely appreciate the lesson that this place has taught me, in business no one is your friend.
█ ♥THE BEST♥ █Hands down, the greatest quality work in Sacramento.Came directly in and sat down with Dawn who took my design and knocked it out the park. I got 2 shirt with OVER SIZED designs in under an hour. I had the privilege to sit down next to her while she perfected the design on the computer. She is a PERFECTIONIST. I cannot her enough!We first went to some other company with the request of an OVER SIZED design on 4 shirts. What we got back was pathetic. We got paper-sized design (8x11) on printed sheets you can buy from Wal-Mart and do your self. Let down we figured we should find someone else, and we sure did.We will be coming back for all our future ORC shirts. #teamBIGTESTICICILES
They are amazing. Used them early this year for a picture on a suit jacket for my grandson funeral. They will now do shirts for children who lost there mother. Amazing staff.
CALTEES is the best came to them at 11:50am, last minute, for a t-shirt design before my flight to LA. They stay open late to help finish the design and i made my 8:30pm flight.When Im back in Sacremento i will be using them again!

Came on Sunday at 3:43 p.m.-The door is locked-nobody is answering the phone either- says open everyday except Monday by appointments, even on todays recording.Not good for business, especially if you were suppose to be picking up an order. Glad I know this before hand.*hours of operation vary

After speaking with Louise I knew I would get the best service here. Louise was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He walked me through they entire process, made suggestions that really helped and overall was very friendly.As a small business owner myself I saw they put their customers first. I will definitely use them again for all my shirt orders in the future and I highly recommend them.The offer their top notch services for what I considered a bargain price. It cost me much less than I anticipated.

2017-09-01 17:08:27The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I came in with a last-minute order and they were very understanding of my situation and easy to work with. Great selection of shirt types and good advice for someone like myself who doesnt necessarily have t-shirt design experience. Its really helpful to have someone that has an expert opinion on what really makes a custom t-shirt memorable and really pop. Their service was excellent and I see myself coming back for future orders.

I could have done everything on-line, however, I chose to go into the shop. Dawn was phenomenal. Our design for our family outing t-shirts was EXACTLY what I wanted. Loved all the options. Then when I was concerned about color and fitting, she was patient and flexible. They have so many options available to them. You really can get exactly what you want, at a good price (better than internet companies I compared with), and in good turnaround time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

2019-03-07 16:21:53Okay, this was long in the making but I finally remembered to do a review for California Tees!!Around Christmas time of 2018 I came into California tees trying to get a simple print onto a light grey sweater for my girlfriend for Christmas. Me being late as always I came in right before closing hours about one week before Christmas and showed them what I wanted and they were able to help me not only figure out the type of print I needed, they gave me a better price than multiple other print/decal shops in the area and they were willing to even stay and wait for me to pick it up since my schedule didn’t allow me to be free until after their closing hours.California Tees jot knly gave me a great price and product but they asked where I worked and instead of me driving 30 + minutes after work to pick up the sweater, they had one of their employees who lived close to where I work literally come to my and hand deliver the finished product. What a way to go above and beyond for their customers!!!! Several other print shops wouldn’t even take my order and put me on a list to that would be after Christmas, but not California Tees!! 👍Sean and their front office team did a great job for me and my girlfriend and I would recommend California Tees to everyone!! Great job, keep up the fantastic work!
