I took my car in to Caliber Collusion in Rancho for a minor fender repair. While I appreciated their promptness and professionalism, I was extremely disappointed to find chipped paint that was not there upon dropping off.The reason for my disappointment is that I had specifically chosen this shop for their reputation for quality workmanship, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.When I spoke to the person in charge of my vehicle repairs she stated that the pressure washer they used to wash it may have chipped it off while washing it. I truly don’t understand how this was my fault & was sent away with advise to go to another shop where they can fix it out of pocket.I hope that the Rancho location will take this feedback constructively and improve their processes to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.

Honestly I would give them 0/5. Poor communication I basically had to beg for any information. It took 2 weeks just to get an estimate then they took another week and half to get started on my car. Then I got told the afternoon before I was supposed to pick up my car that it wouldn’t be ready for ANOTHER 2 weeks. Then received my vehicle back with what looks like paint spray on the inside of my vehicle and I have a light on my dash still. I’m never going back to this company

Nightmare!!!! After my initial pick up from the repairs, I noticed there were some scratches that werent there before. I argued with Bianca about how they were new and demanded to see the intake picture. Guess what, the picture showed that this facility indeed did cause the damage. The manager fixed the damage and tried to make things right. At the second pick up we noticed the paint didnt match at all. It was really bad, again Bianca said it was wax and would go away. We waited 3 months before returning to tell them .. guess what the paint is still 2 different colors with swirls and Ohh we are missing parts to our truck too. Again the manager wanted to make it right and we left our truck again to get repainted. Its been 3 weeks and in the meantime the truck has been repainted but workers misplaced different parts. SO we had to wait for those to be fixed. Then we got to go to pick up our truck. When we arrived we noticed another part was missing and the manager apologized AGAIN. They ran down and replaced this part and now I am again on my way to pick up my truck. The manager is so nice but this place is a joke! Please do not take your car here, Even enterprise stated people complain about this place damaging their car all the time. If you choose to use this place, good luck!

Alex and the team at Caliber Collision were incredible from start to finish! Every person that we worked with was kind and helpful. Alex kept me updated through the entire process and was even able to get the car repaired several days early. The workmanship was top notch too!

Caliber Collision did an excellent job in repairing our vehicle in the front of it looks brand new. The service and work along with good communication, make them an excellent company to deal with.

Caliber did an excellent job on repairing and restoring my car’ a 2015 sandstone Altima. My car door was wrecked and required replacement, and there were several dents including a major dent on the right rear end. The paint work restored the car back to its original appearance.The auto detail left the car completely clean, polished inside and out —including the wheels and tires—truly indicative of professional auto detail work. They also gave me a complimentary microfiber hand cloth as well.My car was ready sooner than scheduled.I am completely satisfied with my car.Thank you Alex and your team for a job well done!

I took my brand new car here after only having it for three days Someone shattered my backseat window and broke into my car and cracked my front passenger window. The shop cleaned it out and replaced the windows. And they are working with me to come get my car since it is drivable and come back and fix the two door panels on the passenger side as well because they were messed up again. This was a brand new car never used in the shop is really working with me to return it back into new working condition to make sure everything is great with.. I could say the staff is very professional, but also welcoming you don’t feel like they’re cold or just trying to get money out of you. Ryan has been extremely helpful and keeping me in the loop with everything that needs to be done on the car I would actually bring my car back here. I could say about 15 years ago I had a completely different experience with caliber collision not at this location, but it’s like night and day. I feel like this is a shop that you could actually trust.

Great experience! Great customer service. They kept me informed through the whole process what was going on. There was a little mistake on the bumper. They painted it to factory and didn’t realize till the day before I was supposed to pick it up that it was originally painted another way. But they offered to paint it the way it was originally or we could leave it like that. Either way it looks great so we just left it as it was.

We had good service at the Caliber Collision in Rancho Cucamonga. Our Service Advisor, Kurt, was excellent. He kept us updated regularly and our car was ready when he said it would be.
