We rented a water slide combo and it was great! The kids loved it! The company is very responsive to questions, provided accurate windows of time for drop off and pick up, explained how the slide worked and even made sure it was clean before use. We had several people passing by that asked for the company name and number because the water slide combo was so awesome! I would highly recommend anyone to rent from this company!

Customer Service and delivery and pick-up experience was excellent from start to finish. Friendly and courteous. All those I interacted with answered all my questions. The crew that came onsite were super kind to my kids as the kids wanted to observe them the whole time and asked so many questions and the staff were so patient with them.

I ordered a jumper from them for my daughters birthday party, they were awesome! Drop off was between 10-11am they were there at 9:45am. Pickup was a little later than we would have liked but it was fine! I know they have schedule restrictions. Pickup was between 8-9pm they showed up around 7:40pm. I’ll definitely be using them again. Customer service was awesome and they vacuumed and disinfected the bounce house when setting up

Everything about my experience with CamJump was great. Communication was awesome. They were able to answer all of my questions and were understanding when I had to postpone my event (twice) because of the unexpected rain. The delivery & pick up were on time. When Julian came to set up, he did a great job. He made sure the bounce house was secure and clean. Lastly, the monster truck jumper was amazing, the kids had a wonderful time. Thank you CalJump!

Wonderful rental experience - - website is very user friendly and made choosing a bounce house and getting a quote very easy. The bounce house was delivered on time with great communication from two *very* friendly and helpful employees, and then we had equally efficient and good communication around the pick up time. The bounce house was in impeccable condition and the kids had a blast (large combo w/obstacle course and slide). Couldnt recommend the experience more highly!

The bouncing house was a great addition to my daughters 3 year old celebration. All the kids were extremely happy. The banner was very nicely made to compliment or Barbie birthday theme. In addition, I would like to note the exceptional service over the phone and on the day of the event with the technicians who were installing and uninstalling the house. Everything was super quick, technician who was inflating the house arrived even earlier than the time scheduled. Really great service from the whole team! I highly recommend this business.

The person that delivered the bouncer was very communicative and professional, as was the person who picked it up. I stumbled across this place on Yelp and they had a $10 off special for new customers. I ended up reaching out and they had availability for the day and hours that I need the bounce house for. All of the conversation were handled through text which was great. They even text me the day before letting me know when I should expect the delivery of the bounce house and when they are going to pick it up. On the day of the delivery, they delivered it 30 minutes before expected time which was great. I was worried that the bounce house and the equipment that is used would be noisy since I live in an apartment complex and worried about my neighbors making complaints but it was quiet. The delivery persons were great, friendly and efficient. They knew where to place the bounce house. It really worked out especially since this was my first time ordering a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday party. If I have another party or if any of my friends are looking to rent out a bounce house I will definitely reconsider this place. 5 stars from start to finish!

Very happy with my purchase. I decided to rent a bounce house for my sons 5th birthday and i am very happy with this companys delivery process. They communicate very well. I received a text the day before letting me know what time they would be dropping the bouncer off. I also received a text the morning of the party letting me know the delivery guy was on his way. He was right on time. Once he arrived at my house, i was able to tell him where i wanted it set up and he got it inflated and put up exactly where i wanted it. We had rented the bouncer all day and my kids enjoyed it the whole time. The pick up was just as smooth as the delivery. I received a text from the pick up guy letting me know when he would arrive which gave me enough time to let my kids get their last momrnts of play in and out of the bouncer. The guy showed up and was able to break everything down very quickly. From ordering the bounce house to having it deivered and picked up, the whole process was very easy and stress free. Overall i highly recommend this company if you are wanting a bounce house. I will definitely be using them again in the near future!! Money well spent!!

A good friend of mine rented a jumper from Cal Jump for a small birthday gathering and recommended them to me for a birthday party I was throwing. Getting a quote and booking the jumper was made super quick and easy. Communications were via text message, I was able to pay and sign the contract with them online and they made sure to confirm the booking and send updates through text message before the event and when they were coming to pick up. The people who delivered and picked up the jumper were super friendly, professional, and quick. The jumper we booked was the Jumper Deluxe Medium 13 x 13 16 and it was clean and good quality too. We just rented a bounce house for our son’s birthday party at Kenneth Hahn Park, and Cal Jump was fantastic! They are on the approved vendor list for Kenneth Hahn, and from day one Cal Jump was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions via text, and they were even able to offer a Hot Wheels themed banner that was perfect for the party. When it came to the day of the party, I received a text message notifying me they were on their way and Ash arrived on time (even early) and set it up very quickly and efficiently. I then received a text giving me a heads up when they were on the way to pick up the bounce house. Again, the pick up went very smoothly. Ash and his coworker were very friendly and courteous. Theres really no other reason to use another bounce house company in the LA area. A few key highlights from our recent experience:- A wide selection of incredible bouncers. The one we ended up with served our neighborhood perfectly - allowing everyone from my 18 month old to the teenagers down the block to have a great time.- Competitive pricing. Having rented other bouncers in the past, I know Cal Jumps pricing is great.- Exceptional service. Every step of the process in getting the bouncer, from ordering to delivery to pickup, was marked by exceptional service. Kevin (owner) called to discuss bouncer options for our setup. He was able to take measurements of our front yard via Google Earth to recommend the perfect bouncer for our property. The follow up contract and payment was done digitally and very simple. Lastly, the young men who delivered our bouncer were hard working, efficient, and really pleasant to talk to. They even offered to clean up a random ice cream spill in my front yard that had nothing to do with their work!- Community investment. Cal Jump hires a local work force, and also invests in foster care programs throughout the County. This means a lot to us.Bottom line, youve found the company for all your bouncer needs.

They were timely and helpful explaining the types of jumpers that were available and best for what I was thinking for the party. I was able to reserve early and they did all the rest. The set up was easy and friendly. They give a time slot and was on time for both drop off and delivery. The two guys who did the work were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Set up and take down was quick, the jumpers were clean and the only complaint is I wasnt able to get in the jumper for myself. Darn kids. lol The only major issue is they do not rent tables and chairs so I had to find another source to rent which worked out well. Please add tables and chairs to your services :-)

They were great at providing information when I was trying to choose a bouncer and suggested an awesome alternative when the one I wanted wasn’t available. The crew delivered the unit on time, cleaned out any debris from the inside, and later returned at the scheduled time to pick it back up. With a wide variety of bounce houses they were able to offer one that fit the size space we had available, and with a wide variety of bounce house banners they were even able to match the theme we already chose for his b-day. What was especially comforting though was the cleanliness of the bouncer. It showed up extremely clean, but they still took the extra time to give the inside a complete wipe down before we used it to ensure we could feel safe and secure with our childrens health. I’ve done lots of different jump house companies with-in and close to Long Beach. I have to say Cal Jump was one of the best, if not the best when it comes to customer service and cleanliness. I have to admit it’s a little bit pricey but what you get is far more then what I’ve seen with other companies. The jumper looks brand spanking NEW. You see the pride and care with there products, it was cleaned and sanitized on drop off and also pick up. You pretty much spend the extra 10-20 bucks you would have saved on a like-new jumper from a self owned company that takes pride in their work and delivery on a good quality product .
