After calling multiple other shops, none of which was willing to replace a faulty key on my keyboard, these folks were the only ones who were down to help me out. Thank you!

I called Cafe Mac and ask them why my iPhone was turning on airplane mode by itself. She said that did not sound right. So I drove down and I spoke to Jim who helped me out with my problem. He fixed it right away! He said do not change the settings on the IPhone. Leave everything default. Bluetooth as well. Thank you Jim for your help! I did not have to go to the Apple Store Thank Goodness! Thanks again!!! Blair

Bri was absoluty amazing, she solved a problem i. 5 minutes that couldnt be solved by 5 diffetent people over almost 3 hours on the phone, dont go anywhere else

Jim is constantly helping people who come in with all kinds of problems, and he handles them all well... Never seen him get mad or frustrated with others lack of knowledge. Low pressure, small town atmosphere, family business.

These guys are the best, far better than Apple and always available to help. I try to buy all my Apple products from them. High impact business for Sonoma residents. They will come to your house if necessary. Fees very reasonable.

Brianna did a job worthy of NSA pulling lost data off my ancient IPod that died. All of the MacCafe people were pleasant, the service was great and I will return for help, advice and assistance!
