This past year I had to visit 3 different mechanics and after coming to Cali Complete Autocare I think Ive found my mechanic for life. The quality of work that Conner and everyone does here is amazing and I trust them so much with my car. The outlet for my cars charger was not working, I thought it was a fuse but couldnt figure out which one. I brought my car to Cali Complete and they found the fuse, replaced it, and when I asked how much for the fuse they said not to worry about it! They were very kind and quick! HUGE thanks to Conner and the entire shop for being who they are. I’ve been battling a mysterious annoying squeak that I thought was my suspension in my 2021 2SS 1LE Camaro. I had previously been to a couple shops closer to home that couldn’t figure it out.Talked to Conner on the phone and he was so nice and welcoming to me. We set an appointment and I went to their new shop! Upon my arrival Conner was ready for me and we went on a test drive. Within about 2-3 min he had figured out it was my exhaust and it had nothing at all to do with my suspension. Completely changed everything for me.My piece of advice is good people are hard to find these days and Conner and team are as good as it gets! I went in because of a misfire on my engine. The guy told me it was gonna cost 580 to get my spark plugs replaced and my coils changed I asked him to only change the coils one side of the engine that would be harder for me to get to he ended up not doing any of the work and only replaced 3 coils on the easy side of the engine. He finished the job in 3 hours for the work that he did only took him 10 mins. Complete scam.

My RAM 2500 Power Wagon had a coolant leak and needed a new radiator. The dealership Shaver CDJR in Westlake wanted $1500+ in parts and labor. That seemed crazy so I started looking around for highly rated independent auto shops. These guys got my truck in the next day, also using MOPAR factory parts, and did it all for almost half what the dealership wanted to charge me. Im definitely taking my RAM here for any future work. I took my Audi A4 to Connor for new brakes. Upon his inspection, Connor found the upper control arms were worn and needed replacing. He changed all four brake pads, the front rotors and the control arms. He also had the rear rotors resurfaced and did not charge me for this. Quality work at a reasonable price. Great service and very affordable. O had my Vw worked on . Brakes and engine tune up was done, I had a check engine light . Most places wanted arm and leg and werent confident or at least thats what I felt like. Conner was friendly and took my car in with in 2 hour he called and had diagnosed the issue . The price was very reasonable for amount work they did. They had spark plugs and brakes replaced . They had the filter replaced and injectors were cleaned . Transmission was flushed . When I called back this morning to confirm my appointment and get the address, Conner recognized my voice and remembered my name instantly! Upon arriving, the whole staff was friendly and professional. Conner had gone out of his way to flush my engine for no extra cost, and offered to diagnose my check engine light. Millions thanks to Conner and his Team to resolve my Cars problem. With a an annoying and noisy sounds that were diagnosed from few shops to replace the time chain on my Toyota Matrix which would cost more than a grand to fix it.Stopped by and talked to him; he was so nice and welcoming to me and Went and checked, and told me thats ONLY water pump issue.We set an appointment next day and got that issue fixed.Good thing about this Shop; youll get a choice to pick whether you would pay bit more money to get the original part rather than taking the after market one.Beside youll get a FREE detail explanation from A to Z and honest recommendation from him; which why I love him so much!!!! Their new address is 19248 Roscoe blvd. Not on Ventura anymore! I was looking one day for a place to get an oil change one day and found this place when looking around and I’m grateful to find this shop as the guys who run the shop actually genuinely care about your car and your wallet too as I’ve came the past 4 times and had no issues with the workers or my car! They also have great prices compared to other mechanics in the area! I’m thankful to have mechanics I can trust and feel comfortable with talking and fixing my car! I took my car to this place and if I remember the owners name correctly, Conner fixed my car with a reasonable price, he diagnosed my car, Id taken my car to more places before he looked at it and had heard different stories about the engines issue, He was the only one who looked at it for an hour and then called me and made me sure that my cars spark plug tube seal had leak and that was the reason that I had oil in exhaust, every other places told me that my cars engine needs to be out and most probably the engine or turbo need repair with cost of 20 times more than what he charged me.Thanks conner for your service, you are highly recommended.

When the Tesla service center told me I needed to replace my brakes at half the normal mileage, I took it to Connor for a second opinion. Boy, am I sure glad I did! He not only assured me I didnt need new brakes, he also found a grease leak that Tesla missed. I ended up getting my front axle replaced under warranty thanks to Conor. More impressive, he continued to follow up and wanted to ensure the problem got fixed, even when it was not going to mean more business for him... short term anyways. Conner was amazing! I was in town for a day and had to drive to Boise when check engine light went on 😩. I drive a 2021 Ford Transit 250, and called to a few closest dealerships in the area, and they said that they could help me only in a few days even though it was an emergency. I had to get out of town and head North ASAP. I gave a call to Conner. He recommended me to check with ORiley in order to find out the code, and then come to his shop. Thats what I did. He was super friendly and honest. He told me that the problem could be very simple.The error I was getting said that theres something wrong with the fuel system. Apparently, my engine filter hasnt been changed for 45,000 miles, and that what caused the issue. I had the part ready and was planning to replace it by the end of the week. Conner took care of me right away for a very reasonable price.If Im in town again and will need a fix for my van, Ill definitely come to his shop!

Just woww! He isnt a salesperson he cares so much about his job and cars that he doesnt even care about his pricings! All he wants is to fix your broken car. Conner is so passionate about cars that his only focus is to fix the broken parts of your car whether its the tires or something about the engine. I came here because of the good reviews, but was not able to get help from Conner. I told him that my car did not start THREE times before coming to see him. And that I had replaced its battery just two weeks ago. When he did not find the issue with my car, he said it could be the starter but he did not want to look inside my car bc it would take 2-3 hours to take it apart and inspect it. And that Hondas starters just sometimes stop working. And because the car started when HE tried it, he said I should just continue using it until it completely dies. IF I ALREADY TOLD YOU IT HAS NOT BEEN STARTING BELIEVE ME AND JUST HELP ME FIX IT. When I came to pick up my car (without repairs) he confirmed it was my starter but somehow neglected to call me and tell me that before I arrived. I’m taking my business elsewhere because this place does not seem to know how to talk to or listen to a customer in need of help.

2009 Honda starter replaced 03/04/2020 The part used Failed in less than one week. They insisted I tow my vehicle 15 miles back to their station instead of simply refund me for the failed part. I left my car over night and was missing multiple personal items the next day. In the middle of covid pandemic I would not trust these folk!
