They have done a great job at receiving my pallets and prepping them with transparency in pricing. They have a good turn-around time and are good about communicating issues as they arise. I work with Ryan and he makes sure to get the job done right! Would highly recommend to any FBA sellers of eCommerce sellers that need your items prepped with label, bundle, SPD, LTL shipments etc

If you are looking for professional and always responsive prep center for your Amazon business, California Prep is the correct address. I`ve been doing business with them more than a year and It`s been a great experience so far. They handle my inventory from scratch. They prep and ship everything in timely manner without issue even I send them truck loads of inventory.

Dmitry and his crew are professional and know how to do the Job. I have dealt with other FBA prep companies before, and i have to say, California FBA prep is by far the best company i have used to get my Amazon products prepped! CA FBA is a good warehouse choice near Long Beach, CA. Their staffs are easy to communicate. Orders can be shipped quickly. There is no monthly minimum fee. Highly recommend!

The best. They know exactly what Amazons requirements are and get the job done quick and painlessly. I am in the top 0.05% of Amazon sellers and have seen everything. I dont have time for businesses who dont understand Amazon or what needs to happen to get a shipment done right. CA FBA Prep is one of those rare businesses that when you work with them, they actually do their job beyond what you could expect, and they do it over and over again. They saved me tens of thousands of $ last year by having the prep done close to the coast rather than shipping it to my location. Not to mention the time it would take me to do the prep, what they do in a day would take my crew a week. I am always surprised how fast things get done. I have sent 12 pallets of thousands of units to them and they will usually get it done and ready for Amazon pickup within a day or 2. Just unbelievably quick. And they are super responsive to any contacts I make with them. Ignore the person here who left a bad review. You cant blame CA FBA prep if a shipment is late getting to them or if it is delayed getting picked up by Amazon. That is outside their control. For what is in their control, I have seen ZERO errors in the year I have used them, and incredible speed that boggles my mind to be honest. I have sent around 100K units through their warehouse with not a single error, and with lightning fast speed. Really CA FBA Prep is the best logistics decision I have ever made. I saved LOTS of both time and $ compared to what I was doing before, and am now able to really scale up with their help. Win-win! My heartfelt thanks to Dmitry and the whole crew over there. You guys really are the best.
