I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with skin conditions. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which is not always easy when youre dealing with medical concerns. The procedure was both simple and quick, making my visit astonishingly smooth – I was in and out before I knew it. The efficiency and professionalism of both the staff and doctors were truly impressive. If I ever need similar care in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to return. Everyone that I interacted with for my visit were very friendly and kind. I was glad to see the frosted window separating the staff from waiting room was gone. I always am extremely happy to see Dr. Quinn. She is smiling and easy to speak with about my skin checks. I was late due to road detours and the office allowed me to keep my appt! Thankfully because I drove from Boulder Creek.I will say the ladies at the front desk were not smiling and happy to see me, I felt. One was on the phone and that’s understandable, the other was in blue scrubs. Perhaps at 3:15 pm on 3/13 there was a fire being put out.The nurse in the black scrubs was also very pleasant.I will say it helped me to see smiles as I was stressed due to my detours. So Thank you very much!

I had 2 basal cell cancer spots on my nose. Catherine Ball performed Mohs surgery. After 5 layers of skin were removed, the last slice was cancer-free. Whew! That was not for the faint-hearted!Catherine was a delight to work with and Im on my way in recovery. Her staff was mostly pleasant and professional.There was one nurse who didnt want to give me the band-aids and Aquifor for my treatment at home :/. I dont know what her deal was... who does that? 🤷‍♂️ She even suggested that I go to a dollar store on the way home (after hours of surgery and huge bandages on my nose and ear where they took the graft. Sheesh!Other than that one instance, everything else was fine and they would have gotten a 5 star if not for her.

Very efficient operation there, everything went very smoothly for my annual check-in and survey of my skin. With a family history of skin cancer, this is something Ive been meaning to do for a while -- have a specialist really look closely at my skin instead of just my primary care physician during annual check-ups. Dr. Noodleman is friendly but no-nonsense and efficient. He was very communicative, answered all my questions, offered comments and details that were helpful for understanding various things he was seeing. He offered helpful advice, made sure hed covered everything I wanted to discuss, and I was done in less than 15 minutes. This is how every physician visit should be.

At this point, it is impossible to give a good rating because I am going through the process of understanding and trying to addressed the results of my previous visit with the Mountain view treatments by Deborah. I have been so depressed on how they made my skin face worst. Of course I was told i have melasma, got it but my skin didnt look like that when I first walked in. By the way I paid over $1,000 to make it worst. I am just hoping praying there is still a hope with the new treatment. 🙏

Ive been a patient of the office in Saratoga for just short of 10 years. Excisions of a basal cell carcinoma and a melanoma. Also a Mohs Surgery for the former and numerous freezing of precancers. I was left with minimal scarring, all of which eventually disappeared. I trust Dr. Ball and her staff all of whom have been kind and professional. Highly recommend.

2023 Update. I have continued to be a patient of Dr. Ball for several years now. As a medical provider Dr Ball is first class. During her examinations, she points out what is and is not of concern understanding that the slightest unusual things might be bothering patient. I enjoy seeing her because I know that I have been carefully screened and if I need a procedure, Dr Ball is the only person I will go to. I continue to highly recommend Dr Ball in the office. Rebecca at the front office is very friendly and accommodating. Lisa, an aestheticism is also very friendly and listens to what the client is looking. She offers a few options for the client to choose from they feel suits their needs and financial limitations. Overall, Im very happy with the friendliness of the staff. I can’t believe how much my skin has been improved since I started the treatment with Doctor Alyson Greene a few weeks ago in CSI Saratoga. I have quite fragile skin and have been bothered by acne for more than a decade. I was at first a bit afraid of extraction treatment, due to my previous very bad experience elsewhere. The technician was super professional, explained the process thoroughly and made sure to ask how I was doing throughout the process. Alyson is the best aesthetician! I had unsightly bumpy skin around my eyes; theyre acnes, blackheads, whiteheads, etc. all developed over many years. I have been to other places for help but no success at all. The aestheticians usually ignored them, probably afraid of extracting acnes on the sensitive skin around the eyes. I started seeing Alyson for her acne facials last November. Alyson was the only person who knew exactly how to deal with them professionally. My skin is very smooth and clean now, without any trace of those hard ugly bumpy spots! Oh, Alyson is also very thorough and caring; she responds to my needs carefully and gives great advice, too! Really difficult to schedule an appointment, the doctor doesnt wear gloves and doesnt really listen to questions or concerns. Ive been going here on and off for a few years and have seen multiple doctors, and it really feels like they only care about taking as much money as possible. You have to arrive 10 minutes early to wait 30 minutes for the doctor to see you for MAYBE five minutes. Office staff is unhelpful and does not want to be bothered.
