Not a very professional establishment, lack of communication is for sure and they expect you to be patient after almost a month of them having your vehicle and expect you to come back in to have them finish the work at a later time to some how convince you that that’s how it will somehow be okay. They did damage on my vehicle and tried denying it and when I showed them I had pictures of my truck before it went in and wasn’t like that they back tracked and said they would repair it but the parts they reordered conveniently are taking more time to receive due to their ordering app getting hacked.Feels like they did unnecessary look over inspections, the damage was to the front left side of my truck but apparently my rear lights and bumper had to be taken off to realign my back cab door?! Don’t not recommend this establishment!!!

They did a marvelous job on my mom’s car, repairs were done very fast in two days. She was rear ended so she had to get her back bumper replaced. Definitely recommend coming here, everyone is so nice and friendly!

Talked to Cary when I took my car. He was very transparent with the process of the approach on how they will fix my car. He was very knowledgeable and provided me all the information i needed to know and also kept me updated. They did a good job in fixing my car and satisfied with the outcome.

Uncomfortable to admit, rarely Im looked at so evidently as a non-welcome patron prospect. The bias and prejudice are so thick and impregnated that I could almost see it and feel it in the air. They do however hire and employ humans of similar dermis as mine. Guess Im supposed to be a servant, not a customer. Although Ive funds to pay for their professional services, seemingly it doesnt matter. Its all in peoples minds and perceptions. Not sadly, but vividly. This is indeed an inhospitable and unwelcoming business for anyone not in their pre-set concept of racial fitness. Not everyone is welcome here. Isolationism at work.

If I could I would not give Caliber 1 star Dont take your car to them! I take my 650i BMW to Caliber to get an estimate. The lady comes out and do a visual inspection and was told by her AAA wont be paying for my car damage without me even asking. So I get a written estimate 3 days later with the amount over 10.000 dollars and AAA informing me that they will be totaling my car. Come to find out they never did a full inspection or nothing to it.This is after I took it to Telesis in Palmdale, great. After Telesis did their inspection the estimate went down to 4.900 dollars . I was told that Caliber Collision in Palmdale on 6th Street did a knuckle inspection in which they didnt do nothing but try to rip off AAA charging for parts that my car doesnt need, by a honest car shop like Telesis Collision Repair telling me the truth. Dont trust Caliber, they almost got me cause I was going to have to pay for a car that was totalled out by Caliber.

So disappointed, I took my Nissan rogue 2023 to Caliber, collusions and they did fix my car but they forgot to put my shield cover protectors under my car all five of them. Now it’s raining really hard in Palmdale an in the Valley. I don’t feel safe driving my car. They said its gonna take 2 to 3 weeks for The parts to get in because they need to order the parts. He said to me it doesn’t make a difference whether your Car has the Shield Covers protectors or not on them. I said that’s not the point, the point is that I brought my car with shield covers. If the manufacture put them and they came with the car is for a reason for protection from debris water or I don’t know other reasons. I googled and it says that is not recommended to drive your car without shield covers. If you took them off, you have to put them back on. I was so disappointed with them. This is a body shop from State Farm. I just hope there’s nothing else missing that they forgot to put in my car. I thought it was a safe place to take it to so now I have to waste more of my time and taking it to get it fixed. And drive my car worrying that something might happen now that it’s raining here cats and dogs I’m crossing my fingers. 😔😔😔

I was very impressed with the service Caliber gave me; they definitely exceeded my expectations worked on my 2014 Nissan Altima, bumper and color. I was informed every step of the repair, through text. Caliber even returned my car earlier than informed. It was not a big repair, but I was glad to be kept up to date with the different stages of the repair. The technicians are very knowledgeable specially Rene. Im very happy with the customer service I experienced. I will definitely bring my car back to Caliber. Lets pray not anytime soon. Im a very satisfied customer. Thank you again. Would definitely choose a different shop. Refused to fix their mistakes. Also lied about fixing the tire when they couldn’t even get it off and still blamed us. Also very dirty. Rats running and roaches inside. Never going back

First time I used Caliber on my mustang, they did a terrible job and I had to take it to another company. Second time I used them, they did a nice job. Politics got in the way the first time as they were taking over from Car Star. But the attitude of the foreman the first time, was terrible. Not this time.

Took my car in to caliber to get my front bumper replaced after a fender bender. I was greeted by the lovely staff everyone at caliber was welcoming and helpful, their customer service was by far a 10/10. The whole process was smooth and easy I received my vehicle looking like new and in the time frame they stated it would be done. I highly recommend caliber collision in Palmdale, CA

They let me know every step of the way from when I went in to the end when I picked up my car what phase they were in and gave me a date when it would be done. If I could put zero stars I would. Customer service was bad they refused to fix my car after they were the root of the issue. My car never had problems till they touched it and now they refuse to fix it plus they had roaches. One crawled over my paperwork as I was filling it out.

Geico recommended that we use this shop after a bear attacked the entire engine and I’m very disappointed with their work. After having my car for a month (geico paid for our rental car) they said it was ready and after we got home it wouldn’t start again. They towed it back to the shop and said they would take care of a rental for us. Two weeks later the car was fixed (new battery and the computer fixed) then the rental fee showed up on our card for $400. Now they refused to pay it and won’t even return my calls. If they had fixed it right the first time geico would have covered the cost of the rental. If they had even test drove it they would have noticed the computer wasn’t working and noticed it would not start. I definitely do not recommend this shop to get your car fixed.

Great experience with the team over on 6th St caliber.Started with the office lady Erica, great customer service, my estimator was hugo and he was great kept me informed throughout the process, even though there were back order parts they attempted to look for them all over california. When I picked the vehicle up, the GM Brian went over the car with me and explained the repairs even more. Will be going back if I ever need to.

Service was great starting with the front desk Ericas amazing from helping out with paper work and offering water, coffie and even popcorn felt very welcoming doing business.
