CAL IT, exceptional tech company! They swooped in, efficiently tackled our tech issues and immediately revamped our entire business immediately. Nicks on-site presence is a game-changer. Joe Kemp, co-owner and tech genius, played a crucial role. Couldnt have achieved this without them. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend!

CAL IT is truly the best! My employer uses them for all of our IT needs and they really are awesome. Theyve been our tech team since 2021 and theyve never let us down with everything weve thrown at them. Having moved office locations multiple times, CAL IT has always made the transitions smooth and effortless in getting us up and running fast. They manage our computer network, phone network, printer network and then some, and are literally an instant email or phone call away from tech help. Theyre super fast in response! (We call them weekly. We know). The entire team at CAL IT are super nice, easy going and professional and just a great group of talented, dedicated and friendly peeps.

I just started at my new job and Im barely getting settled in. I emailed CAL IT Group for my new printer set up and Within minutes I received an email with my ticket number. Almost immediately after I received an email from Jacob Smith (tech) who was professional and quick to resolve my problem. After a quick email exchange not only did, he hook up the printer, but he also did a couple of test prints and made sure I was satisfied with my settings. Awesome customer service coming from CAL IT Group!

Great IT Group. My employer uses CAL IT Group for all their IT services, their service has been excellent, they are always quick to respond and will promptly assist with any IT issue we have, they are extremely knowledgeable and will proactively follow up to ensure your issue is fully resolved. Their service is truly 24hours; It does not matter what time of the day I call, midnight or early in the morning their response is always immediate. It has been truly refreshing working with CAL IT and I highly recommend them for all your IT needs.

Partnering with Cal IT Group was the first and single most important decision we took! With Cal IT Group we found a true collaborator to help us transform our ideas into a reliable solution, not just a software application. User experience was always given the highest priority. There were challenges, bugs, roadblocks, and occasional headaches. However, Cal IT Group, and the team were always available, and just a phone call away, which was very reassuring. Very responsive, when you call for assistance someone is ready and able to assist with the current issue on hand. Helping over the phone and they remote to your computer to resolve the issue. They recently advised a few server recommendations to purchase, and then ordered the new server, installed and migrated the old server to the new server with plenty of resources for the company to grow into in the future. The server switch over from old to new was very smooth and fast. They also work well with other vendors, assisting them within the computer environment while the vendor sets up their software or allowing them access to our systems. Great team to work with!

This whole team is absolutely AMAZING! They are responsive and usually reply within minutes of sending an email. Jacob, Liam & Nick are fantastic and are our go to guys for any computer problems. I highly recommend using them for any technical needs :)
