My old pet had clicking in his joints. .my first time using the Chiropractor at the clinic. Dr. Carson...He was so loving and explained everything while he adjusted Biscuit. He would stop, pet him and give him a treat enough times that he relaxed. My dog can snip so we put the barrier on.

Thank you for your kindness, knowledge, and just over all ease. I feel like most veterinarians are very good at fear mongering. Not here, here you get real simple solutions that make sense!! With time I hope to reduce/eliminate all the different medications my boy is on. Dr. Watrobski gave me hope that we will be able to do that one day, of course that is contingent on his progress. But I’m confident that following her advice we will get there. This whole holistic experience is a truly awesome approach.

Lucky has been going to the clinic since we moved to the valley. The quality of service is outstanding and the way they explain everything to you is amazing. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Lucky’s. During his dental procedure they kept me informed about the progress of the procedure. Kristen took excellent care of Lucky. Very pleased and grateful.

I unfortunately had to help my 17 1/2 year old westie baby cross over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Watrobski came to our home and provided the most peaceful exit for my baby. I couldn’t have imagined letting her go with anyone else. She was simply amazing, calming, considerate, and so loving. My 8 year old daughter was with us during her passing and Dr. Watrobski was so informative on the process and what to expect. Thank you for helping me with one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life, Dr. Watrobski. You are a special person and we are lucky to have you!

What a fantastic experience. We have been to 2 different Vets prior to coming to Calabasas Animal Clinic, and this is a very different experience. First, they block off almost entire hour and dedicate that time to you and your pet. We have been dealing with a difficult problem with our dog, and Dr. Niko Alzate and Kristin- Vet Tech Spent so much time with us discussing all the alternatives. They showed a genuine carrying and excellent knowledge. This is the way every Vet should be. They are definitely our new Vet moving forward and set both my wifes and my mind at ease. Thank you!

I want to express how thankful I am to everyone at Calabasas Animal Clinic. The front desk team is always friendly and helpful. The vet techs are capable and caring with a special shout out to Cameron (front desk and vet tech) and Yvonne (treadmill, therapist), who have always been so kind and positive. And of course, Dr. Kelly Watrobski. As busy as she is, she has always taken the time to talk with me about our pup’s condition. Her approach to treatment is ‘several pronged’ so benefits and relief may be felt sooner. The clinic uses varying holistic therapies as well; acupuncture, chiropractic, treadmill, and laser.Our 15 year old sweet lady had been mobility challenged for quite some time. She is now much more comfortable, happy, going on walks again, and feeling like her young pup self. It is because of Dr. Watrobski and her team that Miss Pippa has her quality of life back!

Dr. Watrobski is the most caring, knowledgeable, and patient vet we have ever been to. We just got a puppy, Ruby, and we were never felt rushed as we did have alot of questions. I am so thankful that we have someone to get holistic advise from. We love Dr. W!!!

6/18/2024 I’m writing a second review hoping this is seen by one of the owners to express how your front desk staff has drastically affected my original review of this business. I have been loyal to this office for about 6 years because every vet I have seen has been kind, supportive, and efficient with all of my pets. They are ALL amazing and are why I drive from North Hollywood to this location. The front desk however, isn’t as consistent and after driving home in tears I felt I needed to address this since there’s no email to contact a vet directly. Today was the first time I have ever been late to an appointment, I was stuck in traffic I could not control which made me 20min late to my appointment. Considering I wait a minimum of 15-20min when I get there on time, I didn’t expect to not only be turned away, but met with an attitude and dirty look by the front desk girl. I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and trying my best to get there on time, but when I walked in I was treated like I was deliberately disrespecting the vets time. I understand they are on a schedule- I understand that the time that was set aside for me couldn’t be fulfilled, but the attitude, lack of options like a reschedule or referral wasn’t offered but instead told to just leave rudely was honestly so upsetting I will consider going somewhere else because I immediately felt undervalued and treated like a problematic client. I cried the whole way home not because I couldn’t be seen but because of how I was treated. It’s bad enough I was bringing in my senior dog that I was seeking quality of life care for because he’s barely hanging on at 17 years old, so to be met with no compassion or options was beyond disappointing. She told me “you can take him to urgent care if he needs to be seen that bad.” Your front desk staff is the first impression and representation of your entire business, I would be so upset as a business owner to know a loyal, easy client was treated that way and upset enough to consider taking their business else where.( This was the first review I made in 2019, sad that today was quite a different experience) Amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly and I feel like they are so genuine with their connection to me and my pets. I have had nothing but the best experience from this clinic, I’m so grateful I’ve found them.

Wow! I could not be more thrilled and delighted with this place!! Amazing, helpful and friendly staff, and they offer the full range of holistic treatments at incredibly reasonable prices! Dr. W. seems thoroughly well versed in both traditional and more “alternative” medicine (e.g., acupuncture) and the fact that she’s so skilled at both is impressive and absolutely integral to how she is able to provide such great treatment for her patients. She’s also so incredibly warm and kind! And the techs and front office staff are super caring and amazing as well!

Update, 12-29-23: still coming and still love this place. Chloe now comes every 11 weeks!! Was given some holistic approaches to build up immune system and other remedies for Chargers heart murmur. Go Dr. Kelly W!!!.Update, 9-7-2022. Great improvement Chloe comes every 6 weeks now.Update, 2-15-2022. We are still going and seeing great improvements. Everyone is professional yet personable. Very caring about how Chloe is feeling. She loves her frozen baby food during accupuncture. Great idea to keep her focus away from the needles.This place is fabulous. Everyone is super nice, professional, knowledgable and cares about your fur babies. The water treadmill and acupuncture has been a game changer for Chloes slipped disc. Its a great feeling to get her off most of her meds and do treatments that will allow her to heal...not just cover up the problem and pain. Highly recommend. Last picture is Chloe sleeping on the ride home. Successful therapy.
