My airbag was stolen and my lock was popped 1 week before moving out of state. Caliber Collision came to the rescue and repaired it for me in 2 days! They were friendly and professional and kept in close communication the entire time. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Bravo to this great team of professionals in Campbell!

A few months ago I was involved in a hit and run. I was very upset and called my insurance agent to report it. I was referred to Caliber Collision to get my car repaired. Well I just got it back and it looks amazing! Im so happy. My car looks incredible inside and out. The people at Caliber are profession, courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

I wholeheartedly recommend this body shop! The work done looks amazing, so thorough and professional. Found additional needed repairs after dismantle, and fully explained them and updated promptly. Andres even stayed late to go over finished car upon pick-up. Receptionist / Admins are amazing, phone answered every time, unlike other Calibers nearby. I cant say enough good things. Car wash was more like a detail!

Everything from start to finish was great with Caliber Collision. From the first phone call I made to inquire to about getting my car repaired to finding out the extent of the damage and making my final decision on what to do after being given my options from my insurance company. Sabrina was our main contact and she was wonderful to deal with. She answered all our questions and followed up every step of the way. She was kind, responsive and very professional. I hope I dont have a reason to need this type of service for my car but if I ever do I will definitely bring it to Caliber Collision.

My Glasses were stolen and who knows what else went missing while my car was getting repaired at this location, manager denied it. They exhausted my time frame with the rental, then i got a call late Friday afternoon around 5:30pm (right before closing) and after Sunset. The damage Was repaired (dent’s, scratches) the paint matched, buy had Orange peel and drips so i had to take it back and was fixed. On the paper work it said everything they charged for (panels removed/ fender..) push pins holding the panels were missing (i had to buy 4 push pins because the side panel was holding for it’s dear life with 1 push pin) other side had different sizes, and when i brought it up to manager’s attention, he said they never touched those panel’s and fender’s were never removed. Trunk lid is now faded.. Trust was taken for granted.

Terrible. Avoid. Took my vehicle in for an estimate. Couple of calls back to them to follow up and no response relative to getting the vehicle scheduled for repair. Sabrina was the rep I was handed to initially. My insurance company is paying the bill for not at fault accident. Manager told me I would get a call back from Sabrina, no dice. My kid has been rolling in a wrecked car for a month now. This place has great reviews which is why I selected them, the insurance is covering the bill so this isnt about cost, my experience has been horrible. Dont waste your time with these folks!

Around a months ago, I was forced to replace my bumper, undershield, and front lip on my subaru. The scheduling and drop off was very quick and the staff was absolutely friendly - all staff said hello, including the manager in their office which I thought was very kind. Their customer service was great, answered all my questions about communication, paperwork, and cost. I got three updates throughout the repair: when the parts arrived at the shop, when the paint began, and when I can go for pick up. The paint on my bumper is very smooth, uniformed, and there is no air bubbles, or little bumps that sometimes can get stuck under the paint. My car is red so the new paint looks absolutely sickening! I love it! However, I did noticed there was a new paint chip on my side fender when I l was inspecting the bumper. During the drop off I walked around my car with the estimator pointing and circling in color any chips, bents, or scratches that were already existing and this particular chip was not there previously. I told the shop of the paint chip I noticed and they offered to repair the damage the following day. I got my car back last week and the undershield, bumper, side fender, and lip looks amazing! The paint on the side fender is the same quality of the bumper - smooth, bright red, and shiny! The process was very smooth and they also washed my car so yay on that. All in all, I loved the staff vibe and the repair job is appreciated by this customer. I want to paint my nissan in the future so knowing this location does good paint jobs is helpful.Thank you Caliber Collision!

I had a massive repair job and Caliber Collision in Campbell definitely took care of me as well as going the extra mile to make sure my car was repaired and look like how it was originally (I had some aftermarket parts). Their ETA for my cars repair was about 1.5 months and they finished the job in about a month.Manny, their manager, pulled some serious strings for me without me asking, so thank you so much for taking care of me. My service advisor, Chanel, did an excellent job handling so many customers at once while keeping me updated and making sure the car was in good hands throughout the entire process.Edit: Ive come back about 4 to 6 more times since my first review here. The staff have continued to be superb from all my visits. The manager, Manny, is still doing an excellent job as always taking care of problems that arise. This shop has been good on times, estimates, and customer service.

I came all the way over from Santa Cruz to have me vehicle repaired at Caliber. They had the earliest available appointment and when I arrived (late on a Friday) for the inspection estimate we realized my insurance had expected that I was dropping it for service. These guys stepped up to help me get through the situation. They took the car and before they went home (again 5pm on Friday), they took apart my rear bumper and got an estimate together so my insurance would pay the rental car starting at that time.I was kept informed on parts availability, service expectations and everything along the way. When I picked up my car they stayed late to ensure everything met expectations so I could get on the road!Not that I want to get into another accident, but if I do - I’m going back to Caliber in Campbell!!

Parts were back ordered for over 6 months and never even got an email with a status update.Once the car did go in, it was done quickly and correctly, but still had to call to get updates on when it would be done. Got more emails about not filling out the survey than I did in 7 months waiting on the parts to come in.

Quality repairs and customer service. My only reservation is that they are fully booked and finding appointment slots with them in a timely manner was a nightmare. (Well, one can argue that this is a proof that the shop does the work very well, thus popular). If you have time sensitive repairs, you might need to broaden your search. But if not time sensitive, they provided great service.

Everyone was so nice at Caliber. They coordinated my body work very professionally and kept me updated by text as to the progress of the work. They coordinated my rental car, too, with Enterprise, and even returned the SUV to them for me since I picked my car up after hours. My car was even ready a day early. I highly recommend Caliber.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision at Campbell. I am really satisfied with service done on my BMWX5. General Manager Manny Fuentesperedoroza of the body shop provided outstanding service.They have done extensive body work on front bumper, hood replacement and passenger side damage. When I got the car it was like new. Color matches very well with original body. Car was clear from inside and outside when I got the car.My car headlight was not available in market. Manny used his contacts and worked hard and searched all over US to procure that. He finally able to get the light and delivered the car. Manny is very courteous, polite and helpful. He informed me regularly on progress of my car.I strongly recommend this shop for bodywork.

Caliber Collision is one of the best car experiences Ive experienced. My husband had such a horrible experience with his new car purchase and they handled it beautifully. Just a back story, my husband bought a 2008 Pruis on Friday. On the Saturday right after, while it was parked someone had a heart attack and hit his car.My husbands insurance was giving him the run around and we just needed advice. So, I called Caliber Collision and spoke with Jose first. Jose was not only friendly and professional, but he was very sympathetic. He didnt have to listen to my story, but he gladly did and offered suggestions. Jose is great! Then, when we made an appointment, we met with Victor one of the managers. Victor was also very sympathetic, educated and professional. He offered suggestions based on our needs and made our experience so much easier. During fixing the car, I got amazing communication during the the process. Letting me know what was going on and how everything turned out. (Typically car places kinda suck and you have to always call). The big thing that makes them stand out is that they CARE about each and every customer. They love what they do and you can feel it. They offer suggestions based on YOUR personal needs and make it happen.The whole overall experience was really great, and I will be using them again. Go here for your repairs!

The staff were very professional and easy to work with. I have worked in the automotive industry for 32 years. Three years of that time was in auto body and damage surveying, so I’m very picky. I expected something would have been questionable on the body and paint of my once-beautiful Miata that was sideswiped from front to rear by a hit and run driver…but Caliber Collision did an awesome job and I have not found any flaws in their work. I am very happy with the service and will recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family.

I had a fender bender, and the rear of the car was damaged by another vehicle. They did a great job, from the inspection, to the schedule, to the repairs, and the retrieval of the vehicle. I got in a car crash a while back that took out my right headlight, and came here to get the job done. The service itself was done fine, but took terribly long, every due date set was pushed back, some more than once, the initial assessment itself took a week longer than it should have, and the whole process took more than a month and a half. Im still missing a tire plate which I was told could get replaced after theyd ordered one, called again and got the same answer, and then never got a call back. Would not recommend this repair shop to anyone who values their time.

After our car was rear ended, we chose this shop for our repairs because our daughter had used them in the past and she highly recommended them. The staff was very professional and courteous, and we were updated regularly on the progress of the job. This shop went above and beyond in the repair of our rear bumper.. Only the left side was affected from the accident, but they repaired some previous damage on the right side of the bumper as well, at no extra cost. Our bumper looks brand new now! We couldnt be happier, and highly recommend this shop!

Had my car repaired at the 665 E McGlincy Ln location. I was rear-ended and the insurance company recommend Caliber. Looking at reviews, I was hesitant as other locations seem to have problems. But this location was good, so after talking to the techs and decided to have them fix my minivan.Good communication, sent email updates.The car was repaired well, one item needed correcting, but they were very professional about it and made it right.Costs seemed fair as well... Ive seen minor bumper damage cost $1K alone, but the cost to fix the bumper and liftgate was very fair.Id recommend this Caliber location and would bring my car again. (Hopefully, I wont have too...)

I called Caliber Collision because my cars door handle fell off. They had me come by this morning and they quickly (like 15 minutes or less) put my door handle back on and THEY DIDNT EVEN CHARGE ME ANYTHING for it!!! Norberto was my service advisor and he was so fantastic and really took care of everything. The front desk person was helpful and so kind. I cant say enough nice things about this business. I will absolutely be taking my car here in the future, should I need body work done.

I have used Caliber Collision at other locations in the past and always had a positive experience from my interactions with the staff to the repairs made on my vehicles. Today, the service blew me away! I called the Campbell location in the hopes they could help with my passenger car door scraping the panel each time I opened it. I was worried this would end up being around $400 which is not ideal at a time when financial concerns are heightened. Richard was kind enough to fit me in same day, and popped out the panel in less than a minute! I asked him what do I owe you and he simply said just give me a good review. Caliber Collision is a phenomenal body repair shop that arranged for transportation, rental car, pick up / drop off while my car was being repaired. Told me they would give me an exact estimate via email of when it would be done day it was dropped off. Never did get that email. I called two days after dropping off to get info when it would be done and they said it would take five more days from verbal estimate. Very annoying that they did not inform me of this initially as a true professional would. Long story short, unfortunately Ive been a repeat customer. Fortunately Karl does what he says hes going to do, and does it on time. My wifes Cherokee has had a couple of incidents that Modern Bench and now Caliber have corrected to brand new form. The Jeep looks great. Id also, like to compliment Karl. My most recent incident called for about 15 minutes of work - work someone with body work skill needed to perform. Karl had it done, slapped me on the back and said, no charge, thanks for being a good customer. Bottom line is that it is my goal not to go to body shops, but if I need to (or if Im going to refer anyone) it will be to Caliber in Campbell. Thanks to Nicole for the convenient scheduling, and thanks to Karl for the excellent customer service. Hopefully I wont be back, but I promise to recommend Karl and Caliber to any friends or acquaintances.

I am happy with their work. They didnt deliver the car when they promised but it was worth the wait. The car was like new, dont even think that it has had a hit and apart from that it was very clean inside and everything was brought to my house with my keys. car to the door of my house 100% recommended
