Jonathan and Mayra were consummate professionals. Jonathan provided advice on where to invest in fixing up my dad’s condo before listing it. Mayra held an open house on the first weekend after listing with them, and we got multiple offers. Then they helped us negotiate an offer above listing price and we closed on time. Thank you!

Jonathan did an amazing job for us. My Mom choose him to sell her home, and to be honest, I had misgivings over CA Flat Fee, as I had always dealt with full service (full price?) realtors before. But I was very wrong. I worked with Jonathan and my Mom to figure out how best to prepare her home of 32 years for a good sale so she could move into a retirement home. Jonathan kept me appraised throughout the sale, and I assisted my Mom to get her home ready. I was very pleased when I finally met him, and he gave great and clear directions on what would help best for a good sale. He worked hard for the sale, holding several open houses, several home visits to review the preparation progress, gently directing my Mom, and negotiating very well with potential buyers. In the end, the home sold for a lot more than I had hoped, thanks to his negotiations, and he worked through tricky requirements and situations to make it all successful. Many thanks to Jonathan! I would highly recommend him and use him myself, and my Mom even saved money! Jonathan was definitely a full-service realtor. It was definitely a win-win.

Jonathan is amazing and was an incredible blessing! My mom knew Jonathan and was set on using him as her realtor. She had been trying to go through things for years but the when the opportunity to move finally came we were under several time sensitive requirements that seemed insurmountable. It was only going to happen with God’s help. I believe that Jonathan was part of that help from God. Jonathan helped guide us all. He listened, was kind, and gently guided my mom. He was also always responsive and helpful to myself and my siblings. Whenever help was needed, he told us not to worry and with our ok arranged the help (such as deep cleaning, clearing out the final items and more). He did a great job as a realtor. He held open houses and was available beyond that as well. He expertly handled some unique situations, and the place even sold for more than we had expected. He is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person who truly cares about people. I am so grateful my mom wanted Jonathan to be her realtor. I am so grateful for Jonathan.

So I’ll admit, I was a skeptic when I first heard how CA flat fee works. I wasn’t looking for a new realtor and was just doing some home buying research when I ran into Jonathan at an open house in Monrovia. He simply asked us if we had any questions but it was the CA flat fee t shirt that intrigued my wife and I more than the house itself. We asked and he just gave a few details about what it stands for and never tried to “sell” us on his services. In fact after doing some google work, we were amazed at the reviews and wanted to ask for more questions. What was the “catch”, does this mean he won’t fight for the best possible offer on our behalf? WRONG, after our initial meeting we felt at ease after Jonathan answered all of our question. He walked us through the whole process of selling our home all whole holding our hands and made sure we understood every process. We knew we found our realtor and a friend for life when he helped secure the house of our dreams we thought was for sure out of our hands.We can’t thank you enough Jonathan!

I worked with Jonathan at CA Flat Fee to sell my property and cant recommend them enough! I spoke with multiple realtors who all offered same services that CA Flat Fee did but wanted between 3%-5%. Needless to say we went with Jonathan and had an extremely easy process throughout. Our house sold above asking and the amount we saved due to the flat fee on seller fees was significant. I will be using them for any future house selling or buying needs and I suggest you do also.

I have poor credit and had been declined from getting approval to live in a Manufactured Home Park at very last minute.
