Great customer service, very organized and clean shop. They repaired a few items on our SUV, most notably fixing our rear hatch door. Not sure how we survived our road trips and grocery runs having to hold up the rear door manually every time, but I was so so happy to have it fully functioning again! We were in and out of the shop in a timely manner. Thank you again, California Collision for all your help!

I had a bus in Walnut Creek give me a kiss and I thought it wasn’t much since I have my truck paint protected filmed. These guys took the time to inspect and they found some serious damages. I was always informed on the status of my repairs and got my Duramax back looking like new. Actually came back better than when I purchased off the dealer. California Collision is no joke and it’s very obvious they take pride in their work.

This review is long overdue! We had our 2019 Honda Accord taken in to have an accident to the front end of our bumper and quarter panel repaired back at the end of December and we could not be any happier with how great the car came back to us... looks like nothing ever happened to the car!I am especially leaving this review to let everyone know how great our contact person Giovanni was! He is very polite and very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond everything that he said he would in regard to not only our car but with working with our insurance company, and then some. Whatever we needed and requested, he was able to do for us, happily! Giovanni kept us updated often with the progress of our cars repair - he is very articulate and very detail oriented, and you can really see he loves what he does! For customers like my husband and me who appreciate these qualities in someone youre working with, he is your guy! Ive probably contacted him more times than anyone can guess while our car was at the shop but he never once sounded like we were bothering him. I got into a car accident in Feb. 2023 and decided to take my car to California Collision after seeing the outstanding reviews they had on Yelp. After a full assessment was done, my insurance company decided to deem the car totaled and offered me a settlement. Unfortunately, they thought the storage fee was excessive even though it was comparable to other auto body shops around the area and they wouldn’t pay the required disassembly fee that was needed to make a full assessment of the damages to my car. I decided to take my insurance company to court and in the end I won the case. George, the owner of California Collision was so helpful as he was with me every step of the way, and came with me to the hearing to provide the evidence that the storage fee was not excessive and an itemized list of the required work that was necessary to inspect my car for internal damage. Thank you so much for going above and beyond exceptional service. Even though I didn’t end up getting my car fixed, California Collision will always be my go to for all my future car repairs because of the high level of care and thoroughness they shown me.

This is the second time that I have been to California Collision. In both instances, repainting the hood of my 2006 Infiniti to address sun damage and this week addressing rock/sand damage to the roof of my 2015 BMW X5, I experienced the top notch professionalism of Giovani and his team. I was very impressed by the honesty and service of the advisor Klebber. I had a minor paint scratch from accident. Instead of repainting of the entire door, Klebber was able to use special chemicals to remove scratches and nicely buff off damage. I am very impressed with the place. Strongly recommended!

Had a very positive experience working with George and his staff while we had our mini van repaired. They explained the process and how the insurance works with them on getting it all done correctly. Our BMW was involved in a parking lot incident. I wanted to find a reputable shop to do the repairs and came across California Collision and their great reviews. I decided to bring in our car for an estimate.I was introduced to Klebber who was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain the process of what they do in regards to the repairs and how they handle communications with the insurance company.I did not feel rushed at any point nor did he come off pushy or trying to upsell you. He did provide me a recommendation of a deep estimate service where they remove parts to document any hidden damage to the car. They itemize and take pictures of the damages as proof so it can all be provided to the insurance company in the initial estimate. This prevents time being wasted with revisions and going back and forth with the insurance company.He did say it was optional but I felt it made sense as I wanted to get my car back as soon as possible. The price for this service is a few hundred dollars but its refunded back to you at the end of the body repair job. It proved to be money well spent and was worth it as the claim got settle pretty quickly.I was given a tour of the shop and the current repairs they were working on. I was also introduced to other team members such as Giovanni who also displayed the same great attitude each time I called or came by the shop.They offered me a shuttle service after I dropped off my car and also to the shop when the car was ready for pick up. This made the experience much more convenient for me and helped reduced some stress.Overall, the repair work came out great and within the expected timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend California Collision in the future.

This was the best experience I had with a car repair and, unfortunately, Ive had a lot of those. I was helped by Giovanni on my 2015 Toyota Corolla. He was very communicative during the whole process, his rough estimate of the final costs ended up being exactly what I had to pay and he found the most cost effective parts. I told him Id be moving and needed the car done fairly quickly and he was very accommodating with getting my car finished before I had to move to a new state. On top of all of this, he had great energy and conversation. I could not recommend them more.

We recently had our brand new Acura rear ended on 580-E. I looked up for a body repair near me and California Collision came up on top, I bet for all the right reasons.The staff is professional, personable and very courteous. I personally dealt with George Osorio and Klebber (forget his last name), and I cant say enough good words about them. From the time I checked in to the time I received my car, the whole experience has been seamless. Unfortunately though, the parts needed for the repair were back ordered, and I had to wait for 6 months.I initially went to drop the car off and asked my friend to pick me up an hour later, as this was our primary car. While I was waiting there, they booked me an Uber back. I wasnt expecting that, as that is not common at other places I have been to before.The checkin and inspection was very thorough. Klebber took notes of all the places that got impacted and I was also notified of some hidden damage to the exhaust.All throughout the waiting period for the back ordered parts, I kept receiving regular updates on the status and weekly updates on the status of the repair once the parts arrived.On the day of the pickup, I got a thorough run down of all the repairs done and Klebber showed me the photos of the repair and what was done.Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this business !!

Let me start by saying I creased my fender on my brand new 2019 GMC truck a couple months ago in the Bart parking lot, oh and let me say it is a bright Cardinal red. I called around and finally settled on Cal Collision, I first spoke to the receptionist Danielle I believe is her name. She was the nicest and most thorough person Repping the company for my first contact she put me in contact with Reuben. I met with Reuben who was very professional and just a all around good guy, he walked me around the whole facility and told me about the process due to my concern about matching the bright red paint. Cal collision had my car for about 3 weeks due to the automobile strike in September and getting parts was kinda difficult. Reuben called me every other day to advise of the process luckily I wasnt in any hurry I wanted it done right. Reuben also took pictures of the process and sent them to me so I could document the process, kinda cool. Reuben then called me and told me the car was done when I got there I couldnt believe how perfect it was, also Reuben said they touched up and made sure they replaced any part that slightly looked like it might have been damaged. This week, California Collision delivered customer-centered car repair services for me that were both timely and high-quality.On Wednesday, I contacted California Collision when I was in a state of panic after I had damaged my driver-side view mirror on my Fiat 500e while I was driving to work that morning. I had a 5-Star+ experience with CA Collision! The repairs, restoration and service exceeded my expectations. I appreciate how much attention is paid to the details, not only on my car (pristine AND washed), but in how they conduct business and customer service as well. Most impressed by the yesteryear service. Brandy prepared me well for what was ahead. The possibility of unexpected delays. There was none. She gave weekly reports. I knew everything about my situation. Pickup day came car ready and waiting outside. I inspected I am satisfied I drove off leaving my parking sticker stuck to window of the car rental I turned in. I called Brandy explained she had turned car in. To my surprise she asked me to hold on. She called enterprise and was able to retrieve the sticker for me. Something she did not have to do. We took my husbands Grand Cherokee in for repair work to the passenger side quarter panel. Everyone we dealt with at California Collision was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, and seemed genuinely concerned. The work was actually completed in less time than what we were originally quoted, and we were updated regularly throughout the process. We had concerns about them being able to perfectly match the heavy metal flake paint as the car is 8 years old - the match was perfect! The workmanship was excellent, and far exceeded our expectations. As a bonus, when we went to pick up the car, it had been cleaned inside and out, almost to the point of car detailing work. No one ever likes having to spend money on auto repairs, but we felt really good about the whole experience. True professionals, and I would definitely recommend them!

After I met an accident, I towed my car to CALIFORNIA COLLISION center. It was a great experience with the staff and service. They provided frequent updates and due diligence throughout all phases. The owner, George is a wonderful person who advises us on facts and makes sure things go on the right way. Somebody hit my car in the rear and I wanted to find a reputable body shop to have my car restored back to pre-collision condition instead of relying on whatever random body shop my insurance referred. I was referred to this body shop from my regular mechanic and Im very pleased with my choice.I mainly worked with George and Giovanni. They and the rest of the staff are very friendly and communicative updating me via email or phone call throughout the process. When I picked up my car, I honestly dont think California Collision restored my car to just pre-collision condition. The job was so immaculate that I think it looks BETTER than before.Hopefully I wont be involved in another car accident in the near future. My 2019 BMW X3 was parked while I was doing grocery shopping when someone hit my car in the parking lot while maneuvering either in or out the spot next to me. I recently bought an 07 Lexus that came with some dings and a few significant dents around two wheel wells. George got me a quote ASAP. In no time, they started the work and I was given regular updates by Allison...she is awesome! When I got my car back, it looked like new...no dents, well detailed, the headlights were restored from the old yellow look, and the panels that needed repainting matched the old paint perfectly. Take your Tesla to Tesla.After positive experiences here with two other vehicles over the years, I brought my Tesla in to California Collision for repair. I had read in forums about problems with non-Tesla-certified body shops being able to get Tesla parts, so both I and my insurance adjuster asked CC if they were Tesla-certified before I came in as I wanted to avoid such headaches, and we were both assured by CC on separate occasions that they were. This turned out not to be true (my bad for not verifying), and after a month they were unable to get all the parts and recommended that I come pick up the vehicle and take it elsewhere. Incredibly, they refused to return the parts they had been able to get to Tesla and return the money they had been paid by the insurance company. Thankfully the insurance company is dealing with this (still unresolved as far as I know), and I had a great experience at the Tesla shop. I was really disappointed with the way CC handled this.

California Collision repaired our 2004 Priuss rear driver-side door, which had been heavily scraped against a concrete pillar in a parking garage. When they were finished, the door was indistinguishable from new, plus they had detailed the entire car, inside and out. This car looked like it had just driven off the Toyota lot. Their work was done in the estimated time, at the estimated cost, and with many emails about how things were going along the way. The front office staff was especially helpful and friendly. Lets face it, even when youre not at fault a car accident can be a (literal) massive pain in the neck.My girlfriends car was rear-ended at a stoplight and of course the at fault partys insurance recommended some of their own shops, which after searching, werent the most well reviewed. I found this place to be highly rated on various websites and we gave it a shot.Sean at California Collision went above and beyond normal customer service. The insurance company was not willing to give us a rental even though the car was not safe to drive and wanted us to make multiple trips for an assessment and finally a meet with the adjuster, something that would not work with our busy schedules. Sean made it very clear to the insurance that our car was unsafe to drive and even escalated the call to the adjusters supervisor to make sure we didnt need to come back again.Sean also assured us that even though the insurance wanted to only pay for lower quality parts he would return the car to 100% condition. The work was done on the time line promised and all we had to do was OK the work. The car came back looking better than before and was even cleaned up to make it look like it had never happened.We are extremely satisfied with this whole experience and would never hesitate to do business with California Collision.

I own a 2002 Trans Am. To many is just another car, to me its my pride and joy. I had my vehicle brought in for front end damage and estimator Alan helped me out through the process. I was rear-end on the highway and my BMW needed repairs. My case turned out to be complex, with multiple supplemental claims to be made to the insurance company. My estimator Alan at California Collision was extremely helpful, polite, did all the leg work, and also helped clear up some misunderstanding directly with the insurance company. Later on when a complex problem appeared which was beyond the capability of the body shop, Alan also took the car directly to the BMW dealership and had the diagnosis and repairs performed there. This is going to be extremely long but it’s worth the read.California Collision is a life saver. I got into a sticky situation not paying attention to the road and hit a tree on the front right side of my car. I didn’t have proper insurance and knew it was going to be extremely impossible to come up with the money to get it repaired. At a glance to me the damage was bad but it could have been worse, but the amount of money required to fix it, all out of pocket, would have been multiple thousands. I had my car towed to California Collision and spoke to Allison the next morning on getting an estimate and seeing what could be done.I was recently going through it and had been living in my car so the last thing I needed was to go ahead and crash it into a tree.. Allison was a huge help and became a friend during the entire process. She made my situation a lot better. She went and spoke to her boss, the owner George, and he requested to meet me in person. After a short conversation he told me I wouldn’t have to worry about paying the labour fees. I would just for the parts. And when I tell you I cried, I mean it.I am extremely grateful for their service and will always remember them. They fixed my car within a week and a half and a few days sooner than was expected. Allison constantly kept me updated and we were working out a payment plan, something they don’t usually offer.When I went to go pick my car up I was excited and nervous. I was worried about how I was going to come up with the money for the parts but excited I could finally have my car back in working condition. When I got there I was overly happy with the results it was unreal. It was better than before the incident. They don’t play around when it comes to body repairs. I was getting ready to put down a small deposit towards my payment plan and voiced my concerns on how we would go about setting up some type of automatic payment since I’m leaving for Naval boot camp at the end of the month and won’t be able to manually send them my payments.Allison informed me that they had a surprise for me, I wouldn’t be required to pay anything for their services. When I tell you I cried, this time it was definitely an ugly cry. So much stress just disappeared. Their work is exceptional. I appreciate everything they do and I know if I ever find myself back in California and in need of body work they will be my go to from now on. I owe them so much and have no idea how I’ll be able to fully show my appreciation for their work.Allison went out of her way to make sure I had transportation when I went to check in and always made sure to ask how I was doing. I bought a discounted deal for a car detailing which ended up totaling $99 to detail my SUV. Unfortunately it did not included shampooing the interior. I took my car in for the detail and it was returned without a completed job. Since I didnt have time to wait for it to be done correctly, I called back the next day to let business know. The pro is they said no problem bring it back in and well take care of it. The con is I had to drive about 45 min to get back there to have it detailed again a week later. Great customer service but I wish they did it well the first time. In either case, Ill take in my other car to have it detailed as well when Im in town.

A huge RAVE for California Collision in Pleasanton!I hit a fence and totally scuffed the corner of my bumper all to heck. I was sure it would need to be replaced. Not Very Good.Went in for bodywork dents in the roof of my truck and some paintless dent removal. Told it would take 4 days and intentionaly scheduled work during my vacation. It took 23 days. After a bad spray job, sand and repaint, water stained interior headliner because they left holes open during the rain, and fixed the wrong paintless dent repair because the estimator was off that day. Still not fixed.It was revealed that the owner was on vacation the same time I was. Maybe it’s better when the boss is at work.There are too many other places to choose from to return.

I took my Infiniti in because, for some unknown reason, the passenger door would not close properly.
