I had an auto insurance emergency during Labor Day weekend. I was unable to reach most agents and most customer services experience I had were very impersonal and unpleasant. I was fortunate to have reached Caesar through a friend recommendation. He was very patient and helpful in getting me several iterations of quotes right away. We essentially stayed in touch for almost 3 hours straight. And I ended up getting both auto and homeowner insurance done that same afternoon. Caesar was very professional, genuine and efficient.
