HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cadence Academy location! I obviously can’t speak for the other locations, as I have not had a child attend anywhere else, however the staff at this location are amazing. The directors, Bethel and Laura are the best and always make sure things run and operate smoothly! My son has been attending here since he was 3 months old and we have never had to deal with any issues!y son gets excited going to daycare everyday and has learned almost everything he knows from his teachers. Everyone who works here really cares for these kids and it shows!

We had started our three year old (now four year old) in Cadence Academy at Alhambra in November 2021. We really enjoyed staying with Cadence, the teachers, staffs and the directors were super nice. They were professional, promptly replying to our emails and queries, uploading activities throughout the day with pictures and notes, and also notifying us very promptly if our kid felt sick or got bumped into. I really miss seeing the pictures and daily notes after my kid transitioned to Jr-K at a different school. The teachers were super nice taking care of the learning activities and well emotional ups and downs of the kids. I felt that kids at this age are specially vulnerable to changes in care-giving environment and Cadence specifically took care of that, my daughter never missed her mom or dad when she was at school with Ms. Vang. The classrooms are super clean with daily/weekly activities posted on the board. Being parents with challenging jobs we hardly got time during the day for our kid but we were relieved that she was in reliable environment throughout the day at Cadence. We were, are and will always be happy with Cadence and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

I’m so happy our son attends Cadence. The Teachers and Directors are so amazing and caring and they have always made my son feel happy and welcome. The teachers maintain my son’s activity daily in an app and they post pictures so I get to see some of the fun stuff he gets to do. The curriculum is top notch and allowed my son to learn his baby signs quickly from a young age and supported him in developing his language skills as he grew older. There’s always creative art projects or fun water activities days that entertain and educate my little one. I highly recommend Cadence Academy for anyone who wants the best for their child.

We have been a part of the Cadence family since 2016 when we enrolled our then 3 month old daughter. Now, we have 3 children enrolled and couldnt be happier with the school. The school has grown and improved tremendously since 2016 and we couldnt be happier with the care provided to our children and the leadership. The teachers are all so loving and truly prioritize our childrens growth and learning. It will be a sad day when our youngest move on from Cadence. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a healthy balance of academics and social/emotional development.

My daughter has been in attendance for 4 years and we’ve consistently been happy with the teachers in her classrooms, the curriculum, and easy transitions to each classroom. The directors are open and accessible and super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone I can who’s looking for care for their kids.And now my 2yo son attends and we are really happy with his teachers and his progress.

Cadence Academy has been the best experience for us as parents and our daughter Royce. She started at 11 weeks old and from the beginning they took specific measures to ensure she could bond with the teachers to feel comfortable and learn to trust them. They’ve been accommodating when we need to switch around care days and have often allowed Royce to come with only a 24 hours notice. We trust Cadence and the measures they take to make Royce feels safe and secure. They provide healthy and balanced food for the kids and are willing to stay within any requirements if food you have for your child, to the best of they abilities. We truly feel great about our experience and know Royce enjoys the 2-3 days a week she’s there as she’s smiling in almost every photo!

This place is amazing beyond words. We toured a number of places and could not imaging leaving our son anywhere. We debated if he should be at an in-home or a larger facility. Turns out we wouldn’t have much choice as the waiting lists everywhere were very long (we waiting until my son was a few months old before we started looking, bad idea). The director and assistant director were both very kind and contacted me monthly to ensure my spot on the waiting list was still being held. We were on 20 waiting lists and didn’t get this kind of contact from anyone else. We were lucky that at the last minute, this place had an opening for us!After enrolling my son I was more than pleasantly surprised. The staff at Cadence are committed to giving each child the individual care they need. Especially with the babies and young toddlers each needing to be fed differently and soothed differently. You can tell the teachers really enjoy their jobs and are experts at what they do. I regularly wonder how they do it! At this point I have met many of the teacher and there isn’t a single one I don’t like.My son is currently in the transitional toddler room. He smiles in his sleep when I say “it’s time to go to school” and screams with joy when I park to car at school. We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten in here. If you’re thinking about bringing your child here, get on the list early. I won’t make that mistake again.

Currently have a 3yo and a 6mo in attendance and am so grateful for the teachers and quality of care! My kids can’t wait to go to school and see their friends each day and they both love their teachers. Our 3yo specifically is so verbal/social and is learning every day through fun activities.Even during a pandemic their customer service has been exceptional and they have put numerous policies in place which has given us comfort maintaining our kids in care

We had been on the waitlist for the 1 yr old room but we’re able to finally secure a spot in the toddler room when our son turned 2 - which just so happened to correspond with their reopening after initial breakout of COVID. Our son had been in daycare since he was 4 months old, so it wasn’t exactly new. However starting a new daycare after a 3 month hiatus of being home with mom and dad every day, was a pretty hard transition for everyone involved. The protocols put in place by Cadence for COVID were the only reasons we felt comfortable bringing him to a daycare, but they did make for a very hard first few days. Every single teacher and the director went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. Everyone instantly felt like family, and we are so grateful we were able to grab a spot when we could. The price point is great for our family, it is a little bit on the lower side compared to previous schools but they do not offer lunch so it works out. They do offer 2 snacks a day and the variety and choices work great for our toddler. The location is easy to get to and they maintain the facilities as one would expect. The learning plans are fantastic and we feel confident that our son is not just being watched over, but learning and making friends. We would absolutely recommend Cadence - Farmers Market to anyone looking for care.

If I could give this school more stars I would.This school is diverse and there is a sense of community here. The staff are thoughtful and understanding. The teachers greet my child (4 years old) and I every day. They start conversations and show my child so much love.I am kept well informed of my childs daily activities, development, and what curriculum is being taught(they post the lesson schedule on the board). I love the structure here. The teachers care about each child and it shows.I have seen so much growth in my toddler since attending this school and we are very happy.***💜Parents make their children lunch for each day, they have a microwave to heat up food if needed. They provide breakfast and snacks

My daughter has been attending Cadence since last March, when she was 3-months old. Her teachers are exceptional people and outstanding professionals. They have taught my daughter so many new skills at very critical junctures in her development and kept me continually informed. I recommend this program to any parent of young children.

It is never easy to leave your children under someone elses care, but Cadence Academy has been like a second family to us since enrolling our son there last year. Our youngest will be joining soon and we feel totally confident entrusting both our kids to Bethel, Vanesa and their caring and capable staff! I love that everyone at the school knows us by name, including teachers and staff members who are not primarily in my sons classroom - we are met with warm greetings each morning and it truly feels like family. My older son transitioned to Cadence from a different infant center and was able to do so pretty seamlessly with the help of his teachers, who have a wealth of experience and are attentive to each childs individual needs. One of the things we have loved the most about Cadence is how communicative the staff are, from providing monthly classroom updates, to weekly announcements, and daily real-time activity summaries for each child. They welcome feedback, questions, and concerns from parents and are always quick to respond to address any special needs or situations that arise. We have appreciated their flexibility in working with us to meet the needs of our family during different transitions, which has put my mind at ease as I prepare to return to work as a mother of two. Our son always has a huge smile on his face when we pick him up and has so much to tell us about his day. We love that he is so engaged - favorites include arts and crafts, storytime with SPL librarians, and outdoor play! Cadence has been a huge blessing to our family and we are thankful to have found a home here.

We love this school. It is clean, the teachers are friendly and communicative, and they have done an excellent job providing an educational and warm environment for our kids. My older son looks forward to going to school every day to see all of his friends and my younger son, who just joined the infant room, hasnt once shown any kind of distress at being dropped off in this new environment. They are open early and late, so me and my husband do not have to worry about what will happen to our boys if we both need to work at a certain time. They always keep us informed of any change in behavior or ouchies incurred on the playground. We receive live updates throughout the day of naps, diapers, and food through the Kid Reports application. Overall, this has been a great place to send our kids.

Our son started Cadence Academy in September at 4 months old. It was a difficult decision to place him in care during the Covid pandemic. The very first day we were immediately at ease with the level of care that he would be receiving. Shannon and the staff have been amazing. The Covid protocols make us feel extremely comfortable. They are very transparent with the evolving policies. Our son is picked up everyday so happy. He has advanced in his milestones extremely fast and I believe that it is because of the attention he is getting every day at Cadence.

Cadence Academy at 605 Famers Market is an amazing facility full of wonderful and caring staff. Our son has truly blossomed since starting here, just before his 2nd birthday, He has since been moved to the 2-year-old class and he loves it.Ms. Mary and Ms. Karina are caring and attentive. The class size is very reasonable and they do a great job accommodating requests and keeping us informed and engaged. Our son loves them and often does not want to leave at the end of the day, so much fun things to do and activities to be engaged with while there.Ms. Shannon and Ms. Tiffany (Director and Assistant Director) are very informed and helpful, provide good updates and went above and beyond filling out paperwork we needed to get enrolled in a childcare fee assistance I have through my work, super kind through the whole bureaucratic process.I would (and have) highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare in the area, its location near midtown and the Sac RT light rail and bus lines makes it ideal for those working in the midtown/downtown area.

I wish I could give TEN STARS! This place is amazing. I am a new mom and a single mom at that with a now 7 months old daughter. I was struggling to find a place I was comfortable with and that would take me at the time three month old baby.I was put onto the wait list at Cadence and I finally got a call back at the time I needed it the most and I swear it was meant to be! All of the staff is beyond AMAZING. I have seen my daughter become so so smart and grow so much in the last 4 months and I have to thank everyone so much for that. I can see how much they love and care for my baby and how much she loves them and her face lights up when she sees Kristina in the morning. I love the app system they have so I can constantly see what baby is up to throughout the day. I cant imagine my daughter being anywhere else. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Cadence and the teachers have been amazing--our son loves them. His teachers share little anecdotes about his day and are as enthusiastic as we are when he hits development milestones. Cadence has felt like an extension of our family for the last couple of years.

Good, clean facility, with a great playground upstairs; excellent staff, and while there has been some turnover in administration, there has been very little among the teachers. Several of them (Esperanza, who is terrific, for example) have been there for several years and are really, truly fantastic teachers - caring, loving, respectful, communicative, friendly. The kids love them.The fees are not low - this is definitely toward the upper tier of what youd expect to pay for daycare - but this is a preschool with a full curriculum, excellent staff, good quality food, and good facilities; that is, you get what you pay for. Im very happy with my childs experience here, and only wish I had learned about it before having a disappointing experience previously with the Discovery Tree near my office.My daughter was here for 3 years and was VERY ready for kindergarten, reading and writing way above grade level. Sure, we read a lot at home, but I credit her teachers – Esperanza, Jandy, Sofia and Jennifer – with making sure she would read and write every single day, and ensuring that she would enjoy it.

The teachers and staff are so caring and loving. I never worry about my son when he is at school and feel so lucky to have found phoenix school on alhambra. My son gets so excited to go to school and even has times when he does not want to leave. They are a blessing beyond belief.

Great school, my son has learned so much and their summer program is one of the best Ive seen so far.Ms. Jacki and Ms. Jandi are by far the best teachers any school can have. We hate the commute but considering what and how are son is learning each day, its worth the extra drive.

I really wanted to like this place, and at first I really did. My husband and I toured the daycare in September, we were told we would be put on a waiting list for our son who was due in March. We told them that we would need him to start in August and they said that would not be an issue since we signed up so far in advance but to keep checking back to make sure. I called in January and was reassured that everything would be fine for his start date in August. They also told me that once he was born I needed to reaffirm the start date and give them his information and that we could also come and do a tour with him to see how he likes the facility. As my due date approached I was confident that we would have a daycare but I soon found out that wasnt the case. In March I called and was told that someone would call me back I waited 3 days and no one called so I called again and the same thing occurred. After calling and emailing four times over a two-week period and never hearing back from anyone, I called and said I will wait on the phone for whoever is able to answer my question. Once I talked to someone I found out that they had switched computer systems and it seemed as if we had been bumped on the waiting list inadvertently due to their change. I was then told that its unlikely we would get him in by August but she wasnt sure. I was told that someone would call in a couple weeks to confirm that I still wanted to be on the waitlist and to let me know the status. My son was born a couple weeks went by with no phone call. I called again this time trying to schedule a time to come and visit with him this time I was told that he was most likely not going to get in when he needed to because some people with kids already attending the school had additional kids they wanted to enter. The lady on the phone seemed to not even be able to find his name on the waitlist at first. Frustrated I agreed to be called back when they would have a solid answer. I was told I would be called back on June 3rd and that I would be given a start date for my son. June 3rd came and went and no one called. It is now June 10th, Im tired of their lack of communication skills and inability to follow through, those are qualities that I would like to have in the caregivers of my son. Im no longer interested in even having my son start at this daycare even though the location is ideal I would rather drive out of the way for the peace of mind knowing that hes with someone I can trust.

My daughter loves this school the staff here are amazing
