Whether youre navigating a career change, a prospective job opportunity, or are simply looking to elevate your status in your current workplace - Mark has got you.During our six sessions, and after (through various assignments), we workshopped what my life and career goals looked like, short and long term. What I wanted my day to day and lifestyle to be, we then work incorporated into our career coaching in an effort to understand how these could support on another. In other sessions, Mark helped me uncover skills & strengths I didnt know I had and how those could best show up in a work place. As a cherry on top, I was provided a deck where all information lives, and can be referenced time and time again.Nearing my last session, a new job opportunity presented itself, and Mark was responsive and available in helping me negotiate my salary, and sweeten a deal quite significantly.To say the last - its been a pleasure, and I would recommend a session, or however many you can get! Mark is a wonderful, caring coach who goes above and beyond for his clients. I worked with Mark for a month to workshop my personal statement, my LinkedIn profile, my resume, and a number of artifacts for my job search. I came to know Mark through a friend of mine at the time in my career when I needed him the most. With a role change at work, I felt my opportunities were being taken away. It greatly impacted my drive, productivity, self-esteem, and stress. I needed help to self-analyze, re-brand myself, as well as work though my limiting beliefs & prepare for a career move. Mark was very insightful in his ability and able to identify that I had a lot of “sticks” that needed to be replaced with “carrots.”It was truly an eye-opening, transcending experience for me personally as we both dug deeper using his guidance and tools to uncover my core innate abilities to overcome what I had accumulated over years and that I either needed to let go of or replace. This gave me a great sense of clarity in identifying my core brand. He meets you where you are and then goes from there. I found myself at a crossroad - unhappy at work and really questioning what I wanted to do as a career. I decided to begin my search for a career coach and within a few weeks of intro sessions with a number of coaches, I found C-Synergy. I had been searching rather fruitlessly for a job after Grad School for over a year before I decided that I needed help – some kind of outside perspective to clarify what I was doing wrong. I reached out to several coaches, collected several perspectives and offers, and ultimately settled on Mark Langford due to his comprehensive program, great testimonials and innovative approach to getting noticed by target companies.Now, before I go into the experience of working with Mark, here’s the bottom line:1) We worked together for roughly 4 months. The first two months were spent doing a full material overhaul. The next two were spent going to market – applying, networking, cold calling, warm calling, etc.2) In the last 2 months, I was called into interviews with 5 different companies (not including multiple rounds for different firms). So, I landed one new interview roughly every other week. Before I began working with Mark, I was averaging about 1 interview per month.3) In the last 2 months, I received 2 offers. I had a major uptick in interviews and offers while working with Mark.I decided to go with Mark because he offered a much more comprehensive approach that what I was doing before. I had already been networking my butt off, but I was having some trouble turning conversations into referrals and interviews.
