Super bad experience, the lady was nice but the man was so rude. He got mad at me because I didn’t know how to do my own fingerprints when it’s his job to PHYSICALLY do them for me. He said it wasn’t hard and that he had been doing it for 20 years but making zero efforts to make it a quick and easy experience. I’ve been to other places before and this one has been the worst.

I came in for a live scan and was out in no time. Jonathan helped me and was friendly to chat with. Come by for notary ot live scan - fair pricing.

I had my fingerprints taken elsewhere and they were rejected. Cal Live Scan not only did a better job with the fingerprints, but also made sure we used the right form, avoiding a huge headache and a delay in starting work. Highly recommend going here first!

My partner required the services this business provides in order to fulfill application requirements for a foreign passport. The individual at the front desk could not have been less helpful. He appeared to be making up pricing for services on the fly and not in accordance with what had been quoted mere hours prior by phone. He attempted to charge us $3 to hand back over our own documents. We cant comment on whether the rest of the team is as hilariously awful at customer service as this guy was, but needless to say, we hope you dont have to deal with him! We recommend that you seek alternative providers of this commodity service so as to decrease the likelihood of having your time wasted.

The only good part is this was a very quick process (because no one else was there).The two people working were SO rude and frustrated the entire time for some reason. They spoke to me and made me feel very dumb for no reason. When I was being fingerprinted the man helping me practically yelled at me when I didn’t understand his directions. I left and said thank you and they both ignored me completely.

Getting in and getting things done was quick and easy. My would be employer paid ahead of time, so all I have to do is take them the paperwork. The staff there were very courteous and kind.

Super small kind of office within an office building which just has a few chairs and machine without much else.They get the job done fast and are prompt and easy to interact with. In addition I was running late and they stayed open a bit longer to help accommodate me and were very nice about the whole thing!To note its a bit expensive but thats because of the government fees - nothing they can do about that

***COME HERE for your background check and finger printing needs. Was about to go to another girl who does live scan at her home, she was about to charge me $80 for the session and $30 to hold my spot. At cal live scan I paid $50 for an amazingly efficient and safe process. I’m not the type of person to write reviews, but this place really wowed me with affordability and efficiency!

I was a nightmare of a fingerprinting client - I got there five minutes before closing because of my work, and what should have been a pretty quick and simple process was excruciating because my fingers are crippled by rheumatoid arthritis. The people who run this company were patient, accommodating, and professional, offering solutions and workarounds. I highly highly recommend them.
