It had been too long since the last time I got my eyes checked. I called different places and this one had the best service from the start. It was such a good experience from beginning to end. The office is bigger and nicer on the inside than it looks on the outside. Doctor Tran was awesome. Her staff was great too, especially Jackie. They were both great at answering all of my questions. I loved how thorough they were. Thank you for a great eye exam!

Dr. Tran is very patient and knowledgeable, as well as understanding of my special needs and peculiarities. The only complaint I have is about the scheduling. They had erased my appointment, which I found out only because I called them. I was lucky to restore it. It happens too often than I make an appointment months in advance, and arrange all my other appointments accordingly, only to be informed at the last minute that it is cancelled, and the next one wont be available for several months. That makes me worried about my eyes. Hope they do something to correct this situation.

She is wonderful. I received a great care. She is very caring and compassionate. Also very patient with senior patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent optometrist

DR Jenny Tran who ive had for 7 years, have found her to be very professional, thorough, however yet thoughtful, caring, gregarious and engaging.I would recommend her for anyone seeking a truly competent, knowledgeable Optometrist.

Dr. Tran is a good doctor, but her support staff is way below average. The optical department (Leticia) is incredibly inefficient. She turns a simple ordering of contacts into the most unpleasant experience. Her rude and condescending remarks make you wonder how someone with such personality is selected to work with people. She gives out inaccurate information and “forgets “ to submit orders. She never calls back and has an attitude when the patient calls to follow up. Calling the office is another issue - long holds that end up on Leticia not picking up the call. Frustrated beyond limits!Will not go back!

Simply put, Dr. Tran is one of the best Optometrists Ive been to. I have had glasses, contacts, and specialized corrective eye surgery since I was 7 years old, and Im 65 now. Shes very thorough and persistent at getting it right. Much appreciated!

Dr. Tran is a very nice and wonderful doctor. She is gentle and considerate. The staff is also very nice and every time I go there I congratulate myself on the choice of doctor and eye clinic.

Jenny Tran worked diligently to fine the right contact lens that would work for me. She reviewed my past history to see what changes have occurred with my vision and the type of lens I had used. I explained to her that it was difficult to get an appointment so she offered a different way to get an appointment so I would not have to wait two months.

I know without a doubt that Im difficult to work with because I have a huge issue with anyone coming close to my eyes. The office and dr.tran worked with me and found a way to takw care of me regardless of my fear. Thank you so much
