Love it! BBQ cauliflower, veggie pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, Mexican pizza. Pepperoni pizza and cheese. I like their desert menu too. Belgian chocolate, strawberry lemonade.Serving staff is also friendly and quick to respond. Ed is awesome, ask for Ed! They also accommodate our special request for a birthday candle on the dessert

Ive never been to California Pizza. Its only fitting to try their pizza and so, I did choosing The Works which is like an equivalent of what we know as a combo pizza but I ordered it with thin crust option. Yes, you can choose the thickness of your pizza. Their domed oven is gas fired so pizza is lacking that wood smoke aroma. However, I didnt miss it honestly because my pizza was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the pizza was spot on. My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata, a pasta entree that came with capers and a hint of lemon. We shared both dishes and they did not disappoint. Before our main course came, our very nice server brought us our drinks with complimentary bread and secret recipe olive oil with herb dipping sauce. I loved the flavor of the dipping sauce that even my pizza slice deserved a good dowsing. We highly recommend this restaurant because the food was good and service was welcoming. Cant wait to return.

Great place in Stoneridge mall to eat pizzas and pastas. They didn’t skip on the toppings. They were running thin on staff so the service was as best as they could do, still we got food on our table within reasonable time after placing the order. The portions were large.

My wife and I stopped for lunch and had a really nice meal. As we were eating, we couldn’t help but notice the manager all over the place helping everybody. My wife stopped him to give him a compliment, and he was very grateful. His name was Nathan. Our waitress was also very good, and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name also. They seemed to be a little understaffed, but Between this manager and our waitress, they didn’t miss a beat. This is the type of service you hope to get every time you go out for a meal.

I love coming here, not as crowded as the the nearby restaurants and amazing food. The pastas are amazing and the pizzas are delicious. Every time I come here the staff are very nice and friendly. I love the attention to detail on some dishes, I order the Kung Pao Spaghetti with chicken and shrimp regularly and its always a delight to see them arrange the ingredients in such a fashion! So cool! Hope to continue coming here many more times.

Great tasting food, but deceivingly small portions for the price. The service was slow due to a low amount of staff, but they did their best considering how busy it was. The area was practically spotless despite the busy crowd, which was really nice. The free bread was nice too, but Id rather go to Olive Garden and get much larger portions of equal quality food for the same price.Menu is quite limited, as well.Its a recommendation for anyone seeing the sights in the bay area, but not somewhere to go regularly.

Surprised, The place is nice, good atmosphere. The service is good, the girl who served us was very nice, spontaneous and professional. The food, the artichoke and spinach dip is very tasty, the sandwiches are delicious and the salads are fresh and tasteful. Their flavored water drinks are delicious, I tried the cucumber and mint one and I loved it. Upon entering the place, the only thing I disliked is the smell of the carpet, it was as if it were the carpet of a bar where it never dried, but then you get used to the smell. I dont know what the rest of the menu is like, but Ill find out on my next visit!

Food was awesome and our server was also cool. They are still under staff and so the service is very poor . They have lots of space and can easily accommodate more people with 6 ft distance. It took 40 mins after we got our table to get water 😔 . I can see the server was new and running around. He was trying his best and he did with our order by getting us in 10 mins .. they need more cleaning around the tables and furniture. Restrooms are clean .

I enjoyed the pizza here!!!! Great service and speed. I ordered the Pepperoni pizza, well seasoned pepperoni, the cheese was delicious, the crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce tasted just right. I was greeted and seated immediately, the restaurant was very clean and they also have a few TVs inside to watch the football games etc. Very good pizza for a good price!!!!

Their food is absolutely amazing 10/10, drinks are good as well as their service and atmosphere is. They bring in food at a good time and exactly how you want it. I had their New West Coast Burger with WAGYU meat which is the best beef meat today and usually is highly priced and all together it was cheap for such good food and their drinks are good as well. I recommend this place for family dining and date nights as well.

This is a great place to have lunch. The pizzas here are really good and I especially like the thin crust pizzas. The service was good and the wait time was not long. We first went to the Cheesecake Factory which is right around the corner down the Pizza Kitchen and they had a 75 minute wait! Went to the Pizza Kitchen and the wait time was 10 minutes!! Ill take it!! Good service, good food and a nice atmosphere inside! Enjoy!!

This is the third time I tried CPK in stone ridge mall and each time it gets worse and worse do any of these pizzas look appetizing or worth the money. A frozen pizza looks better than this!!! I am so disappointed with CPK it use to be our family’s favorite spot to each especially with kids but now it keeps getting worse instead of better and no one seems to care! The food is bad, management is worse and unfortunately the service is horrible too.

Literally waited 20 min for drinks. Was Basically overlooked for a bigger party ( guaranted gratuity) and they got their drinks before we got our three drinks. . Finally got our appetizer ( 1 not 50) and the artichokes was cold supposed to be warm or hot. Pizza came out cold obviously sitting under the lamp but still came out cold. The service I experienced at this location was uncomfortable & weird.My server, lacked hospitality & seemed extremely impatient. While I noticed he smiled, made eye contact, & checked on his other tables; I did not have the same experience. You should rename your brand name to coldest pizza kitchen. The wild mushroom pizza we ordered was completely cold and dry. Pathetic!They refused to change it in good will and rather just gave a small discount - so they expected we eat that trashy pizza.They would not bring plates, waters until we asked for it. There was a cleaning guy roaming around but he would never come clean dirty dishes off our table and kept piling up.We are done with CPK and are never coming back.

Went there for my wifes birthday. The host was awesome. the server felt like they were waiting for their shift to end. We started off the evening being told about all of the items that werent available to order, which included that they have blended drinks you cant order because they didnt have a working blender.They gave us bread as an appetizer eventually, but it was really close to when the pizza came out since they didnt have any started yet.The cocktails were okay, but not really that great. Cauliflower pizza didnt come out that great for a member of our party.Birthdays are usually a moment for the restaurant to get an easy shine. My wife brought up her own birthday, the server said they do birthday Sundays and brought out a melted Sunday and mentioned they could sing if she wanted after my wife asked if they do anything else.This place just had that feeling of a restaurant that is going out of business.

On Sunday, restaurant was only at 25% capacity. The service was slow, almost non-existent. We literally had to call the server to order food after 15 minutes of service. After another 15, we did not get the drink or food, we had to call them again just to ask for water!New plates came dirty (picture attached), unusable, were sent back. It was not this bad a few years ago. Management, step it up! >:(

Food is not good. We ordered Pizza, Salad, and Pasta. All 3 were bad. I couldnt eat the salad at all. The chicken bite in salad tasted no fresh, the veggies tasted refrigerated. Pizza was bad. And the worst part was pasta. Supper oily, and it wasnt delicious at all. Big waste of money and time.

Honestly, the customer service wasn’t what I expected. I went to CPK Sunday night visting family im not from the bayarea and i had this server ashley, mind you i go out to eat with my family where i live and experienced a bunch of servers but she is over and beyond great in hospitality and taking care of the guest. I seen she had a troubled table next to me with there decline payment and she handled it so well and didnt make that person feel uncomfortable or guilty she also made jokes with my family and helped alot of other tables around when there wasnt a server in site.CPK is lucky to have someone like her because servers like that doesn’t come by often!

Arrogance and insult hidden in her facial expression.If you are not dining in there then be ready to have this experience at this location.To the restaurant manager of this location, I suggest below options :-give this person a nice training to have patience and to be able to explain things in a better way. Went for a late lunch on a Saturday a week before Christmas so it was busy had to wait about 45 minutes. Not a problem as it was expected. The table was bare no settings at all. Waitress dropped off our menus and crayons and coloring paper, saw two members of my party go to wash their hands and asked what drinks we wanted. She saw my daughter was 4, I asked her for a child’s cup she came back with 3 big glass glasses of water. Usually we get a small cup with a lid and straw, but no problem as we always bring a water bottle along. We weren’t given a kid menu and weren’t told that it was on the back of the coloring folder they gave. She brought the bread and left it on the table and left as we weren’t ready to order. She came back and stood on the other side of the separating wall to take our order. My wife asked if she could have any other veggies besides mushrooms for her fettuccine Alfredo. The waitress initially said no, then said you can get broccoli and tomato so my wife did. We ordered a margherita pizza for my daughter and I got the veggie king pao spaghetti. Besides the pizza which was soggy and not cooked through at all the pasta dishes were pretty good. I’d get both again if I went back. The waitress told us she had been working since 11 (it was now about 4) and she was going on her break and someone else would take over. We didn’t see anyone until we were almost done and looking for a check. We waited for the check for about 10 minutes when my wife went up to the waiter, he said system isn’t working and I’ll help you in the front. Then another guy p minutes later when we asked for the check they said we are restarting the system. It took about 40 minutes to get the check from the time we requested it and nobody gave us an update unless we walked up to them and asked. The demeanor of the waitress was rubbish. If she was better they would’ve received a large tip because the pastas were good. Service was just horrendous beginning to end. Though it didn’t really dampen our mood. We had fun there. Atmosphere is average, what you’d expect, nothing special.We had planned to go to Cheesecake Factory but ended up here by mistake. Next time I probably will go to Cheesecake Factory unless I’m craving strongly the kung pao spaghetti.Picture had to be posted separately as Google wouldn’t let me attach it to this post.

I tired the link you sent me to go over my review, but it doesnt work!We were there at 5:30 PM with very few people inside at the time, we were a party of 12 and we had to keep asking for service. We were served bread with no napkins, and when we asked for some, the waitress brought us 3! One of us had to ask twice for water. It took a long time to receive any food, and then they only came out at about 3 at a time with a wait in-between dishes! I could understand if it was BUSY and us having a big group but that was not the case!

Extremely disappointed right now, we tried California pizza for the first time . I explained our server Marleny that we cannot eat meat and especially requested for a clean knife . We had a good time, enjoyed the food and one of my daughter who ordered vegetarian pizza couldnot finish it and bring it home . Now when she ate it at home she found bacon on it which was under vegetables. I wont be going there again but felt very bad that we were misled and our religious restrictions were violated despite of our requests .

I absolutely love this CPK. The manager loves our dog and always gives him a free plate of grilled chicken! The pizza always comes out perfect, not too hot and cheese evenly spread. I love their drinks and they make the key lime pie so good. The staff are so nice and so courteous. On my birthday, they gave me a free pizza and ice cream because I’m a rewards member. :)

Our waiter was amazing he had many tables, they may have been short staffed, Anthony was practically running back and forth to assure customers were getting an excellent service. The food okay but very greasy drinks horrible and the service was terrible and the place smelled like sour milk to the point of we thought about leaving.Additional details on service we were a party of 2... there were 5 other customers 2 pairs and one single three were 3 workers being the bar plus a full kitchen, manager, one cleaning and two serving. You could tell with the loud talking and laughing behind the counter that the team was enjoy themselves (which is perfected acceptable) it was a bit louder than expected, but its a pizza place not a restaurant. The issue was that it took over 5 minutes to be noticed at the front. It took over 10 minutes before our server asked if we wanted bread. She did not mention anything else so we asked for waters And over 15 minutes later came back and asked if we were ready YET after never asking us a first time. We figured we had to order drinks and everything else at once because she wasnt coming back. Did didnt take too long but she didnt come by again... after we were done and she had still not come by we put our plates in a pile and waited after 10 minutes we tried to make sure contract with any of the other 5 people behind the bar (where she was also standing refusing to look at us) a gentleman saw us and got her attention pointed to our table at which point she continued to do a few other things go to the back of house come back up from print the receipt and drop it off (taking another 5 minutes before making it to us)This location is at the mall so its not somewhere I wanted to spend my whole evening but it was about an hour of additional wait time outside of the normal order wait for your food, eat ect.. for everything to talk this long when the person is within sight the whole time is just crazy.

However, the dish came lukewarm, with less than usual sauce, the center part inside each bite was cold as if it was just unpacked from freezer and defrosted served!! Im not going back for a long time.We complained, the waiter said hes checking with the manager, and kept on saying he was still waiting for the manager to get back!! We used to have pizza at cpk right from LA for past 4 yrs atleast. We are vegetarian & used to order california veggie. Each time the taste had never gone bad, it used to be COLOURFUL veggies like bell pepper, onions, blk olives etc.. had last week at stoneridge mall, horrible taste, not much veggies, and they spreaded shaved mushroom all over pizza which tasted horrible, yukkk. Our Server was great. Food was yummy. My only issue was the bathrooms. I have seen cleaner bathrooms at restrooms along the 5. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Only 1 of 3 stalls were usable. The restaurant is only seating half capacity and it was that disgusting? Yikes. If you dont need to go then enjoy your dinner.

The interior is old and dated. Seems to be neglected. It took us 15 mins to seat even though there were empty seats. Poor service and took forever to even get any service.Idk what was up, but we went around 3/3:30 on a Friday. Left at 5:20. Only two of us. Only two pizzas. Didn’t get water for 30+ minutes. One of the pizzas came stale and hard as a rock. Asked for hot sauce, didn’t get it. Waited another 30-40 mins after finishing, just for them to give us the check and so on. The manager has tried to turn things around, they are better staffed who are friendly and the food is back being good like before. Now the experience was great with my kids and we will surely want to come back again.I would really want to give a shout out to the manager Abraham who brought back my loyalty by just being nice . Called to inquire about birthday events. Being Sunday I understand them being busy. After being in call for less than a minute the person on the line instead of taking my details asked me to call back as they were busy attending to the guests. From customer service stand point, I would have preferred if they would have offered call back. I am not sure if they are short staffed or so f there wasn’t anyone else who could have helped.

My son and I traditionally went every Friday night before the shut downs. We started going again once out door re opened. Staff is always so nice and definitely work together. Didn’t have a pleasant experience in this place. They asked to wait for 20 mins and took phone number to call back if we wish to leave the place instead of waiting in the restaurant we trusted them and left for other work they didn’t call even after 30 mins. Then we walked to the restaurant and again they made us to wait 15 mins more people who came after us were seated. Even though other tables were empty waiter asked us sit in a table which was right opposite to door and it was cold windy day. So finally we left without eating anything .

I guess Im a gal who likes a pleasurable experience from the door to the table, thru the dining service and back out the door. The first time I went was maybe?! too early (11am) or too short-staffed or maybe?! too busy for the staff?Personally, I prefer warm smiles at the door and to be seated quickly- not to wait 3 minutes (esp when there are alot of tables open) until staff is done fidgeting with the menus). I would prefer bread plates when the bread is served and also to be included in conversation even if I am not paying the bill.I appreciate CPK food however my lack of connection with staff puts a damper on my overall experience at this one.

They were too short staffed to be able to help support their customers. We waited over an hour for 2 salads and 2 pizzas and then, only tot them because WE had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask where our food was. Our waitress was too busy also bartending. The manager was very nice and comped a good portion of our meal. But, I still only give one star because the food we got was not very good. We arent even sure our salads had dressing, and our pizzas had very little toppings. Overall a disappointing experience.

The quality of food was so low, that it is almost impossible to comprehend that there was a time I used to love this place. CPK has closed its branches in Washington state. So I get to eat there only when I am in California. This time however the food was universally bad. Pizzas were doughy with almost negligible toppings, the pasta was bland and there was not enough avocado at the location to serve 2 plates of guacamole. The only saving grace were mocktails which were kind of ok and the staff was very polite. CPK needs to work on quality of food otherwise they will lose their loyal customers. This was my first time at this location, so I am not sure whether the issue is in general or that specific location.

I have been to this CPK location several times and have usually had a decent experience.I came here with my family on 4/17/2022 and was greeted by a staff member and seated quickly as the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered the cedar plank salmon, a half pepperoni and cheese pizza, crispy fish tacos, bolognese spaghetti and 2 orders of the fire-grilled ribeye. This is where the problem started.Our server Isabel explained that they were understaffed and that there was no kitchen staff member that was able to prepare the fire-grilled ribeye. I was ok with that and proceeded to change my order to the classic caesar salad with grilled chicken to the order and the 7” original bbq chicken pizza lunch duo. We waited another 30 min and politely asked Isabel if she had an update on our order. Isabel stated due to their staff shortage in the kitchen some of the items were taking a bit longer to prepare. We understood and asked her if could just bring out whatever orders were ready so at least my kids would be able to eat. She agreed and brought out the pizza and a few minutes shortly after the 7” bbq chicken pizza and the cedar plank salmon.Another 45 minutes have passed and the rest of the orders have not been served. I then began to notice 3 other parties that arrived well after we were seated now have begun to receive their orders. One table that arrived at least 30 minutes after we were seated received their order of 2 fire-grilled ribeye. I was stunned and shortly got up from my table and walked to my server Isabel and questioned my concerns on a party that was seated after my family was being served an item she specifically stated there was “No kitchen staff member that was able to prepare the fire-grilled ribeye”.Isabel explained that a “Manager” came in after my party was seated and could prepare the fire-grilled ribeye. I understand her explanation, however why did a party that came in 30 minutes after was able to be served in a timely manner when my table is still missing crispy fish tacos, bolognese spaghetti and classic caesar salad with grilled chicken. I would understand if my order was complicated, however a classic caesar salad to me seemed a simple normal order that should not take over an hour to prepare.I then requested to speak to a manager to voice my concerns. I waited another 15 minutes with no visit from a manager or a shift supervisor to hear concernsSuffice to say I will not be returning here.

First off we ate here during the pandemic.... it was filthy. I watched how they clean the 5 tables they have and they spray them with a cleaner and wipe them with a paper towel. Our table had food crumbs and chunks stuck to it.They no longer bring bread unless u ask for it. We had a pizza that had 2 different halves. We didnt end up ordering anything because with so much of it wrong, we couldnt trust that the food quality could be any better in the kitchen.

We are from NY, visiting CA for the first time and had to add this worse experience to our trip.Our Server Shou took really “good” care of us. We all left hungry from the restaurant. To begin with, we had to wait at least 15/20mins to get menus. Took forever for our server to come and get our order. We ordered Thai crunch salad without chicken. Food came in but no utensils were on the table neither we had gotten water which we had asked for when we came in. She made a mistake placing our order and it came with chicken. First she made a mistake then second time the cook made a mistake. They kept making mistakes with all our order. At the end we had to walk out of there without eating. Wasted our time and ruined our evening. WE ALREADY WAITED AN HOUR TO BE SEATED AND THEN WASTED TWO MORE HOURS WITH ALL THESE NONSENSE. When we dined at the location they were extremely busy to the point of us having to request things such as hot sauce or ranch multiple times because our waitress was too busy serving other guests that were dining. Some items such as the ranch was never even brought to us as again the waitress was too busy. When we requested our check, again we waited for about 10 minutes until we decided to ask the greeter at the front who went to find our waitress and had to have her bring us our check. Once it was signed again waited for 5 minutes until we had to ask the greeter again to go find our waitress again so she can charge our credit card and bring us the receipt again. The waitress only returned the receipt and forgot to give us back the credit card. We understand that this is also our fault as we should have remember so when we realized this the next day we called the CPK location. In trying to explain the situation, we were transferred to the manager. We’re not sure if he didn’t understand us or understand the seriousness of the situation, but they hung up the phone on us at least 3-4 times resulting in us calling them back to reexplain the situation again. When we asked him for his name, he refused to give it to us and avoided the question when asked again and again hung up the phone. We already didn’t enjoy the serve that we were given at the location, but especially now seeing the manner in which the manager interacted with us and handled our request for them to look for our credit card and not responding back to us to inform if they’ve been able to find it or not, we’re extremely disappointed in the service of this location. We’ve visited several other CPK location in Southern California and never received the service that we experienced with this location. I also reached out to corporate to see if they could help locate the credit card,, but no help at all. They wrote a report and said someone will get back to me within a day. Its been 5 days now and still not response. It doesn’t seem like anyone at CPK cares about their customers.

Horrible experience. Ordered a meal for 4 on my son’s birthday evening from Stoneridge Mall CPK. Curbside order was ready on time. Went to pick it up - all curbside order pickup parking were occupied by cars with owners dining in ! Anyways called the # to be instructed to drive next to curb and be on the road. Still fine. A waiter came and placed the bag in the boot. Drove back home and opened the bag. The order had 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, 1 bread + herb oil and a full salad - our regular order for a family of 4. There was no herb oil to begin with - we searched everywhere in the bag - nothing. The bread was half of a baguette - cut in the middle. The salad was dry, tasteless and missing key ingredients. There was no dressing/oil in it with a tiny bbq sauce container tucked in. Moreover the salad was only a half-size one from our experience - though the meal was supposed to have a full salad. There were only 3 small chunks of chicken in it. The pasta was carelessly packed and the amount was minuscule. The sauce in it all spilled out and soaked everything in the bag as it was packed upside down. Most. Horrible. Experience. Ever. My son was so disappointed and we felt bad this had to happen on his birthday due to some irresponsible server ( whom we paid a 15+% gratuity - what a shame ) in a restaurant which used to be his favorite. She was rude and stingy with the bread. Last time and this time, the food has steadily declined. Chicken piccata used to be my favorite but its not so good anymore. This CPK is located in the Stoneridge mall in Pleasanton. Usually parking is not an issue. The restaurant is crowded during peak hours. Service has been generally good.They have a good choice for vegetarians, there are a good selection of soups. Im typically a CPK fan. I discovered it while living in SoCal (Its everywhere). Originally it was their garlic chicken pizza and tortilla soup that drew me in.But since moving to the Bay Area, my experiences with CPK have significantly dropped. From being glared at, wrong order delivered, mushy food in my takeout order, rolled eyes, rudeness of the customers sitting on the other side of my bench ~ hopping up & down on their side which in turn makes my seat bumpy like a roller coaster ride, to wait staff just being impatient.Ive made complaints and issues have been addressed, but wrong things shouldnt be happening on a consistent basis, like every visit :(Its sad that the quality of the food has gone down, and quality of service, while the prices just continue to go up. I cant afford CPK anymore and TBH, having a bad experience, isnt worth my time or energy.

My first experience at california pizza kitchen was great, because we were there on saturday celebrating my god moms going away party to la for 9 weeks for her doctors degrew or something. It was so great me my mom and my step father went there and saw my god mom her sister her father her 2 friends her 2 kids which are my god brother and god sister and she has an oldest son but he works next door at the cheesecake factory. So he wasnt at california pizza kitchen with us because he had to work. And my mom and god moms friend aurianna shows up and angelas friend her husband and her son shows up. We rrally had a great time at california pizza kitchen. We ate really good food, when we got there it was crowded but not too crowded. Between an hour my god brother and god sister and angelas friends son started playing around in the restaurant and they were playing so rough the adults had to tell them to lower their voices and stop playing so roughly. After that we went next door to visit my other god brother Thomas at his job and he saw us but didnt get a chance to say hi to the rest of us, because he was working and thats ok. After that my mom and angela and her friends started taking pictures outside. So yeah my experience at the california pizza kitchen was great cant wait to go back again soon.👍👍👍

Waiter was friendly. Food was pretty good. It had a certain homecooked quality to it, which wasnt unwelcome. Decor was pretty good, though I dont know whats up with the mood lighting in the middle of the day. For evenings it would be fine, but during the day its kind of like a dark fire lit cave. It also has a large window with sunlight blazing through it, so theres a horrific glare along with with the dark cave ambiance. They need to turn up the lights during sunny days and go back to mood lighting during evenings to balance things out.

They clear a lot of tables so people have enough room without being close to the next table. The only down side to that the wait time is longer. If you got the time to wait and want to dine in, this is a good place to go.

Host was rude. Hostess was not much better.Just ordered. Thus far, the waitress has been wonderful. She is new, by the way. If it wasnt for the limited choices at the Stoneridge Mall, I would have eaten elsewhere after meeting the host. Have been to quite a few CPKs now and this one has been the most disappointing so far. No bread, no refills on water, out of some food, and charged for something we didnt actually get. The food that we did get was very good, but the service was certainly lacking here.

This place has really gone downhill. My husband and I have eaten here often during my dinner break as it is very close to my job. I ordered a turkey club. This sandwich comes with avocado, bacon, lettuce and tomato. It arrived with about 5 bacon bits in each half and CUBED turkey meat. Who puts cubes of turkey in their sandwich? First bite and all the contents fell into my plate. My husbands pizza was one we had always ordered. Hw could not finish eat saying the taste was not good. Wont be eating here again, sorry CPK, why did you change?By the way, we ate around 5:30 on a busy Sat. Place was not very full as it had been in the past. Word is out!

RACIST AND RUDE STAFF. Veterans Day. We are a Chinese and Filipino family. Told the server, Will, I was a veteran, and he kept telling me how any pizza I asked about was not free. I made it clear I knew which pizzas were free since I was holding the menu and was pointing each and every time at the other menu when asking about a pizza (not the special Veterans Day one). Asked Will if he could tell me what was on the special, the Korean BBQ. He said it just be like the Thai Pizza with a peanut sauce, as they are both Asian pizzas. Yeah, makes sense... He screws up the order and almost gets us 3 pizzas after I clearly told him I didnt want the Korean BBQ because he no clue what was on it. Later on in the evening, he forgets to bring us soup. Then Will says the real kicker line: We got Dragon Ball Z going on here or what? Because there is no one around us that he could be referring to since hes looking straight at us. And there arent any Asian families nearby. Just us. No Dragon Ball Z t-shirts, toys, nothing. Will has completely lost his mind. And then he follows immediately with, Whats your daughters name? Very fake and creepy. When we ask to replace the broccilini, falsely advertised as baby broccoli (really???), another server throws a hissy fit and yells at us: Thats how the dish always comes, so next time, ask for the macaroni. Seriously? So I speak to the manager, and kudos to M.J. She is the only sane and professional one there apparently. She immediately apologized and offered to get us a new pizza (Will forgot the bacon I told him to add to it twice.), and then took responsibility for her poor training of the employees. Finally, someone who at least claims to understand leadership! She comped us, but we are never going back to this bigoted place. A corporate complaint is forthcoming.
