CA Realty School has been such an empowering journey for me. I was supported in every aspect and equipped with all the tools and support I needed to be successful and confident in my real estate journey.Mr. Fredrick Howard had such an amazing and uplifting attitude each day, he was meticulous in his teachings and was able to take the lessons and put it into real life situations he’s had to better explain and paint a picture for us. He answered all of the questions we had and took his time to make sure that we comprehended everything we were learning about. CA Realty has been such a positive experience and I’m so confident that my realtor career will thrive because of the support and education I received from CA realty and Mr. Howard. Also, the tech team is super fast about any technical issues I had while using their online portal. I am 100% so happy that I chose to go with CA realty and feel blessed to have Mr. Fred as my instructor to make this experience so special. Thank you Ca Realty and Mr. Fred!!!

The course with CA Realty was great and very informative! I was nervous about taking the in person classes since I hadn’t been a class setting for a very long time but our instructor Fredrick was amazing! He was always very welcoming, knowledgeable and always answered any questions anyone had. If I had to do it all over I would definitely choose CA Realty again!

Mr. Fred Howards class was very informative, easy to follow along, and he made learning fun vs. reading straight from a dry book. He always answered any questions and gave useful advice with real world experience that you wont get from a book. If you prefer in-class learning, I highly recommend Mr. Howards class!!

This is a great course for individuals interested in working in real estate. Ive learned a lot in the past 3 months and encourage you to take Fredrick Howards courses if near the South Bay area. Covered tons of material while being onsite versus studying online, the class interaction also covers real world experiences. Thanks again Fred and looking forward to working with you in the future.

CA Realty Training was just what I needed for my learning style. A combination of in person lessons & online quizzes really allowed me to grasp the material more! I prefer an in-person learning environment & their online tools are very helpful in preparation for the state exam. Theyve truly established a program thats sets you up for success! I want to thank you to California Realty Training for the greatest service and training I got this weekend specially to Mrs. Karen Friedman to help me with my scheduling and Mac Nomura who was my trainer he ROCKS this person is so humble and easy going, professional, down to earth with a lot knowledge to share or pass along to everybody. MAC Nomura teaches me and make me think and realize even things on life that I couldn’t see it and he was able to see it. THANK YOU MAC I really appreciate everything you teach me or the extra mile you did for me. I really recommend this training to anyone who needs help to pass your real estate exam.

Great customer service! I chatted with Nick as well as Sarah multiple timess in regards to the different courses available and some technical difficulties I was having! Sarah was quick to respond and we figured out the error allowing me to purchase the course and finally enroll! Nick did a great job answering all my questions thoroughly which made me feel a lot more confident in my decision to sign up for the Online + Videos course!

The signup process was straight forward. Nick was extremely helpful. Prior to signing up, I spoke with Nick via chat directly from the CA Realty Training website. He was very knowledgeable. I found CA Realty Training via Youtube, specifically watching Robert Ricos real estate courses. I ended up purchasing the Real Estate Finance Course + the book. I thought $20 for shipping of one book was a little pricey. However, the book was only $25. In the grand scheme of thing, $20 + $25 is still cheaper than buying the book elsewhere.

Ive used CA Realty Training to take my required classes to sign up for the DRE salesperson test. Like my life, I procrastinated and took me a couple years since I got pre-occupied with something else. I came back to re-enroll and everyone who I talked to, Nick, Kian, and Sarah all responded to me professionally and quickly and they were very knowledgeable on what my next steps were. They were even talking to DRE on another matter where I took the class over a year ago and DRE would not accept my passed coursework. That way, I dont have to re-take it. I would highly recommend this site primarily for the customer service. Content is adequate as any other site, but that customer service makes me want to continue to use them again for future resources.

I was about to take the Final Exam online when I realized that I made a mistake in putting my DL # (I needed that number in order to have access to Final Exam). I called number that they posted in order to correct mistake but was told by a recording no one was available! Luckily I went to their chatline and Elena came to the rescue right away. She was very helpful and I appreciate how quickly she handled my problem. Thanks, Elena!

My experience from this class was very rewarding. The class was taught by Mr. Chung, someone very knowledgeable in the real estate business. Mr. Chung shared numerous real life situation that made the topic easier to understand. In addition, guest speaker is invited in class for added learning experience. Student teacher ratio is good. Mr. Chung is able to pay attention to every person in class. Coffee, water, and bagels are regularly provided in class.The class was never boring. Mr. Chung patiently accommodates every question and answer them to the best of his knowledge. He also shared websites, books, and other resources for learning.I highly recommend this class.

This class is a great way to meet other aspiring Realtors. Ho Chung brings much in the way of knowledge and humor. Staying engaged in class was easy. This program will give you the confidence to discuss real estate and prepare you for the state exam.

The coursework was structured really well, and the practice tests were pretty similar to the questions that you will see on the state exam. I just took the practice test every day during the two weeks leading up to the state exam and passed on the first try.
