So I waited to post this review as I dont like giving emotional reviews so I waited and even gave the owner time to correct my unpleasant experience. I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro that I needed the screen replaced on. The screen had died so no cracks or physical damage to the phone. I tried using my BestBuy protection plan but the device they sent didnt have the finger scan working properly. I returned that and took a chance on getting my phone repaired very fast with this company. It was repaired fast the first time, but I noticed a black dot on the screen indicating it is a dead screen. I had returned immediately within minutes of noticing and began with getting a replacement. I was unable to return within the few days it took them to get another screen. It was a small dot and the phone worked so I wasnt in a rush. I love a busy life and it slipped my mind a few times to head back and drop my phone off. I take it back, within their 30 day warranty window in the exact same condition I received it. The owner tries to tell me in not within the warranty window which I very was. He spent 5 mins trying to deny it and get a raise out of me with my reaction to that. He finally accepted I was right and began ordering another screen. I take my phone back when he calls and tells me they have my screen. It took well over 6 hours.... I come back and he already has an attitude towards me because...the screen he just replaced it with is also dying and he tries to make it seem like IM THE PROBLEM. I ask to have it replaced again and he says no and refuses to honor the warranty system. So Im out 300 and now my front camera doesnt even work nor does my finger scanner and now my screen just constantly flashes in the dead spot area. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS PLACE. Keep the 300. Writing this review is worth no refund. And I only write reviews with very bad experiences.... Oh and also Id be more upset if I master reset my phone and didnt have an old back up phone. They told me to master reset it for the fingerprint scanner issue.

The guy working on Sunday is Rude. I was able to get in right away and my phone was repaired in under an hour. The gentleman was friendly and polite. I was happy with the service. However over the next two months my screen was slightly glitchy but not that bad. I would just shut the screen off and turn it back on. Now I am just outside the 90 day warranty and I dropped my phone from maybe two feet up - with a screen protector and phone case on - and the screen is multicolored and has a black strip on the side like when your tv goes out. So now I have to get it replaced again.

Amazing job. Verizon was telling me that it would cost me around $250-300 to replace the phone, so I stopped by Cali Phone Repair. The phone (which is an iPhone 6) was repaired in 30 minutes, and furthermore the owner was very engaging in conversation. Absolutely would recommend, and will be visiting again when my phone inevitably needs repair again.

DO NOT GO HERE :( I took my iPhone 8plus in here to get fixed and the completely messed up my phone I wanted the back and the front replaced because I had cracked it in the gym the said it was an easy fix I went back like 4 hrs later because they never called me about my phone turns out the man said it could even turn on. I needed my phone for college homework because I couldn’t log in without my phone and the guy messed up my chips in the back then proceeded to blame me when my phone before worked perfectly fine. After they fixed it after about a week it worked then I took it back because my home button would make clicking sounds and he fixed that so I thought the problem was over. Sadly after I had left later that night I discover my phone was flirting out and the screen occasionally turned different colors im assuming they messed something else up so I said nothing because it kinda works don’t go here unless you want to be phone less or have your phone messed up even more. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD 😡😤

I had the same problem as previous reviewer; a hairline crack under the screen that appeared AFTER they ‘fixed’ my phone. I thought it would not cause long-term issues, so I ignored it. Now, after dropping it once, the internal touch screen won’t work at all. The glass they repaired it with also made my phone screen have a bluish tint. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, not cheap and they are using low quality materials and installation processes.

Took my galaxy s 9+ there and they replaced the shattered screen, but with a faulty replacement so I had to take it back, then after they fixed that, I didnt even get out of the mall before realizing the speaker for my phone calls didnt work so I had to take it back. I appreciate the service, but if you cant do it right the first time, dont sell you service as specializing in anything you have to fix more than once or twice, let alone 3 times.

Never going back to this place also advise anyone to not go to this place either. I dropped off my sons iPhone to repair the cracked screen, and when I returned they put a white screen on it when it was black before. He said they ran out of black screens. So instead of calling and giving me the option he put the white screen on it and said I will have to come back for the black one. Immediately my son having problems with it. The home screen button wouldnt work, the screen that was just repaired started lifting off. So I took it somewhere else, and they said this place had ripped a connection piece when doing to the screen repair which is why the home screen didnt work. Which is also why they didnt give me the option to keep the cracked screen and take somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I bought a screen from ebay (China) for my S9 and started to look at how to videos on You Tube. This phone is glued together more then screwed. Step 1 is get a heat gun and...I think Ill have it done. Years ago I did a Note (1st gen) and it used to be much easier. I think theres more adhesive due to waterproof now. So whats the alternative? Cali Phone Repair. 40 minutes and boom bam done! Walk around the mall and you have a new screen installed. $175 is cheaper then most. Recommended.
