Had an excellent experience buying with Erik. He was very knowledgeable about everything we could throw at him—from the pros and cons of different brands and models, to the sanitation systems, construct materials, maintenance, repair!! And on and on and on. Super professional, felt very comfortable and never pressured one bit. Just helping us find the right spa for our home/family. Will happily update with a follow-up review after the tub is finally delivered and installed.

I did my researched and shopped around all over LA and OC for competitive prices and great customer service. Through a days worth of phone calls, I knew it was Cal Home Spas & Patio where I needed to go first. Erik was extremely helpful over the phone. He wasn’t pushy and gave honest advice. He was even more helpful in person and was patient as my wife and I mulled over every decision. He was able to get me a stellar deal on a Hot Spring hot tub. I walked into this store yesterday afternoon without knowing much about what I was looking for. It took all of 15 minutes talking and working with the sales employee, RAUL, to figure out exactly what I wanted and what would be best for the AirBNB where the spa is going. Rauls 22 years of experience in the industry absolutely shows. His knowledge is amazing and his approach is EXACTLY what makes a customer comfortable... he made sure I knew he was there to answer any questions but he wasnt pushy whatsoever. If you go looking for the perfect spa, make sure to ask for him, you wont be let down.

Needed a spa, due to a stroke one month ago and Kyle answered my call, every question I had and eased my mind in every way. He was very detailed with his answers kind and efficient with the paperwork and time we had. I felt he worked out the best price possible plus he knew all the electrical issues and I finally found a place that I could get in and around without any issues in my chair. I called a couple spa places and when I called Cal Home Spa and Patio, I was warmly greeted by Houghsten. He gave me a rough quote over the phone & told me to ask for him by name when I came in. When I entered the store, he took time to ask me what my priorities were and showed me a few options. He was very clear and easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy. He took the time to answer questions and helped me decide what options were best for me. He was very polite and easy to work with and made the buying experience very pleasurable. He also checked in with me on delivery day to make sure everything went smoothly. Since then, I have contacted him with questions, and he always responds promptly, even if it is after hours. I really appreciate good service and have been so happy with my spa. I would highly recommend visiting this showroom if you are in the market for a high quality spa.

Erik Chagnon in sales at this store is THE man. I walked in on a whim and within 20 minutes Erik had provided me an incredible, comforting purchase experience on my new Hot Spring 735UL. He’s extremely knowledgeable, knows the products inside out like the rest of the team there, and if I were ever going to buy a hot tub again or refer to anybody, I would tell anyone to please go to the store, and ask for Erik. Erik and his colleague Victor also offered to drive up to Encino from Long Beach during a holiday break, just educate me on my new purchase. We ended up doing it over the phone. I feel extremely lucky to have purchased my new hot tub from here, and the amount of care and comfort Erik Has offered since has made this a homerun purchase from this store. Go here!

I have a medical condition where hydrotherapy has proven to significantly decrease pain. After a year of fighting with my insurance company trying to get this approved my doctor suggested purchasing a home hot tub instead. This started our search for the perfect spa. I googled hot tubs and found California Home Spas and Patio. We browsed their user friendly website and read their reviews before deciding to visit the showroom. Stellar reviews and a vast selection of hot tubs to look at. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile by Cooper. We told him we are just beginning our search but are interested in seeing their inventory. He gathered some infor like budget features and size and he showed us a few models. He was pleasant and Informative. We never felt pressured or pushed which is a big plus for us.We spotted a hot tub in the corner that caught our attention but it was a bit over our original budget. It had everything we were looking for. Double lounger powerful jets energy efficient and a clean water system. Best of all we thought it really would fit in the space well but we were not sure. Cooper got our info and said let me work on this hot tub for you. Go home and measure your space and we will chat again. A couple of hours later Cooper called and said he worked with him manager and we’re able to offer an amazing price and included their special offer which included lots of freebies. We told him We need to think about it overnight. We did our homework on hot springs spas and found this vendor to be high quality with good ratings too. I even called a competitor to California Home Spas and Patio and when I told him the price we got on the Hot Springs Pace Model he told me to buy it. He could not come close to it. We went this morning to see it again and make sure this was the one. We were there about 45 minutes or so asking questions about warranty, dependability, filters, cleaning and delivery. Did I mention they threw in the delivery of this 700 lb plus spa? It was still a tad over our budget but we decided that we chose a luxury line vs a starter one so the difference was well worth it not to mention they gave us a discount and threw in the cover and so much more. We decided to move forward and order our dream spa. We can’t wait to get it and enjoy it for many years. 5 starts is not enough to give to this company but honestly none of this would not have happened if it had not been for Cooper. He worked very hard to make this deal happen and we are grateful. If you are thinking about a hot tub please visit the showroom here and ask for Cooper. You will be so glad you did. We did a virtual thing on their website so it showed us what it would look like in our yard here it is.

If I could give more stars to Kyle and the team at California Spas I absolutely would. I only starting researching somewhere to get a hot tub last weekend and after seeing the reviews on Google I decided to driver a little further than I wanted to avoid places with some poor reviews closer to home. I met Kyle in the store and discussed all the different options they had. He was extremely informative and helped me arrive at a decision after being a little indecisive. Its a big purchase so wanted to make the right choice and I walked away feeling positive I had. We ended up going with the American Whirlpool 280, which they had in stock and fits perfectly into the space we had planned. (I feel like its important to note that most stores are only dealers / distributors, and do not have any spas in stock ..so wait times were all 6 to 8 weeks). The turnaround time was also an important factor for us as we wanted to enjoy the hot tub this winter. From the incredible customer service we received from Kyle at the store, to the delivery just two days later, and installation from their preferred partner Victor today ..the whole process was seamless and only took SIX DAYS!! We couldnt be happier with how everything went and recommend Kyle and the the awesome team at California Home Spas & Patio.

Thank you Cal Home Spas & Patio for a wonderful Rhythm hot tub that my family bought thru Costco. The whole process and experience was better than expected. My concern was, if the hot tub could make it through the left side of the house. Kyle from Cal Homes & Spa literally came over to my house, to inspect and measure the gateway to see if it was possible. Sure enough, the entry way was just enough. I purchased and ordered the hot tub. After install, Kyle came again to go over the maintenance program and to walk us through the process. I appreciate all the folks @ Cal Homes & Spa. Shout out to Deborah Smith, she is very kind & thoughtful. She taught an excellent class. The key lesson I learned from her was, if you regularly clean out and maintain the hot tub, you should be able to use and have it for 20 plus years.All the best,Thomas DoP.S. I really wish I had the great experience with Eric and Raul that everyone else had :( My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Price changes, waiting over 2.5 months. Raul does a site check to make sure delivery goes smooth months ago. Finally get set up for delivery and a crane is needed. Although there was a site check. I have purchased from this store previously and was excited to go back even after finding the hot tub cheaper at another store. The communication was poor which made matters worse. A little communication goes a long way. I feel like I made a huge mistake and am beyond disappointed.UNBELIEVABLE that you would lie. Your employee RAUL came out to our home to assess if a crane was needed and RAUL determined a crane was NOT needed. The pictures show the small rail they wanted to remove thats been in the ground for over 30 years and very sturdy. Who was replacing the rail back into the cement. These guys were trying to pick up a 900 pound hot tub and carry it up stairs, RAUL told them they only needed one extra person. AT LEAST REPLY WITH THE TRUTH. PLEASE READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS THERE ARE PLENTY AND THEY HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES. SHAME ON YOU. THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND MONEY REFUNDED.

A friend of ours recommended a Hot Springs hot tub, so after doing a Google search for Hot Springs retail stores, we were lucky enough to find California Home Spas and Patio. Walking into the store, my husband and I were greeted by Raul. He told us to let him know if we had any questions, and then he allowed us to look around on our own, which we both appreciated (especially because many salespeople elsewhere will follow you around and make you feel pressured). After browsing the hot tub selection, we did ask Raul to help us. He was very patient and willing to describe the different features of several different hot tubs. We decided to go with the Hot Springs Grandee. There was a special going on for some free accessories, and we were able to get the hot tub at a great price, thanks to Raul.Raul told us our hot tub would be ready in 6 months at the most, so we were expecting it in August. I got a call a couple of weeks ago from Raul saying our hot tub was in his June deliveries, and wed have it by the end of the month, and it was delivered on Monday! That was an unexpected surprise to get it early! Raul called to make sure the delivery went well, and told us to call him when the electrical panel was installed. When we called, he walked us through how to use the chemicals for the hot tub in order to get it up and running. He also is very responsive to texts about questions Ive had about the tub. I appreciate the excellent communication, and the customer service that we received from Raul at California Home Spas and Patio. Just bought a hot tub here 😂. First time tub buyers! We walked in yesterday checking it out we walked out today getting a tub.What I love about this place is they let you walk around think about stuff, and when you need them you just ask for them. It wasnt any forceful salesman pitch, it was great!!However, here we walked in, they didnt bother us and we walked around looked at tubs and then when we were like okay we dont know anything lets go get a person to help. We got a great guy called Kyle Quinn!! He was awesome, patient, super nice, super helpful, totally great!! Took care of you so well!!We came in the second day in our suits! To try out the hot tub. We spent an hour going back and forth between 2 hot tubs lol. Kyle was patient all throughout this, and even gave tips on how to make it even more comfortable. Such a great guy! Love this place. His knowledge of the products and helpful tips on how to operate and maintain our spa was top notch! I wanted to share my experience with purchasing a spa for the first time. After doing research for 3 years, I told myself that I want to be able to ask someone questions and be educated with all that goes with owning a spa. The Costco catalog appealed to me with the low prices, but I couldn’t speak directly with someone with all things spa. So I went to Cal Spa after being referred and Mike was there to help us out. We were with him for almost a total of 3 hours, as we asked questions, and even dipped into the different jacuzzis. He was patient, and gave us the confidence with owing a spa. I appreciate Mike for his patience, expertise, and making us feel at home. A great place to go to if you are serious with buying a spa!

I was searching for Hot Tub last December and I came across Kyle at California Spa’s. He was very helpful and provided me with several selections with best prices. I liked the Limelight Pulse by Hot Spring but I was not ready to purchase till I acquire the land so Kyle suggested to place a small refundable deposit up to 90 days to lock in the price. He was extremely helpful in providing all the information and recommendations and when 90 days came to expire I asked Kyle if I can if he can extend the refundable for another three months and he did renew it without any issue. Now I got the land and I am expecting the hot tub within the next two weeks and cannot wait till I have it install. So far I received excellent service from Kyle and California Spa’s. Great service and quick response and I highly recommend them.

The owner of this company sued us in small claims court and the judge gave them 1/2 of what they were suing for. We bought a Treager Grill, the new Timberline 2022 model. The salesman was knowledgeable about the options and the general details of the updated product compared to the previous model. Ca. Home S & P are certified dealers for Treager and have most of their accessories on hand and have many of their grill QQBs on hand as well. So it is a great place for your one stop shop. I ended up paying for the BBQ over the phone the day after as I wanted to double check a few things online to ensure it was a good fit for our household, and it was. I ended up having 2 or 3 phone conversations with the same salesman because when ever someone walked in the store he wanted to call me back so he can help the walk in customer. He did ask if it was OK and I said ya sure, but we were in the middle of the paying process so I thought that was a bit strange. He did call back in 20 or 30 minutes as he said he would so I guess no harm done. I opted for them to assemble and deliver for an additional cost of $125.68, ours arrives tomorrow. Once I have had a few months worth of time learning and using the Timberline I will post another review.

Having done hours of research online, nothing compares to being able to come in and sit in the tubs, get an idea of the water pressure from jets, and even try out the covers and steps.
