Just like many others, I thought using LegalZoom would help me save me money and form a business, but there was a lot thats been missing out. David Shoups team helped me to find the areas that legalzoom wasnt providing properly, so that my business legal set up is done properly.Everyone in the office are super friendly but also very professional, very sharp. Highly recommend them.Especially if you used cheap online venue to form your business, you MUST consult with David Shoup and he will point out the very important items for you to fix.
