The only person I trust to work on my bike. Words cant describe how great my bike feels after leaving his shop. Lots of work has been done to this bike by cafes customs and he takes care of the bike as if it were his own. He always has great suggestions to keep your bike in tiptop shape. Cafe kept me in the loop every step of the way and even sent pictures as things were getting done and that’s much appreciated. Top notch service in my book, forever a customer, everyone should bring their bikes here from tuning to aftermarket needs or just plain maintenance.Thanks a bunch I will be back

I recently had the pleasure of working with Casey at Cafe Customs, who provided an outstanding service on my motorcycle. I entrusted him with installing a Sputhe stabilizer, fitting new wheels, rebuilding the forks, and aligning the motor. Hands down the best shop to bring your Harley Davidson. Cafe, is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and loves to ride motorcycles as much as he loves working them. Offering an array of services, parts, and great customer service, to get you the most out of your Harley Davidson.My recent visit had me in for a 5k Service, and new front / rear suspension. He was able to recommend parts that suited my riding style, and went over the pros and cons, comparing different suspension set ups. I went with Legends Mono in the Rear, and Race Tech springs with +2 dampener rods, and gold valve kit for the front. The bike rides amazing!!! It’s super comfortable over bumpy roads, and feels great leaning into corners. It’s a night and day difference.The 5k service was awesome too. Got my bike dialed in, everything runs super smooth.I highly recommend Cafe’s Customs.I’ve come here for the installation of my SPC exhaust, s&s air cleaner, stage 1 Tune, and now front and rear suspension. Casey at Cafe Customs is legit !!!I had been trying to get my bike into other shops with no luck. Lots of talk and no results. Called Casey he said come on it, rode to the shop talked to him about what I wanted left the bike and picked it up three days later!!!!Bars,pipes and some other add ons that I didn’t think about. He did a great job better than expected. Very happy with the work!!!!Casey is very knowledgeable, he rides and knows motorcycles and how to upgrade them to get the best riding satisfaction! Went to the shop just for a simple spacer addition to my FXLR ST after the install Casey gave me a tour of the shop and answered a bunch of questions about other plans I have for my bike. Most people take their motorcycle to a mechanic for repairs, and back again to fix the next thing that breaks. This is not the case with Cafe’s Customs. Cafe’s Customs is where you go for performance upgrades and back again for the next upgrade. There’s no need for repairs because when your bike leaves his shop you know it was done right the first time. I met Casey about 8 yrs ago and quickly learn he had a passion for making a motorcycle run efficiently while pushing it to its limits. It’s not about how many fancy colored accessories you can bolt on with this guy. It’s about the recipe needed to fit the customers needs and his attention to detail on your machine. This is my first ever review that I had to do for this spot. Been on the hunt for over a year for a mechanic who cares about my bike as much as I do and is OCD when it comes to the details. Casey is the man and so stoked I found this shop. I brought in my 01 Dyna T-Sport because I felt I was loosing power in the clutch as well as several other things I wanted to address with the hike to give it more power. Casey diagnosed the bike and like a doctor gave it the prescription it needed. The bike runs better than it ever has in the 3 years I have owned it. Ill be going back here for some additional things I want to add to the bike because I know Casey is no BS and is super transparent and fair in terms of price.

I have several close friends that have their bikes serviced here so I made the trip from San Diego to have Casey dyno tune my bike and he did not disappoint! He took the time to get a feel for my riding style and how I wanted the bike to perform. He shared some knowledge, and gave me some suggestions that would benefit my dyno tune. If you’re looking to get your bike tuned and dynoed this is the shop to go to. I recently had my good friend rebuild my screamin eagle 110 on my 2016 dyna low rider S and he told me to take it to Casey. I didn’t like the idea of breaking in a brand new rebuild on the dyno but after talking to Casey and having him share his knowledge with me about the process I decided to go that route. He absolutely nailed it. He got a ton of torque out of it and it runs super smooth. The price is fare and his professionalism and customer service is over the top. Also he got me right in and I had my bike back in less than a week. I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had at this shop.

Absolutely amazing! I brought my bike to Casey and not only did he turn my sporty into a complete ripper, he went through dialed in the suspension, and suggested a couple other things. He is one of the only honest motorcycle mechanics out there, only suggesting what is needed and in no way pushy about it. I couldn’t be happier with the work and service provided at Cafes Customs!! I have never had a bike run as strong as my Road King is running at the moment. After a cam and intake along with a few other parts were installed he tuned up the bike so it runs extremely strong and crisp throughout the entire rev range. Ok, so, I wanted to wait a bit and put some miles on the bike before I wrote a review, and heres the verdict.....I have put 1000 worry free, headache free miles on the bike so far, with many many more to come. I brought my bike in and it hadnt seen any actual riding for......well, lets call it too long, EVERYTHING needed a little attention, some things needed more, but by the time my bike was ready to be picked up it was like a whole new bike, and Casey really put in the extra attention to detail, every drop of fluid is new, new tires, new air cleaner, killer new internally wired bars, upgraded clutch, and the list just keeps going. Now, everybody says their guy is the best, well, this is the first time he worked on my bike and I will never go to anyone else, this bike next bike whatever, he is my guy. Most mechanics do it for a paycheck, this is his PASSION, and he puts that into every job he does, bottom line, he is the man, go to him and there is no possible way you will be disappointed with ANYTHING he does to your bike. Cafe is the man! I needed my stripped oil drain plug repaired and not only did he take it the same day I asked, he was done within 30 minutes. To top if off, he noticed my trans plug was bad too and went ahead and repaired it as well. He even cleaned the whole thing for me. Cafe did a great job on my ‘21 RG CVO. I waited to review and I’m now 3000 miles into his work and the bike runs great. Stage 2 build with some extras, voided warranty, but found a mechanic. Let me start off by saying the genuine passion of loving what you do shines bright with Cafes Customs professionalism, work ethic, and last but not least the quality of his work. Words cannot explain how happy I am after meeting Cafe and having him work on my 2015 Harley Low Rider but Im going to try and sum it up. I am new to riding on the street and the harley community for that matter as well, I originally took my bike in to have a rear end alignment, but Cafe asked me if I wanted to invest in my machine (which Ive only owned for 10 months now) my answer was, yes I plan on keeping the bike as ive fallen in love. He recommended doing motor mounts (mine were shot) and properly spacing the exhaust off and away from my swing arm, which it was rubbing on (all stuff that I didnt see or know about when I bought my first harley from a used dealership in town here). Cafe took on the project and jumped on it, he got my bike dialed with all the above corrected and when he took my bike for a test ride he noticed my throttle had WAY too much play in it, found my cable was almost 100% gone, he swapped out new cables for me along with new grips, which it needed bad. He took the bike out to test again and noticed the steering stem nut was super loose.I can not be more grateful that Cafe took the time to properly educate me about my machine and proper maintenance. The ride home was on a completely different bike than Ive been riding for the past 10 months!!! Thank you Cafe! I will definitely be coming back and recommending you to everyone that like me, didnt know who to take my bike to. I now know that Cafes Customs is always the right choice and from now on, my only choice!

Wow! What a difference, Casey completely transformed the way my bike handles and performs. Casey takes the time to go through the entire bike and corrects any deficiencies resulting in better performance and riding experience. My bike now performs like I thought it would when it was originally built. My bike was dyno’d before but Casey somehow found another 8hp and 7.5lbs of torque! Casey is the only person who will ever work on my bikes, PERIOD! Passion runs deep through Caseys veins and it is evident in every task or detail he executes, have you ever seen him cut a zip tie? There is no cutting corners at Cafes Customs. Initially, I brought in one of my motorcycles to go through and after getting to know my lifestyle and needs, Casey recommended that we start with my other motorcycle first. My experience with Cafe was exceptional. He is extremely personable and made my wife and I feel so comfortable. He has worked on my family members bikes for years and they referred me to him. I called Cafe to discuss the work I wanted and he was more than happy to take my bike in, even though I was coming from out of state. He said that he would get working on my motorcycle right away and could get it back to me in a day or two, which I told him he could have for the week. He greeted me outside his business upon arrival and just chatted with me about my bike and what my future plans were with the motorcycle. Immediately, I could tell that this guy just loves what he does by his constant smile when talking about my bike. I left his shop knowing my motorcycle was in great hands. He kept me updated on the speedy progress of the work done on my bike. He truly listed to me and surprised me with upgrading my front suspension. Can not find the words to thank Casey aka the Harley Magician for performing his magic on my Dyna. The level of commitment to his craft and attention to detail are unrivaled and it shows in the end result. I came to him at the beginning of the year wanting to do some motor work but was still on the fence on pulling the trigger. Met Cafe through a mutual friend and took a 2 hour ride to use his dyno. Soon as I arrived at his shop I realized why he nicknamed his shop the bike spa.. The place is spotless, organized, and he’s a master with his craft. One of the most detail oriented mechanics I know. I got a pretty expensive motor built for my dyna and after breaking it in was looking for a reputable tuner or someone knowledgeable enough to dial It In, I came to cafes customs to talk with him about it and he was very knowledgeable and up front with me in regards to how everything works and what would get me the best results with my new motor. Cafe is the man. I brought my bike into him for a primary leak. I told him to change my engine and trans oil while he’s at it since I was at about 3k since the last oil change. Long story short, because of Cafe’s attention to detail we found some stuff in the engine oil filter that wasn’t supposed to be there. Because of the inherent problems my particular bike faces, we both knew it was time to address this issue.I told him my budget and he met my needs as a customer. Cafe is my only mechanic now and I couldn’t reccomend him enough. Cafe is not a mechanic. He is a V-Twin Wizard. My motor runs so smooth, it feels better than when it came off the dealership lot and I can guarantee that. 6/5 stars.The time he spent cleaning the internal parts of my motor that I would have never know about until he sent me pictures. This is why I will never go to anyone else. So many corners are cut in this industry and to find someone who doesn’t take any shortcuts is refreshing. I brought my bike the 70mi from San Diego to Cafe to work his magic. 100% was worth the trip. Fixed an oil pressure issue, dyno tune, shocks, clutch, and a couple small things that I probably would have missed if I didn’t have him give things a good once over.The bike rips, the tune transformed the bike, shocks ride on rails, clutch feels connected to rear wheel instead of slush. Did a fantastic job, totally recommend him above anyone.I came in with some ideas and he save me some money changing out different parts they were actually better,Recommended heating grips that I really didn’t want and kept persisting that I would really like them, so I thought about it when ahead best thing I did was listen to him first cold day crank those things on and wow.He redid the handlebars and a plate and brought them back and up, now when I ride my back don’t hurt from leaning over on on long rides, just remember if you want to raise your handlebars don’t go above level, the blood won’t flow and hands go numb.I also rebuilt the front springs or replace them and the oil, to go with the back shocks, ride so freaking tight now I can go faster around turnsand Road differences and not be afraid I’m going to wash over like it was.He also install a still pipe and took off the stock pipes made my bike so much lighter maze in the stronger with two up can’t hardly tell much of a difference now before used to bog took a little away from top in speed from 90 to 100 doesn’t gain as fast but the freaking strength now on the bottom in feels double,He’s very reasonable and he will do extra for instance he changed out my lock replacing different location and some things even got my Bike back clean and washed he’s amazing

I took my FXDLS to Cafe Customs to have a major service done. I ride my bike pretty hard so I knew we would need to go into the engine and do some changes to stand the abuse. Took my sporty to cafe after doing a stage 2 was my first time doing cam work on my bike and had some questions, without hesitation he gave me pointers and helped me figure out what was, hard to find people like that anymore most would want to charge you to figure it out, super solid guy and is the best in the game his reviews don’t lie, tuned my bike up to exactly what i was looking for night and day thing pulls all the way to red line cruises at 90 in 4th insted of top of 5th, beyond happy with the work he’s done, if you want any work done on your bike save your self the hassle dealing with shady shops and bring it to cafe if you want the best your bike can get
