It’s not like they’re not professional. I’ve been going here for years with my family. But after this most recent interaction, I have to knock back their 5-star rating to a 1-star rating.First of all, Dante is great. He always has and probably always will be until he retires.But in my recent trip, his staff were a little rude.I didn’t have an appointment and I signed up as a “walk-in” when I arrived. I was willing to wait the many hours it takes to see me because I understood that people with appointments take priority. There were times in previous years when I would walk in as well and not have an issue.I was waiting for about an hour when I got called in to receive service.A few minutes after I sat down in the office with the staff member, the receptionist came in with the sign up sheet to inform the staff member that she had overlooked two people with appointments on the list. Once she realized her mistake, the staff member turned to me, and in a passive aggressive tone, told me: “Next year you should make an appointment so mistakes like this doesn’t happen again.”In my defense, I told her that she could take care of the people she overlooked ahead of me, and that I was willing to wait longer because I understood that I am “walk-in” client.When she collected my documents, I informed her that I created/printed a spreadsheet of my work related expenses, as I’ve done in years prior. She wasn’t open to reviewing it and told me that she couldn’t do anything with it because I was a W-2 employee. I could tell her mood just soured and i took the brunt of it.But was I really at fault for their oversight? Was I responsible to keep track of which parties on the sign in sheets were ahead of me? Which parties have been provided service? Which parties had appointments and which ones were “walk-ins?”When I came to see Dante to finalize my documents he ended up asking for my spreadsheet. His printer wasn’t working so he asked the receptionist to print my finalized documents. I could tell by her body language that she was sour with me too.I don’t know, man. It was just an awkward feeling and situation to be in. It could’ve been avoided had she just accepted my offer to let the other two overlooked people ahead me get their tax services. I understand I don’t have an appointment. I was willing to wait to avoid any trouble.

Bad service! Went to their office for my tax last year. They asked for $665 for 3 ITIN’s and 1 W2. I submitted all the requirements as early as February 7 to them. Got my husband’s ITIN by April 2 without my kids’, so almost every week I called them for any update. Until May I called IRS to follow up, and they said no ITIN application was received under my kids names. So I called Cajucom’s office again, relayed what I discovered from IRS, they put me on hold, and when the secretary came back, they finally got my kids’ passports and said will be filing for their ITIN. They just said that they usually wait for the parents’ ITIN before they process the kids’ (we got my husband’s ITIN way back April, and I gave them a screenshot). W2 was filed. So refund came. The amount we received was less then what Cajucom gave me. The letter from IRS said my dependents were not able to secure for their ITIN before the tax deadline. So all in all they charge too much, they put you on hold alot of times and they neglect their duties at the expense of their clients. I don’t know if the owner knows this because I was only able to talk to her secretaries.

I went to them 2021, they filled out person income taxes incorrect to both IRS and State. When I asked them to fix it, they made me do all the paperwork. Then when they resent paperwork they screwed up again!Beware!

Crazy busy office during tax season and just busy the rest of the year but so well worth the wait. I was referred by someone I trusted and they saved me soooo much in taxes and also did my wife and babys immigration .

The worst customer service ever! NEVER answer phone and hang up when you call, NEVER reply to emails as well! I was charged when I visited the office and then they never answer, what kind of business is that!!
