One of the smoothest transactions ever. Very professional and ethical. Super transparent. The A/C needed recharged and they had it done while we were getting the cashiers check. I think the entire process took about 2 hours from hello to goodbye! Their inventory looks stocked with very nice and clean cars. We bought a 2012 Escalade and it is super clean and drives great and the price was excellent.UPDATE: It is hard to review when the vehicle is fresh from a used lot. It has been over 6 months and 13k miles since we bought this Escalade. Other than a bad AC condenser, it has been PERFECT. Just got back from a trip to Denver and averaged about 19 MPG. Runs like a top! And we still get tons of compliments for it. No one can believe it has 138k miles on the odometer!

BUYER BEWARE- my 21 year old bought a car here about 3 and a half weeks ago. She paid cash and within a week it was giving her problems. My husband went back to tell them that the car has major issues. They basically said it was “as is” but referred us to one or “their” mechanics. The mechanic said, “yeah they got you…they sold you a good looking car with a failing transmission”. I thought we did our due diligence, the Carfax was good, and we had a mechanic come look at the car (of course general stuff leaks, overheating, more visual issues). But unless they let you take the car for two hours for a deep diagnostic, do not buy a car from this place.It’s infuriating that they are willing to take over 13k from a 21-year-old with no remorse. They’ll do the same to you. Now my daughter has a “new” car she can’t drive. I called around about the extended warranty and was told that they wouldn’t have even covered it because the problem started happening with fewer than 30 days and 1000 miles on the car. She can’t even drive it 1000 miles. They are deeming it a pre-existing issue that they would not cover.Again…take your money and business elsewhere!!!!! I really thought they were good people I feel so naive. This purchase has left our family, frustrated and regretful. It’s sad when you want to buy in your local community only to get screwed over.

If you don’t want to get completely scammed, LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!I think they deleted my previous review but this place is HORRIBLE from the cars to the customer service to the mechanic. These 5 star reviews are either fake or written before they get their actual car. I bought one from them and I had to take it to the mechanic 3 times in the 1st month. Do your research before purchasing a car especially from dealerships like these. It’ll save you lots of time, money, and stress.

They have an F with the better BBB for a reason. They would not allow me to take the vehicle I was interested in to my mechanic (despite multiple signs they have hung in their office informing the consumer that they can take cars to be inspected), but they said I could bring my mechanic to the lot. When I paid a mechanic to come inspect the vehicle they refused to allow him to test drive it. This was definitely a shady decision that told me all I needed to know about the vehicle and this business. Allen who originally showed me my car was very friendly, but overall I am very disappointed with the service.Just noticed one of the 5 star reviews they have on here is from someone actually named Bogus. Just wow.

Scammers. You cant even test-drive a car without completing the credit application (expect a dozen hard inquiries after you complete it). The website doesnt show the actual inventory. I bought a used 2017 Cadillac CTS. Runs fine. Im a big boy when I sign a contract for something used and it breaks down the next day, thats life. I cant hold the small dealership liable for that. I will have to say that I met the owner and hes all business. He has a young man working for him name Alan, very Polite. Respectful of his elders. Thats rare find today when it comes to our younger generation. When you visit this dealership ask for Alan hes a nice lad an asset to this company.

Just be careful when you purchase a car there cuz I have purchase a vehicle two months ago and theres like problems that Im finding on the vehicle one the tires were already worn and I dont know if they changed. Them two something I had to do with transmission but luckily when I end up financing the vehicle I got an instant warranty on it . So they took care of it so just be careful when you buy the vehicle and make sure that its something that you dont have to be having headaches. Or taking it back and forth and look at the miles too because when I bought it it was less and when I got it was it had more. And before I forget also when I got the vehicle I did not have the manual book that tells you how to operate the vehicle like the radio and everything else so you have to buy it like through Amazon. And there are just a little rude thats about it other than that though. Thats all I can say

I was looking forward to our scheduled appointment to see a vehicle. Moe was great over text and email. When we arrived we were not welcomed and it took a very long time to help us find our vehicle, they were full staff and had only one other customer there. We sat for twenty minutes before they even had our vehicle ready. They knew we were coming for four days and I confirmed it the morning of, an hour before arriving, and they still didn’t have gas in the car and it was sandwiched/packed in so it took them a long time to let us test drive it. After the test drive we were discussing pricing and after I told him, “This is our budget and just consider it” he proceeded to laugh and said, I quote, “ I will not even consider that” and became aggressive very quickly. I told him some of my concerns about the vehicle, because I am a mechanic and have worked on this car before, but he blatantly lied to us. And after becoming very aggressive he told me and my wife we didn’t know what we are talking about and was very rude and harsh. This is not a good business practice. There was no need to get aggressive even over an offer that you are not willing to take, they truly have no idea how to or the fundamentals of haggling or negotiation. It was sad. Please stay clear of them, there was some shady stuff going on with some of those cars. I have seen some questionable cars but this place is dishonest. I would strongly urge anyone to go elsewhere.

I just traded in my car. The exterior of the new one was notwashed (very dirty) which I should have taken as a red flag. I pulled out of the lot at closing time. I got exactly one block away and the battery died. I called the dealership because I thought I was using the fob wrong . Nope, dead battery in the car. My window wouldn’t even go back up. There I was pregnant, hungry, evening and morning plans ruined, and stranded. The car salesman advised me to call roadside assistance but I don’t have that feature with the basic insurance he signed me up for . He refused to help until the morning, leaving me to pay for a Lyft ride home. I am furious and I wonder what else is wrong with the car or if they swindled me because I am a female . I even had to pee outside while stranded because I had no access to a bathroom while I waited. I was supposed to be happy but this is a cold world . I regret working with this dealership . My new car is on the side of the street randomly parked and I’m 3k poorer for essentially no reason .Update:After all of the shenanigans, the next day, Cal Auto Net staff helped me tow the car back to the dealership. They replaced the battery and my car has been running fine, so far, all summer . The staff also offered to pay for my transportation fees and I appreciated the gesture. This experience felt like a loss for me but I’m starting to get comfortable with my car . I guess 3 stars because I’m just still on the fence whether or not I deserved to go through all that lol like it helped me so much but it stressed me out and embarrassed me too .

Purchased a Lexus from them two months ago. Was pressured into giving them a rating in the spot when purchasing vehicle. Radio was not working when I purchased, GPS does not work, still waiting for them to fix after calling and going back constantly. No one wants to take ownership or assist in fixing an issue. HORRENDOUS SERVICE! my fiance and I went to go test drive a 2008 Porsche Cayenne S. We called ahead, let them know what vehicle we were interested in seeing + test driving. Before asking our name or any other details they wanted to know cash or finance (a big red flag). However, we drove 50 mins in LA traffic to see the vehicle and test drive it. Upon arrival, the staff was very standoffish and rude. They wanted to agree on a sales price before going through the trouble of allowing us to test drive. We are cash buyers, this will be a 3rd vehicle. We were treated by the staff as if we couldnt afford the car and we were a waste of their time...despite pulling up to the dealership in a 2018 luxury sedan. DO NOT do business with a company like this who cannot handle the simple basics of civility, kindness and human decency. Oddly enough, later that day we purchased a 2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged....cash. Their loss, our gain. This establishment and their treatment of customers made our skin crawl!

Great company. Had a pleasure of doing long distance transaction for a CL 550 Mercedes Benz coupe and these guys were on it and so professional. Jose worked his hardest to get me the car of my dreams for a great price. Alex additionally went above and beyond to satisfy me and being from out of town you can have reservation but Alex and Jose put my skeptical to rest. These guys mean business and are always one call away, always responsive no matter how busy they are with customers in town. They face timed me proof of car sent proof of purchase agreements and everything went exactly how they first explained it. They also sent pictures of tow truck loading my car when the tow guy arrived to ship my car. Easy to do business with but be cautious of their false promises. The car was supposed to be detailed and have the flat tire changed before I picked it up. The car was filthy, still had the auction lot number paint on the windshield and interior geasey. The tire was only filled with air. The battery died the next day off the lot. Then they held my plates and never called to advise they were there and charged me an extra 125 when the total sale was to be all included in the contract.

Went in to see and test drive a $20,000 Range Rover. 2 days notice when I got there the Range Rover was buried behind 5 cars. The drivers side mirror was held on by 3 drywall screws. Yes you read it correctly. Drywall screws. SUV was in no condition to be shown for sale. 2 hours of my time that I will never get back. Dont waste your time with this place all cars on the lot were a mess. Like the Range Rover.

Double check that your car fax is up to date before buying here. also ask to do a final inspection on the car you are leasing by law. I have paper work and car fax for a car I leased off these goofs and there was problems with the car that my 5 star best in california mechanic mentioned to me about that was never shown on car fax luckily i have my HI GRADE attorney at LAW working her magic to fix all these problems with no CASH out my pocket! 👏 also I have my attorney looking over this companies business and car fax policies and regulation by LAW forced due to lack of truth and lack of professionalism on cal auto nets parthave a great day

Very awesome experience in the beginning but it so easy & fast, once I got home the Audi A6 had alot of problems I had not even had 30 days when I was already paying towtruck to haul the Audi home Ive already paid $400 for axle repair plus all 4 tires are worn out completely I have to replace all 4, it has a light fault notice on dash, the seat warmer/cooler isnt working?! Cal Auto told me it was sold as is so yup Im screwed....

A month later we had to go back (mind you we live 2 hours away) because they didn’t submit paperwork to the finance company. 4 months later we find out through DMV they never submitted paperwork for our tags as well & prior to that when tags didn’t arrive, when we’d call they’d be the rudest & make us feel completely stupid making it seem it was the DMV’s fault.Now the best part... we just had our pump go bad. $1000 the least, not only that but had a gasket & pulley go bad, now we’re in over 3K. I had been looking a larger platform vehicle to accommodate future family road travel plans. Became interested in a specific car after visiting the auto dealership website. Had been in telephonic contact with their top sales agent to administer and interface a purchase order with my funding bank. Prior, to agreeing to buy the car, however, I made an appointment to physically see the car at the Cal Auto Net lot.I drove 2 hours on Sunday in traffic to meet the top sale agent; I had expected to meet him though was not present. Spoke to another sales agent, Matthew, who was very friendly, courteous, and open to negotiate.The manner in which the car was presented was a huge disappointment and a deal breaker for me. Wheels had heavy abrasion marks, plastic chrome finish were practically falling off the wheels like spaghetti straps. The front brake calipers showed a lot of grime while the discs looked like it had an apparent rusty debris. The front lights were tinted. Previous owner club stickers were not removed from the rear passenger window.A factory fog light was missing from the front fascia.The odometer read a couple hundred miles more than shown on their web site and advertisements. The vehicle turned on very quickly with remote start. Front seat had abrasion and scars from wear in tear, though unappealing dirty.The exterior was dirty but the interior was even more unacceptable. Interior had straw covers on the carpet and the rear hatch had a lot of dirt which could be easily scooped up with a spoon. Of course, as a serious buyer, I pointed those apparent anomalies and, or defects of neglect to the consultant.A price was offered though not settled after the dealers top sales consultant directed me to buy the fog light or pay full price because the dealerships was not making any money with the negotiated offered deal.The vehicle was clean and detailed after I complained about it. But, the sales agent wanted me to pay for the fog light after offering a sales price of almost 20k with government fees. When I texted with the original sales man about the fog light. He reiterated that I needed to buy it, but dismissed me by saying that they had a new buyer, and for me to have great weekend. I imagined this overstuffed Jaba the Hut Star Wars character with a sardonic grimace, wearing a turtle neck sweater with doughnut crumbs all over the lapel laughing in amusement.No DealNever again here

Called prior to make sure they had vehicle ready for test drive and as we arrived and asked to test drive the SUV truck the sales guy said we first need to run credit. WHAT?! Given the past story the guy gave us, we spoke to Finance Manager Conor and after going back and forth he allowed the test drive after making copy of DL. We test drove truck and noticed noises, and no power on truck when pressing gas. So we spoke to Conor Finance Mgr and he was so rude when we asked about car facts and history. He behaved like if he was doing us a favor. He was concerned about how we were going to purchase vehicle. He gave NO customer service, NOT helpful at ALL, in fact VERY LAZY AND RUDE! NOT trustworthy!

Buyer beware, misleading on approvals. Make sure you check with the finance company that has pre approved your application before dealing with this company. I was told not approved on my pre approved application, on top of that the owner was a bit rude in dealing with me. I then go to another dealership with the same finance company with the same pre approved application and there were no issues with my car purchase. Im not sure how business is conducted here but customer service needs a bit of work. I am a host on Turo building a fleet of cars. Bought a 2008 Lan Rover LR3 in February. Within the week the battery died, Had to go back and was sent to the mechanic that they have contract with. They change the battery with another old one they had laying around.
