I wish I would have found Christian and Cali Koi sooner!! This place is awesome and so is Christian. I have been struggling with a sick fish for weeks and have been searching and reaching out to various different people to try and come up with a plan on how to treat my fish. I finally came across Cali Koi and gave Christian a call. He was so knowledgeable and was able to help me come up with a plan to get my fish the treatment that he needs to hopefully make a full recovery. Not only did he know what to do but he also was able to supply me with the proper products at a great price. His help was priceless and I am so glad I have a place I can go to get what I need to maintain my koi pond and sweet fishys!! Thank you Christian!

We found Cali Koi while searching online for Japanese koi. Christian spent a great amount of time explaining the different types of koi and the intricacies of each variety. His expertise really helped us better understand the different types of fish. His technical knowledge of water conditions and environment are extremely helpful too. All of his fish are premium quality imported from Japan. Both Christians passion and expertise makes doing business with him so much more than a transaction.

Cali Koi is a great place to shop for quality Koi. The prices are very reasonable from good quality fish breeders in Japan. The feed they sell is also top quality. Ive been feeding my Koi for over a year and my fish havent developed any disease and have more than doubled in size. If you are into Koi or just starting out get quality fish. You may pay more but in the long run you wont lose. I cant say enough about Cali Koi. Its best to call ahead and make an appointment. Check it out youll be impressed.

Christian was extremely helpful and very much educated in this profession. Gave me the whole run down and much more than what I expected. He hand picks most of his imported fish from Japan, and brings them back himself, which is something I admire. You can tell that this is something he loves to do. Great service and gorgeous Koi, which I may add are TOP QUALITY! Ended up leaving with 10!

Christian was so wonderful helping us. He has a great selection and high quality koi. I took my time choosing the ones I wanted, and he was very patient with me. I’m so happy with the koi I have chosen. We’ve been visiting many koi farm/stores the past month, and walked out of them empty handed. Today, I am walking away with my new babies to add to my pond and I’m so excited to watch them flourish! They’re beautiful and well priced. Thank you, Christian!

First time going to Cali Koi was a few weeks ago and I have already been back again. The quality of fish that Cali Koi has are top notch, the colors and variety are amazing. I will go not go anywhere else for Koi, Christian the owner is also very nice and patient, he spends the time to info you of the differences of the fish.

This place is the best fish store I have ever been to in over a decade of being in the hobby. the owner Christian is extremely knowledgable and loves what he does. He took so much time to explain to us the differences between all the types of koi he carries and gave us suggestions on how to set up our pond. His pricing is actually extremely reasonable and there is no compromise when it comes to the quality of his fish: Ive never seen such nice looking koi in my life. All in all great place, great owner, I highly recommend it and feel fortunate to live so close to such a gem of a store.

The most beautiful, colorful, healthy, and best selection of Japanese koi you can find anywhere in Southern California for very reasonable prices. Christain’s passion and knowledge about these magnificent fish is unparalleled. He visits Japan often to meet with breeders and can rattle off in Japanese the names of the numerous types. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who loves what he does as much as Christian at Cali Koi.Over the past couple of years I’ve purchased several of his koi for my 9’X13’ water garden pond and each one is thriving. The koi food he also sells is top notch!

Cali Koi not only built both ponds but has also supplied me with the most beautiful, high quality and extremely healthy Japanese koi for many years. They are my go to for anything pond related. I had a problem with my pond. And many of my koi fishes were dying. I went to his store for help and he was willing to help me. He gave me some medication for my fishes and he also gave tips for the future and how to diagnose problems. He also gave tips on how to care for them to prevent future deaths. He also gave me medication for the fishes and he told me I could pay him later for the medication and for now just care for the fishes as they are dying. Overall he is a great person and offers great assistance.

You get the best Koi for the best price The owners experience is value add. If you love high quality koi then Cali Koi is the place for you. One warnings once you go to Cali Koi you will not be able to purchase from your local koi spot again. Cali Koi is just that good.

I love the wide selection of rare exotic fish. This is my go to because I can find fish outside of the Gosanke class that everybody else seems to carry in bulk. Its refreshing to find a place that carries a wide selection of different variety of fish to balance out pond color palette.

If koi are your passion, this is the place to go. Christian shares so much knowledge on koi, water and filtration. Koi food and medicines and water treatments, the list just goes on and on. I told my wife Id be back in an hour, but that didnt happen, viewing the beautiful koi on display, discussing my pond and how I could improve water quality just took longer🙃 Cant wait for my next visit, do your self a favor and visit soon, you wont regret it!

This place is the best! We had a sick fish that was floating upside down for a week or two but was still swimming around. He provided us with a water treatment that fixed little Lebowski right up! Can not recommend this place enough.
