Went into Costco to buy one thing, came out with a new internet subscription, Lol. Go see my girl Candice at Costco Alhambra. Super friendly, professional and informative. She can answer all your questions and help you get set up with the best plan :)

Justin really was helpful and good at his job. Being in sales myself he will only get better with experience. Give him a year or two and if he gets to knowany product he will probably be a top salesman, so long as he gets a good product to sell.
We signed up for AT&T internet at Costco. I asked if there was an installation fee or anything like that and if we could set it up ourselves. They said it was a self installation. Everything we needed would be sent to up, no extra charge. It turns out that we didn’t have the right type of connection in our apartment, which would have been fine if they came by to fix it for free, but they wanted $150 to come by and work on the setup. This was a surprise and something we specifically asked about in Costco. We ended up just canceling the order.

Justin was very helpful and informative.Update: do not accept this sales ploy. I was told $55/mo, then my order confirmation said $60/mo. I am trying to cancel my account before any installation happens and it is an extreme hassle. I was duped by dishonest sales tactics.

Rogelio & trainee Rafey were extremely helpful with finally processing my fathers order for the unlimited AT&T internet. He had to come back to Costco to finalize the order and Rogelio was the person who handle everything. Everyone else were newly employed so having Rogelio assist was the best.Definitely the person to work with.

I was paying twice as much with spectrum for half the gigs and although I haven’t used the wifi yet how could you not be happy with saving money in todays world. The agent, Dawson was very misleading. I just wanted information sent to me regarding the internet service they were selling, which is ATT btw. He signs me up for the service and I repeatedly told him I didnt want to sign up and he kept saying I know but when are should we send the equipment. He also didnt mention they were running my credit, which is very unethical. Im a bit surprised they had someone this misleading inside Costco trying to sign people up for internet.
Come to Costco and ask for jace top notch customer service and friendly . Hes amazing and Liz is a good leader she made it smooth .

I came into the job unsure of my personal ability to do the job and since being here have received so much support to be confident in doing the job and in the position to help others. 20 out of 10 recommend for personal growth and forming great relationships as well! Higher ups are nothing short of relentless when it comes to investing in you personally to help you grow within the business and find success. Very great healthy balance of high standards and development to help bring people along that need more help in certain areas. Would recommend job to any and everyone in all walks of life !
